Further, scales 406 are arranged on the outer wall of the settling tank 4, a pointer 407 is arranged on the rotating shaft 408, and when the second motor 411 drives the rotating shaft 408 to rotate, the pointer 407 moves to the corresponding scale to control the inclination angle of the inclined plate.
Furthermore, flushing water pipes 403 are arranged above the inclined plate 402 at intervals, and one-way water outlets facing the inclined plate 402 are arranged at the bottom of the flushing water pipes 403. The washing water pipe is internally provided with high-pressure water which can effectively wash the inclined plate.

Sewage flows downwards along the partition plate, primary sedimentation is carried out below the reaction box, large particles and flocculated products are settled, and the large particles and the flocculated products which are preliminarily settled are directly discharged out of the box body through a sludge outlet at the lowest end of the reaction box under the action of self gravity; and the sewage enters the upper settling tank.
The sludge discharge box is used for discharging sediment generated after sewage is settled and discharging redundant sewage in the device when needed. The bottom of the scouring water pipe is provided with a one-way water spray nozzle which is opposite to the inclined plate gap. When the sloping plate blocks up when the instrument appears in the operation process, only need to close the instrument, transfer the sloping plate to vertical through the motor, discharge the sewage in the instrument from the mud discharging port, open and erode the water pipe, the plug between the sloping plate follows high-pressure rivers and erodees the mud outlet to the below, after the clearance is accomplished, with sloping plate angle regulation again through the motor, put into use. The middle of the upper part of the settling tank is provided with a detachable water collecting net, which can ensure the safety of working from the upper part and can also ensure that equipment in the settling tank cannot be damaged due to other factors. And after the sewage passes through the water outlet, the filtering process is completed.
Has the advantages that: (1) the inclined plates with the angle capable of being freely adjusted according to needs are designed, so that the condition that the inclined plates are blocked due to too close distance between the inclined plates can be avoided; (2) the flushing water pipe is designed, so that the inclined plate can be automatically flushed, the cost is low, and the time consumption is short; (3) the invention has the advantages of exquisite structural design and high practicability.
