目前乙炔法合成乙烯基异丁醚合成工艺的合成塔产出的粗醚进入精馏塔进行精制提纯,精制后的纯度达到95%以上,为满足工艺99.0%的纯度要求,该工艺采取水洗的方法来进一步提纯,该过程纯水消耗量大,且水洗后的大量含醇废水排入废水处理系统,导致下游废水处理装置负荷和成本增加,同时造成水资源和异丁醇的浪费。

如附图1所示,一种异丁醚生产废水循环利用及异丁醇回收处理装置,包括精馏塔1、第一冷却器2、第二冷却器12、回流罐3、醇回收罐4、再沸器28、静态混合器11、醚水分离器10、醇水收集槽9、中间槽13和醚回收罐15,醇水收集槽9的出口与精馏塔1的上部进口之间固定连通有第一输送管线6,精馏塔1的顶部出口与第一冷却器2的进口之间固定连通有第二输送管线16,第一冷却器2的出口与回流罐3的进口之间固定连通有第三输送管线17,回流罐3的出口与精馏塔1的上部进口之间固定连通有第四输送管线18,第四输送管线18与醇回收罐4的进口之间固定连通有第五输送管线19,精馏塔1的底部出口与再沸器28的进口之间固定连通有第十四输送管线30,再沸器28的顶部出口与精馏塔1的下部进口之间固定连通有第六输送管线20,精馏塔1的下部出口与第二冷却器12的进口之间固定连通有第七输送管线21,第二冷却器12的出口与静态混合器11的进口之间固定连通有第八输送管线22,静态混合器11的出口与醚水分离器10的进口之间固定连通有第九输送管线23,醚水分离器10的上部出口与中间槽13的进口之间固定连通有第十输送管线24,醚水分离器10的下部出口与醇水收集槽9的顶部进口之间固定连通有第十一输送管线25,中间槽13的底部出口与第八输送管线22之间固定连通有第十二输送管线26,第四输送泵14与醚回收罐15之间的第十二输送管线26与醚回收罐15的进口之间固定连通有第十三输送管线27,醇水收集槽9的顶部进口固定连通有废水管线29。
可根据实际需要,对上述异丁醚生产废水循环利用及异丁醇回收处理装置作进一步优化或/和改进:
如附图1所示,第五输送管线19与精馏塔1上部进口之间的第四输送管线18上固定安装有第一输送泵5。
如附图1所示,第七输送管线21上固定安装有第二输送泵7。
如附图1所示,第一输送管线6上固定安装有第三输送泵8。
如附图1所示,第十三输送管线27与中间槽13的底部出口之间的第十二输送管线26上固定安装有第四输送泵14。
根据生产需要,本实用新型工艺流程简单,操作方便,且安全可靠,能耗低,实现了废水的零排放的目标,减少了环境污染,同时节约了生产成本。
本实用新型通过废水的循环使用,每年可降低纯水消耗30000m³及回收异丁醇150吨,产生经济效益145余万元,降低废水处理费用40万元,同时具有良好的环保效益。
以上技术特征构成了本实用新型的最佳实施例,其具有较强的适应性和最佳实施效果,可根据实际需要增减非必要的技术特征,来满足不同情况的需求。
本实用新型使用的方法:第一步,将回收的废水(醇水及洗醚醇水)收集至醇水收集槽9;第二步,醇水收集槽9的废水通过第三输送泵8经第一输送管线6送入精馏塔1;第三步,通过共沸蒸馏,处理后的粗异丁醇经过精馏塔1塔顶的第二输送管线16进入第一冷却器2,冷凝后的粗异丁醇浓度达到回收要求前,通过第一输送泵5打入精馏塔1,达到回收要求后进入回收储槽;第四步,精馏塔1塔内的液体含醇量降至100ppm以下时,精馏塔1中的液体通过第二输送泵7打入第二冷却器12冷却;第五步,第二冷却器12冷却后的液体与异丁醚通过静态混合器11混合后进入醚水分离器10,上部异丁醚溢流至中间槽13,底部洗涤后的含醇水进入醇水收集槽9;第六步,按照第一步至第五步的方法进行废水处理,循环利用。

1.一种异丁醚生产废水循环利用及异丁醇回收处理装置,其特征在于包括精馏塔、第一冷却器、第二冷却器、回流罐、醇回收罐、再沸器、静态混合器、醚水分离器、醇水收集槽、中间槽和醚回收罐,醇水收集槽的出口与精馏塔的上部进口之间固定连通有第一输送管线,精馏塔的顶部出口与第一冷却器的进口之间固定连通有第二输送管线,第一冷却器的出口与回流罐的进口之间固定连通有第三输送管线,回流罐的出口与精馏塔的上部进口之间固定连通有第四输送管线,第四输送管线与醇回收罐的进口之间固定连通有第五输送管线,精馏塔的底部出口与再沸器的进口之间固定连通有第十四输送管线,再沸器的顶部出口与精馏塔的下部进口之间固定连通有第六输送管线,精馏塔的下部出口与第二冷却器的进口之间固定连通有第七输送管线,第二冷却器的出口与静态混合器的进口之间固定连通有第八输送管线,静态混合器的出口与醚水分离器的进口之间固定连通有第九输送管线,醚水分离器的上部出口与中间槽的进口之间固定连通有第十输送管线,醚水分离器的下部出口与醇水收集槽的顶部进口之间固定连通有第十一输送管线,中间槽的底部出口与第八输送管线之间固定连通有第十二输送管线,第四输送泵与醚回收罐之间的第十二输送管线与醚回收罐的进口之间固定连通有第十三输送管线,醇水收集槽的顶部进口固定连通有废水管线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异丁醚生产废水循环利用及异丁醇回收处理装置,其特征在于第五输送管线与精馏塔上部进口之间的第四输送管线上固定安装有第一输送泵。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的异丁醚生产废水循环利用及异丁醇回收处理装置,其特征在于第七输送管线上固定安装有第二输送泵。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的异丁醚生产废水循环利用及异丁醇回收处理装置,其特征在于第一输送管线上固定安装有第三输送泵。
5.根据权利要求3所述的异丁醚生产废水循环利用及异丁醇回收处理装置,其特征在于第一输送管线上固定安装有第三输送泵。
6.根据权利要求1或2或5所述的异丁醚生产废水循环利用及异丁醇回收处理装置,其特征在于第十三输送管线与中间槽的底部出口之间的第十二输送管线上固定安装有第四输送泵。
7.根据权利要求3所述的异丁醚生产废水循环利用及异丁醇回收处理装置,其特征在于第十三输送管线与中间槽的底部出口之间的第十二输送管线上固定安装有第四输送泵。
8.根据权利要求4所述的异丁醚生产废水循环利用及异丁醇回收处理装置,其特征在于第十三输送管线与中间槽的底部出口之间的第十二输送管线上固定安装有第四输送泵。
