背景技术
在粉末涂料生产过程中，会产生大量的粉尘,操作人员往往会在现有的生产线中增加除尘设备,但是现在的除尘设备有许多问题,现在的除尘设备大多采用风机进行抽风来除尘,但是风机抽取夹杂尘土的烟雾之后，容易造成风机的损坏,减少风机的使用寿命,同时除尘设备的内部，因为经常聚集大量的尘土,所以每次清洗和维修设备时,会造成二次污染,而且类似的除尘设备需要经常清洗和维护,十分费时费力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种粉末涂料生产用吸尘装置，能够保护风机，而且整个清理过程高效干净。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种粉末涂料生产用吸尘装置，包括吸尘口,吸尘口底部设有顶盖,顶盖底部设有喷水模块,喷水模块底部设有箱体,喷水模块包括喷水环固定板,喷水环固定板上设有喷水环,喷水环上设有多个喷水口,喷水环左侧设有进水口,进水口向右贯穿喷水环固定板,箱体为中空箱体结构,箱体内部相对位置设有过滤模块,过滤模块包括漏斗,漏斗顶部和喷水环固定连接,漏斗顶部的形状大小与喷水环的形状大小相适配,漏斗底部设有竖直向下布置的通道，通道侧面相对位置设有风机，通道内部相对位置设有过滤网，通道底部设有集尘箱，集尘箱为中空的箱体结构，集尘箱表面设有多个集尘箱漏洞，箱体前侧面底部相对位置设有箱体前侧开口，箱体前侧开口的形状位置与集尘箱的形状位置相适配,箱体右侧面底部相对位置设有废水流出口。

进一步的，集尘箱顶面设有开口，集尘箱顶面开口的位置大小形状与通道底部的位置大小形状相适配。

相对于现有技术，本实用新型的有益效果为：
本实用新型中，通过设置喷水环,尘土经过过滤网的过滤之后,体积比较大的尘土或者碎块被过滤,进入通道内部的都是直径比较细小的尘土,即使被吸入风机内部也不会造成风机的损坏,更好的保护风机;通过设置喷水模块,水通过多个喷水口均匀喷出,喷出的液体冲洗漏斗和通道,最后流入集尘箱,液体和尘土进行混合,将箱体内部的浮尘全部清理干净,多余的水分通过集尘箱的集尘箱漏洞流出,最后通过废水流出口流出箱体,最终集尘箱内部剩余潮湿的粉尘,不会造成二次污染,此时清理人员通过箱体前侧开口将集尘箱抽出，将集尘箱内部的潮湿的粉尘块清理干净，然后重新将集尘箱安装进入箱体，开始新的清理工作,让操作人员在清理箱体内部时不会吸入过多的尘土,整个清理过程高效干净。

实施例：如图1至图5所示，包括吸尘口1,吸尘口1底部设有顶盖2,顶盖2底部设有喷水模块3,喷水模块3底部设有箱体4,喷水模块3包括喷水环固定板8,喷水环固定板8上设有喷水环7,喷水环7上设有多个喷水口9,喷水环7左侧设有进水口6,进水口6向右贯穿喷水环固定板8,箱体4为中空箱体结构,箱体4内部相对位置设有过滤模块18,过滤模块18包括漏斗10,漏斗10顶部和喷水环7固定连接,漏斗10顶部的形状大小与喷水环7的形状大小相适配,漏斗10底部设有竖直向下布置的通道16，通道16侧面相对位置设有风机11，通道16内部相对位置设有过滤网17，通道16底部设有集尘箱12，集尘箱12为中空的箱体结构，集尘箱12表面设有多个集尘箱漏洞13，箱体4前侧面底部相对位置设有箱体前侧开口5，箱体前侧开口5的形状位置与集尘箱12的形状位置相适配,箱体4右侧面底部相对位置设有废水流出口14。箱体4底部设有脚轮15，集尘箱12顶面设有开口，集尘箱12顶面开口的位置大小形状与通道16底部的位置大小形状相适配，顶盖2的形状大小与箱体4的形状大小相适配，集尘箱12通过箱体前侧开口5抽取更换,集尘箱漏洞13的网眼大小，大于过滤网17的网眼大小。
工作过程：启动风机11,风机11的吸力让周围的尘土从吸尘口1被吸入,吸尘口1吸入的尘土首先进入漏斗10,然后经过过滤网17进入通道16,尘土经过过滤网17的过滤之后,体积比较大的尘土或者碎块被过滤,进入通道16内部的都是直径比较细小的尘土,即使被吸入风机内部也不会造成风机的损坏,更好的保护风机;同时通道16内部的尘土掉落，进入集尘箱12内部,等尘土在集尘箱12内部积攒到一定量之后,关闭风机,将进水口6连接水泵,通过水泵向进水口6内部输送水,水通过多个喷水口9均匀喷出,喷出的液体冲洗漏斗10和通道16,最后流入集尘箱12,液体和尘土进行混合,将箱体4内部的浮尘全部清理干净,多余的水分通过集尘箱12的集尘箱漏洞13流出,最后通过废水流出口14流出箱体4,最终集尘箱12内部剩余潮湿的粉尘,不会造成二次污染,此时清理人员通过箱体前侧开口5将集尘箱12抽出，将集尘箱12内部的潮湿的粉尘块清理干净，然后重新将集尘箱12安装进入箱体4，开始新的清理工作。
