Then the motor 334 is started, the rotating shaft starts to rotate under the action of the motor 334, so that the driving bevel gear 332 rotates, the driving bevel gear 332 can drive the driven bevel gear 333 to rotate, the first lead screw and the second lead screw 320 rotate synchronously, the first clamping piece 210 and the second clamping piece 220 can descend synchronously when the first lead screw and the second lead screw 320 rotate synchronously, and stop when the first lead screw and the second lead screw fall down to the side wall of the guide groove 510, at the moment, the winding roller can be installed between the first clamping piece 210 and the second clamping piece 220, the phenomenon that workers carry the winding roller to the high place is reduced, and the phenomenon that the end part of the winding roller deviates in the installation process is also reduced.
The motor 334 is started again, so that the motor 334 rotates in the opposite direction, the first clamping piece 210 and the second clamping piece 220 synchronously ascend, and the winding roller is far away from the ground. Starting the control device 400, the control device 400 can drive the first clamping piece 210 and the second clamping piece 220 to drive the winding drum to rotate, so that the steel strand is wound on the surface of the winding drum.
