Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a cleaning base 100, which includes a rolling brush assembly, an outer casing 30, and a suction opening. The drum brush assembly includes a front drum brush 10 and a rear drum brush 20. When the cleaning base 100 is operated, the front and rear roll brushes 10 and 20 rotate and brush dust on the floor, and the dust is sucked into the cleaning base 100 along with the air current by the negative pressure.
The roll brush assembly has a roll brush axis, and specifically, the front roll brush 10 has a first axis, and the rear roll brush 20 has a second axis, about which the front roll brush 10 and the rear roll brush 20 are rotatable, respectively. The first and second axes are parallel to each other and are each at least partially received within the outer casing 30. The first axis and the second axis are substantially perpendicular to the front-to-back direction of the cleaning base 100 (i.e., substantially perpendicular to the direction of the vacuum cleaning movement of the cleaning base 100, and/or substantially parallel to the front side of the cleaning base 100). The front and rear roll brushes 10 and 20 may be coupled to one or more motors and rotated about the above-mentioned axis by the motors, and the front and rear roll brushes 10 and 2 are driven to rotate at high speed to clean the floor.
Referring to fig. 1, the outer casing 30 has opposing front 301 and rear 302 portions. The front roll brush 10 and the rear roll brush 20 are arranged side by side and spaced apart from each other, the front roll brush 10 is disposed at the front portion 301 of the outer casing 30, and the rear roll brush 20 is disposed at the rear portion 302 of the outer casing 30.
In one embodiment, the front roller brush may include one roller brush or a plurality of small roller brushes, and the plurality of small roller brushes may be arranged laterally side by side at the front portion of the outer casing 30, or may be arranged front and back side by side only as a whole relatively close to the front end of the outer casing 30.
Referring to fig. 1, the outer casing 30 defines a receiving space 303, and the front and rear roll brushes 10 and 20 are at least partially received in the receiving space 303. The front and rear roll brushes 10 and 20 define therebetween the suction port, which provides at least a part of a flow path into the accommodating space 303 and enables dust and other debris to be carried into the accommodating space 303 through the suction port.
The cleaning base 100 of the above embodiment improves the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect by providing the double rolling brushes, but still cannot realize the cleaning of a part of dead corners, such as corners, and in order to effectively remove dust in the dead corners, the cleaning base 100 of an embodiment of the present application further includes the edge brushing part 40 disposed at the side of the outer housing 30, and the edge brushing part 40 is located between the front rolling brush 10 and the rear rolling brush 20. In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the side brush members 40 include at least two side brush members 40, and the at least two side brush members 40 are respectively located at two sides of the outer casing 30 and are located between the front rolling brush 10 and the rear rolling brush 20. The side brush parts 40 are arranged on the two sides of the outer casing 30, so that the cleaning base 100 can clean dead corners in different directions in the moving process, and meanwhile, the side brush parts 40 are arranged on the side edges and located between the two rolling brushes, so that dust brushed by the side brush parts 40 can be cleaned by the front rolling brush 10 and/or the rear rolling brush 20 more conveniently and then is sucked away.
In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 1, the suction port of the cleaning base 100 includes a front suction port 51 and a rear suction port 52, the front suction port 51 is disposed to face the front roll brush 10, the rear suction port 52 is disposed to face the rear roll brush 20, and the side brush member 40 is disposed between the front suction port 51 and the rear suction port 52. The side brush member 40 is disposed between the front suction opening 51 and the rear suction opening 52 such that dust brushed by the side brush member 40 is directly sucked by the negative pressure airflow in the front suction opening 51 and/or the rear suction opening 52.
In one embodiment, the cleaning base 40 includes a centerline that is parallel to the axis of the roller brush. In particular, the cleaning base 100 comprises a median line parallel to the first axis and/or the second axis, which median line passes through at least part of the edge brush elements 40, in particular a median vertical plane in which the median line lies passes through at least part of the edge brush elements 40. In the present embodiment, the midline, which is generally the mid-line in the geometry of the cleaning base 100, is substantially perpendicular to the front-to-back direction and to the cleaning floor.
Referring to fig. 1, the side brush member 40 includes bristles 401 contacting the ground, and at least a portion of the bristles 401 extends beyond the side of the bottom of the outer casing 30. In one embodiment, the side of the mounting plate 304 is provided with a mounting portion for mounting the side brush component 40, the mounting portion is provided with an accommodating space (not shown), the side brush component 40 comprises a side brush, a vertical rotating shaft and a side brush motor located in the accommodating space, the vertical rotating shaft is coaxially connected with an output shaft of the side brush motor, and the side brush motor drives the side brush to rotate through the vertical rotating shaft. In this embodiment, the side brush motor controls the rotation of the side brush, so that the side brush can realize an action similar to a 'swinging head', the sweeping range of the side brush is further expanded, and the position of the side brush is adjusted to adapt to cleaning areas with different shapes.
In the above embodiment, the side brush member 40 is mounted on the mounting plate 304, but in another embodiment, the side brush member 40 may be mounted by using a moving block and a sliding groove, specifically, the side brush member 40 may be mounted on a moving block (not shown), the sliding groove (not shown) may be provided in the bottom of the outer housing 30, and the moving block may be movably provided in the sliding groove. In this embodiment, the length of the brush bristles 401 of the side brush members 40 extending out of the outer casing 30 can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the moving block, so that deeper corner positions can be cleaned more effectively, the sweeping range of the floor brush is expanded, and the cleaning efficiency is improved. The direction of the sliding groove can be arranged along the left-right direction which is basically vertical to the front-back direction, so that the moving block can be arranged in the sliding groove in a drawing mode along the left-right direction, and then the length of the brush bristles 401 extending out of the outer housing 30 is controlled by controlling different positions of the moving block in the sliding groove, and the cleaning range of the side brush component 40 is further adjusted.
In one embodiment, sliding grooves having different positions and different drawing depths may be provided, so that the side brush member 40 may be selectively installed at different positions of the outer housing 30, and the length of the bristles 401 protruding from the outer housing 30 may be controlled, thereby adjusting the protruding position and the cleaning range of the side brush member 40.
On the basis of changing the position and the cleaning range of the side brush in a pull-out manner, a rotary rod (not shown) can be additionally arranged, and the position of the extending bristles 401 can be adjusted through the rotary motion mode of the rotary rod, and meanwhile, the side brush can swing or rotate around a circumference under the driving of the rotary rod during cleaning, so that the cleaning range of the side brush is further expanded, and the side brush can also adapt to more complex wall shapes. The limit brush can stretch to the corner department of wall body, and then the laying dust of clean dead angle department, has both promoted clean effect, has also made things convenient for user's use, alleviates the fatigue of user when using the dust catcher.
The cleaning base 100 of the present embodiment can be applied to various cleaning products, and in a specific embodiment, the cleaning base 100 is applied to a steamer including the cleaning base 100.
As shown in FIG. 2, in one particular embodiment, the cleaning base 100 is applied to a floor washing machine that includes a handle 61, a body 62, a waste pipe (not shown), and the cleaning base 100 described above. The main body 62 is provided with a motor unit 63, a fresh water tank 64, and a foul water tank 65. The clean water tank 64 is used to supply cleaning water and to wet the roll brush and the floor. The sewage tank 65 is used to recover the cleaned sewage. The operating lever 61 is connected to the main body 62. The main body 62 is disposed above the cleaning base 100 and movably connected to the cleaning base 100. One end of the sewage discharge pipe is connected with the cleaning base 100, and the other end of the sewage discharge pipe is communicated with the sewage tank 65. The motor assembly 63 is used for recycling the sewage collected by the cleaning base 100 to the sewage tank 65 through the sewage pipe.
The operating rod 61 is used for being operated and held by a user. The operation lever 61 is indirectly connected to the cleaning base 100, and a user holds the operation lever 61, thereby manipulating the cleaning base 100 to perform a cleaning task on the floor. In one embodiment, the operating rod 61 is configured to stably stand on the cleaning base 100 when not in use, and the floor washing machine is also called an upright floor washing machine.
The motor assembly 63 is used to create a negative pressure to draw sewage on the ground into the sewage tank 65. The scrubber also comprises a drain pipe (not shown), one end of which is connected to the sewage tank 65 and the other end of which is connected to the suction opening of the cleaning base 100, and under the action of negative pressure, the sewage on the ground is sucked in from the suction opening, flows into the sewage tank 65 through the drain pipe, and is temporarily stored in the sewage tank 65. In a particular embodiment, the motor assembly 63 includes a motor 631 and an impeller (not shown), the motor 631 driving the impeller to rotate to generate the negative pressure. In another embodiment, the motor assembly 63 may also employ a vacuum pump to create the negative pressure.
As shown in fig. 2, a battery pack 66 is used to supply power for improved portability of the scrubber. The battery pack 66 is disposed in the outer casing 30 and electrically connected to the motor to provide electric power for the motor to operate.
The main body 62 communicates the foul water tank 65 with the suction port of the cleaning base 100 through a sewage drain pipe to form a foul water recovery passage, and communicates the fresh water tank 64 with the cleaning base 100 through a fresh water supply pipe (not shown) to form a cleaning water supply passage. Wherein the sewage draining pipe and the clean water supply pipeline are both flexible hoses.
In the foregoing description of the embodiment of the floor washing machine, the side brush assembly 40 of the cleaning base 100 used in the floor washing machine is located between the front roll brush 10 and the rear roll brush 20, and between the front suction opening 51 and the rear suction opening 52.
In one other embodiment, the cleaning base 100 may include a single rolling brush or a multi-rolling brush, and the cleaning base 100 may include the side brush member 40 disposed on the front side of the outer casing 30, and particularly, the side brush member 40 disposed on the left and/or right of the front side. In a specific embodiment, when the edge brush member 40 is disposed at the front side near the airflow inlet.
In one other embodiment, the cleaning base 100 may include a single roller brush or a multi-roller brush, and the cleaning base 100 may include the side brush member 40 disposed at the rear side of the outer casing 30, and particularly, the side brush member may be disposed at the left and/or right of the rear side of the outer casing.
