Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, starter motor, the rotation of first belt pulley is driven to the motor to drive the rotation of second belt pulley, thereby make two lead screws rotate in step, and then the slip of drive slip frame makes the brush rubber roll brush along work piece length direction and glues, stops through opening of motor, and the sliding of automatic control brush rubber roll improves the brush and glues efficiency.
Optionally, the gluing assembly comprises a glue containing box, the glue containing box is mounted at one end of the workbench, can be arranged right below the glue brushing roller and is used for containing glue; and the lifting piece is arranged on the sliding frame and used for driving the rubber brushing roller to lift.
By adopting the technical scheme, during gluing, the glue brushing roller is arranged right above the glue containing box, then the lifting piece is started, the lifting piece drives the glue brushing roller to descend and then is arranged in glue, and thus the gluing of the whole glue brushing roller is completed.
Optionally, the lifting member is a lifting cylinder, the lifting cylinder is vertically mounted on the sliding frame, a support is arranged on a piston rod of the lifting cylinder, and the glue brushing roller is arranged on the support.

Optionally, a sealing cover for shielding the glue containing box horizontally slides on the glue containing box.

3. the purpose of detachably connecting the glue brushing roller and the first supporting plate is to facilitate the replacement of glue brushing rollers with different diameters so as to adapt to workpieces with different widths.

Referring to fig. 1, the glue brushing device for the insulation board of the refrigeration compartment comprises a sliding frame 100, a driving part 200 and a gluing component 300, wherein a glue brushing roller 110 for brushing glue on a workpiece is arranged on the sliding frame 100, the sliding frame 100 slides on a workbench 400 for placing the workpiece, and the sliding direction is parallel to the length direction of the workbench 400. The driving member 200 is disposed on the table 400, and drives the sliding of the sliding frame 100. The glue applying assembly 300 is disposed at one end of the length direction of the worktable 400 and is used for applying glue to the brushing roller 110.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the gluing assembly 300 includes a glue containing box 310 and a lifting member, and the glue containing box 310 is mounted at one end of the worktable 400 through bolts and can be disposed right below the glue brushing roller 110. The lifting member is disposed on the sliding frame 100 and used for driving the brushing roller 110 to lift.
The cover 330 is horizontally slid on the glue container 310 for opening and closing the glue container 310. A supporting frame 350 is fixed on the workbench 400, a sliding cylinder 340 is installed on the supporting frame 350 through bolts, the diameter of the sliding cylinder 340 is parallel to the length direction of the workbench 400, and a piston rod of the sliding cylinder is fixedly connected with the sealing cover 330. The glide cylinder 340 is powered by an air pump.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the sliding frame 100 is formed by integrally forming two vertical bars and a cross bar, sliding grooves 410 are respectively formed at both ends of the workbench 400 in the width direction along the length direction, and both ends of the sliding frame 100 respectively slide in the two sliding grooves 410.
The lifting piece is a lifting cylinder 320, the lifting cylinder 320 is vertically installed on the sliding frame 100 through a bolt, a piston rod of the lifting cylinder is provided with a support 120, and the glue brushing roller 110 rotates and is detachably connected to the support 120. The lifting cylinder 320 is powered by an air pump.
In order to realize the detachable connection of the glue brushing roller 110, the glue brushing roller 110 is coaxially rotated with a mounting rod 111. The bracket 120 includes a second supporting plate 122, and the second supporting plate 122 is fixedly connected to the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 320. The both ends of second backup pad 122 are equal horizontal slip to have first backup pad 121, and the equal threaded connection in both ends of second backup pad 122 upper surface has supplementary nut 123, and two supplementary nuts 123 can be respectively in two first backup pads 121 butt to support first backup pad 121 tightly.
Two ends of the mounting rod 111 penetrate through the two first supporting plates 121 respectively, two abutting nuts 112 are welded at two ends of the mounting rod 111 coaxially, and the two abutting nuts 112 are abutted to the two first supporting plates 121 respectively. A locking nut 113 is screwed to one end of the mounting rod 111 penetrating through the first support plate 121, and the locking nut 113 locks the mounting rod 111 to the first support plate 121 and the second support plate 122.
Referring to fig. 4, the driving member 200 includes a motor 210, a first belt pulley 211 is coaxially fixed on an output shaft of the motor 210, lead screws 220 are horizontally rotated in two sliding grooves 410, one end of one lead screw 220 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the first belt pulley 211, one end of the other lead screw 220 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a second belt pulley 212, and the first belt pulley 211 and the second belt pulley 212 are in transmission connection through a belt. One end of the sliding frame 100 is connected to a screw 220, and the other end is connected to another screw 220.
The implementation principle of the glue brushing device for the heat-insulation board of the refrigeration compartment is as follows: initially, the glue containing box 310 contains glue, and the glue brushing roller 110 is placed right above the glue containing box 310. When the glue is brushed, the sliding cylinder 340 is started, the sliding cylinder 340 contracts to drive the sealing cover 330 to slide, and the glue containing box 310 is opened;
then, starting the lifting cylinder 320, extending the lifting cylinder 320 to drive the rubber brushing roller 110 to be placed in the glue, and then driving the lifting cylinder 320 to contract to reset the rubber brushing roller 110;
then the motor 210 is started, the motor 210 drives the first belt pulley 211 to rotate, the first belt pulley 211 drives the second belt pulley 212 to rotate, so that the two lead screws 220 synchronously rotate, the sliding frame 100 is driven to slide, the glue brushing roller 110 moves from one end of the workpiece to the other end, and one-time glue brushing of the workpiece is completed.
