本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够实时了解和掌握发电机组的运行状况,确保可靠供电的用于双电源控制系统的数据采集和远程传送系统。

一种用于双电源控制系统的数据采集和远程传送系统,包括有模拟量数据采集模块、触控显示屏和远程传输模块;模拟量数据采集模块包括有常用电压变换器、备用电压变换器、UPS电压变换器、交流电流变换器和燃油量变换器,常用电压变换器用于检测常用电压,备用电压变换器用于检测备用电压,UPS电压变换器用于检测UPS电池电压,交流电流变换器用于检测负荷电流,燃油量变换器用于检测燃油存量;模拟量数据采集模块电性连接有触控显示屏和远程传输模块,触控显示屏用于显示采集的数据,远程传输模块用于将采集的数据传输至后台服务器。
进一步的,模拟量数据采集模块为OMRON系列CP1W-AD041。
进一步的,远程传输模块为KZ系列。

一种用于双电源控制系统的数据采集和远程传送系统,如图1所示,包括有模拟量数据采集模块1、触控显示屏2和远程传输模块3;模拟量数据采集模块1包括有常用电压变换器4、备用电压变换器5、UPS电压变换器6、交流电流变换器7和燃油量变换器8,常用电压变换器4用于检测常用电压,备用电压变换器5用于检测备用电压,UPS电压变换器6用于检测UPS电池电压,交流电流变换器7用于检测负荷电流,燃油量变换器8用于检测燃油存量;模拟量数据采集模块1电性连接有触控显示屏2和远程传输模块3,触控显示屏2用于显示采集的数据,远程传输模块3用于将采集的数据传输至后台服务器。
其中,模拟量数据采集模块1为OMRON系列CP1W-AD041。
其中,远程传输模块3为KZ系列。
模拟量数据采集模块1通过常用电压变换器4、备用电压变换器5、UPS电压变换器6、交流电流变换器7和燃油量变换器8检测发电机组的常用电压、备用电压、UPS电池电压、负荷电流和燃油存量,并且转换成数字数据显示在触控显示屏2上,以便管理人员随时监测发电机组的运行状况,同时通过远程传输模块3将监测数据传输至后台服务器或手机APP上进行显示,以便后台服务人员实时了解现场数据变化情况。

1.一种用于双电源控制系统的数据采集和远程传送系统,其特征在于,包括有模拟量数据采集模块(1)、触控显示屏(2)和远程传输模块(3);模拟量数据采集模块(1)包括有常用电压变换器(4)、备用电压变换器(5)、UPS电压变换器(6)、交流电流变换器(7)和燃油量变换器(8),常用电压变换器(4)用于检测常用电压,备用电压变换器(5)用于检测备用电压,UPS电压变换器(6)用于检测UPS电池电压,交流电流变换器(7)用于检测负荷电流,燃油量变换器(8)用于检测燃油存量;模拟量数据采集模块(1)电性连接有触控显示屏(2)和远程传输模块(3),触控显示屏(2)用于显示采集的数据,远程传输模块(3)用于将采集的数据传输至后台服务器。
