SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of the application is to provide a wheelchair bed and medical instrument with supplementary function of shifting, can regard as the instrument of riding instead of walk of the inconvenient person of leg and foot, and be convenient for medical personnel to the user from wheelchair bed to other beds shifts.
The application provides a wheelchair bed with an auxiliary transfer function, which comprises a wheelchair bed main body and a transfer plate;
the transfer plate is arranged on the wheelchair bed main body and is used for bearing a passenger;
a rolling structure is arranged between the wheelchair bed main body and the transfer plate, and when the transfer plate translates relative to the wheelchair bed main body, the rolling structure is used for reducing the friction force between the wheelchair bed main body and the transfer plate.
In the above technical solution, further, the rolling structure is a plurality of rolling wheels and/or rolling shafts mounted on the wheelchair bed main body, and a rolling direction of the rolling wheels and/or the rolling shafts is a width direction of the wheelchair bed main body.
In the above technical solution, further, the wheelchair bed main body includes a traveling mechanism and a supporting plate assembly;
the supporting plate assembly comprises a backrest plate, a seat cushion plate and a leg supporting plate, the travelling mechanism is installed at the bottom of the seat cushion plate, and the backrest plate, the seat cushion plate and the leg supporting plate are sequentially hinged;
the backrest plate, the cushion plate and the leg supporting plate are all provided with the rolling wheels and/or the rolling shafts;

In the above technical solution, further, the seat cushion further comprises a first jacking mechanism and a second jacking mechanism mounted at the bottom of the seat cushion plate;
the first jacking mechanism and the second jacking mechanism are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the wheelchair bed main body so as to lift the wheelchair bed main body.
In the above technical solution, further, the traveling mechanism includes a traveling support frame, a traveling wheel set, a traveling driving device, and a power supply device;

Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effect of this application is:
the wheelchair bed with the auxiliary transfer function (referred to as a wheelchair bed for short) provided by the application can be converted into two forms: a seat configuration and a bed configuration. When the wheelchair bed is used as a tool for riding instead of walk, the wheelchair bed is in a chair shape; when the occupant needs to be transferred from the wheelchair bed to the bed, the wheelchair bed can be unfolded to form the bed configuration so that the medical staff or family members can transfer the occupant from the wheelchair bed to the bed.
Specifically, the wheelchair bed with the auxiliary transfer function comprises a wheelchair bed main body and a transfer plate; the transfer plate is mounted on the wheelchair bed main body and is used for bearing the rider. Specifically, the transfer plate is detachably connected to the wheelchair bed main body. The wheelchair bed comprises a wheelchair bed body, a transfer plate, a rolling structure and a transfer plate, wherein the wheelchair bed body is provided with a rolling structure, when a sitting person is transferred to the bed from the wheelchair bed, the transfer plate is disconnected with the wheelchair bed body, so that the transfer plate can translate relative to the wheelchair bed body, the rolling structure is used for reducing the friction force between the wheelchair bed body and the transfer plate, medical staff or family members pull the transfer plate to the bed from the wheelchair bed, and the transfer process is more labor-saving. After the transfer, the transfer plate can be taken out from the patient and put back to the wheelchair bed main body, the transfer plate is connected with the wheelchair bed main body to prevent slipping, and the transfer plate can be reused.
The application also provides a medical apparatus, which comprises the wheelchair bed with the auxiliary transfer function. Based on the above analysis, the medical device has the above beneficial effects, and the details are not repeated herein.

Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the wheelchair bed with an auxiliary transfer function (referred to as a wheelchair bed for short) provided by the present application can be transformed into two forms: a seat configuration and a bed configuration. When the wheelchair bed is used as a tool for riding instead of walk, the wheelchair bed is in a chair shape; when the occupant needs to be transferred from the wheelchair bed to the bed, the wheelchair bed can be unfolded to form the bed configuration so that the medical staff or family members can transfer the occupant from the wheelchair bed to the bed.
Specifically, the wheelchair bed with the auxiliary transfer function includes a wheelchair bed main body 101 and a transfer plate 102; the transfer plate 102 is mounted on the wheelchair bed main body 101, and the transfer plate 102 is used for carrying an occupant. Specifically, the transfer plate 102 is detachably connected to the wheelchair bed main body 101. A rolling structure is arranged between the wheelchair bed main body 101 and the transfer plate 102, when a rider is transferred from the wheelchair bed to the bed, the transfer plate 102 is disconnected from the wheelchair bed main body 101, so that the transfer plate 102 can translate relative to the wheelchair bed main body 101, the rolling structure is used for reducing friction force between the wheelchair bed main body 101 and the transfer plate 102, medical staff or family members can pull the transfer plate 102 from the wheelchair bed to the bed by pulling the transfer plate 102, and the transfer process is more labor-saving. After the transfer, the transfer plate 102 can be taken out of the patient and put back into the wheelchair bed main body 101, and the transfer plate 102 is connected with the wheelchair bed main body 101 to prevent slipping, so that the transfer plate 102 can be reused.
In an alternative scheme of this embodiment, the rolling structure is a plurality of rolling wheels and/or rolling shafts 103 mounted on the wheelchair bed main body 101, and the rolling direction of the rolling wheels and/or rolling shafts 103 is the width direction of the wheelchair bed main body 101.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the rolling direction of the rolling shaft 103 is shown as the width direction of the chair bed main body, so that the pulling distance can be reduced to save more labor for the transfer, and the transfer plate 102 does not slip off from the chair bed main body 101 when the patient is in the sitting posture. Of course, the rolling structure is not limited to the illustrated rolling shaft structure, and a rolling wheel may be used, or a rolling wheel and a rolling shaft may be used in combination. It is only necessary to ensure that the rolling direction of the rolling structure is the width direction of the wheelchair bed main body 101.
Specifically, the wheelchair bed main body 101 includes a traveling mechanism 104 and a support plate assembly 105; the supporting plate assembly 105 comprises a backrest plate 106, a cushion plate 107 and a leg supporting plate 108, the walking mechanism 104 is installed at the bottom of the cushion plate 107, and the backrest plate 106, the cushion plate 107 and the leg supporting plate 108 are sequentially hinged; the back board 106, cushion board 107 and leg rest board 108 are all fitted with rolling wheels and/or rolling axles 103.
The backrest plate 106, the cushion plate 107 and the leg rest plate 108 shown in fig. 1 are provided with mounting grooves, and the rolling shafts 103 are respectively mounted in the mounting grooves. Of course, the rolling shaft 103 may not be formed to have the illustrated length, and the mounting groove may be segmented to mount the rolling shaft 103 having a relatively small size.
Furthermore, the transfer plate 102 is correspondingly provided with a backrest part 109, a cushion part 110 and a leg rest part 111 which are sequentially hinged, and the transfer plate 102 can be changed along with the bending form of the support plate assembly 105.
In an optional scheme of this embodiment, the wheelchair bed with the auxiliary transfer function further includes a first jacking mechanism and a second jacking mechanism mounted at the bottom of the cushion plate 107; the first jacking mechanism and the second jacking mechanism are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the wheelchair bed main body 101 so as to lift the wheelchair bed main body 101.
In this embodiment, the first and second lifting mechanisms can lift and lower the wheelchair bed main body 101 at the same time to be flush with bed surfaces of different heights, so as to facilitate the transfer operation of the patient. And the first jacking mechanism and the second jacking mechanism can be lifted on one side, so that the wheelchair bed main body 101 is inclined in the width direction, and the transfer plate 102 can slide towards the bed surface along the inclined plane, thereby further reducing the difficulty of transferring patients.
Example two
The wheelchair bed with the transfer assisting function in the second embodiment is an improvement on the second embodiment, technical contents disclosed in the second embodiment are not described repeatedly, and contents disclosed in the second embodiment also belong to contents disclosed in the second embodiment.
In an optional scheme of this embodiment, the traveling mechanism 104 includes a row support frame 113, a traveling wheel set 112, a traveling drive device and a power supply device; the top of the supporting frame 113 is connected with the cushion plate 107, and the bottom of the supporting frame 113 is provided with a traveling wheel set 112; the walking driving device and the power supply device are installed on the supporting frame 113, the walking driving device is used for driving the walking wheel set 112 to rotate, and the power supply device is used for supplying power. The electric wheelchair bed makes the independent travel of the patient possible.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the wheelchair bed with auxiliary transfer function further includes a first driving device 114 and a second driving device 115; the mounting part of the first driving device 114 is hinged with the supporting frame 113, and the driving part of the first driving device 114 is hinged with the backrest plate 106 and is used for adjusting the included angle between the backrest plate 106 and the cushion plate 107; the mounting portion of the second driving means 115 is hinged to the support frame 113, and the driving portion of the second driving means 115 is hinged to the leg rest 108 for adjusting the angle between the leg rest 108 and the cushion plate 107.
In this embodiment, the cushion plate 107 is stationary and the first drive 114 and second drive 115 extend and retract to change the angle of the back plate 106 and leg rest 108 relative to the cushion plate 107 to allow the support plate assembly 105 to fold into a seat configuration or unfold into a bed configuration. The first drive means 114 and the second drive means 115 are in particular powered by power supply means.
In the optional scheme of this embodiment, the side of wheelchair bed main part 101 is provided with the supporter, can be used to place drainage bottle, drainage bag etc. prevents the pipeline slippage. Specifically, the commodity shelf comprises a commodity placing plate and supporting legs; the object placing plate is hinged with the supporting frame 113, the bottom surface of the object placing plate is provided with a clamping part, the supporting leg is positioned at the bottom of the object placing plate, one end of the supporting leg is hinged with the supporting frame 113, the other end of the supporting leg can be abutted against the clamping part, so that the surface of the object placing plate is parallel to the ground, and the top surface of the object placing plate is used for placing objects; when the commodity shelf is not used, the supporting legs and the commodity placing plate can be retracted, and the occupied space of the device is reduced.
In an optional scheme of this embodiment, the wheelchair bed main body 101 further includes an armrest, the armrest is detachably connected to the support plate assembly 105, and when the wheelchair bed is in a seat shape, the armrest can be installed to increase comfort of a patient; when the patient is transferred, the handrails can be detached without affecting the movement of the patient.
In an alternative solution of this embodiment, the wheelchair bed with the auxiliary transfer function further includes a shielding cover 116; the shield cover 116 includes a frame 117 and a shield cloth 118; one end of the shield cover 116 is connected to the wheelchair bed main body 101, and the other end of the shield cover 116 is connected to the frame 117; the frame 117 is semi-annular and bridges both sides of the wheelchair main body 101 in the width direction, and the frame 117 is hinged to the wheelchair main body 101 to expand or contract the shielding cloth 118.
In this embodiment, the shielding cloth 118 may be made of waterproof and ultraviolet-proof material, and when the wheelchair bed is used in case of sudden weather, the frame 117 may be pulled forward to unfold the shielding cover 116, so as to achieve the function of shading sun or rain; when not in use, the shield 116 may also be stowed away to avoid obstructing the patient's view.
In the optional scheme of the embodiment, the wheelchair bed with the auxiliary transfer function is also provided with a cruise positioning system, a navigation system and a one-key alarm system, and a user can inform family members and relatives and friends of danger and inconvenience of the user through one-key alarm. Optionally, the wheelchair bed is further equipped with video playing and communication functions, so that the user can play favorite music videos and the like.
EXAMPLE III
An embodiment of the present application provides a medical apparatus, including the wheelchair bed with the auxiliary transfer function of any of the above embodiments, so that all the beneficial technical effects of the wheelchair bed with the auxiliary transfer function of any of the above embodiments are achieved, and are not described herein again.
