In the embodiment of the application, the electric control box is arranged on the first side of the partition plate, and the flow guide structure on the outer surface of the electric control box can guide water on the outer surface of the electric control box to flow to the second side of the partition plate through the flow guide hole of the partition plate. Therefore, water is separated from the electric control box, and the situation that water flows randomly on the surface of the electric control box and enters the electric control box to influence an electric control assembly is avoided; and the water is isolated to the other side of the partition plate, so that the electric control assembly in the electric control box can be better protected from being influenced by water or water vapor. For example, even if the water guided by the diversion structure is accumulated to a certain extent in the air conditioner external machine, the water is located on the second side of the partition plate, the space on the first side of the partition plate can be kept relatively dry, and the electric control assembly in the electric control box is relatively not easily affected by moisture.
In an alternative embodiment, the outer surface of the electronic control box comprises an outer wall surface facing the partition plate, a gap is formed between the outer wall surface and the first side of the partition plate, and the flow guide structure is arranged on the outer wall surface of the electronic control box.
In an optional implementation mode, the diversion structure includes first diversion muscle, second diversion muscle and the water conservancy diversion spare that sets up in the outer wall, and first diversion muscle is with second diversion muscle alternate spacing in order to form the water conservancy diversion region between the two, forms the regional low reaches export of water conservancy diversion between the tip of first diversion muscle and the tip of second diversion muscle, and the water conservancy diversion spare sets up in the export of low reaches and extends to the second side of baffle through the water conservancy diversion hole to guide the water that the export of low reaches and guide it to the second side of baffle. In this embodiment, the first diversion rib and the second diversion rib limit the area of rivers, avoid water to trickle wantonly to other areas on automatically controlled box surface and infiltration that probably leads to. Optionally, the electronic control box has no gap in the flow guiding area.
In an optional implementation mode, the extending direction of the first water diversion rib and the extending direction of the second water diversion rib form an included angle, and a downstream outlet is formed between two end parts of the first water diversion rib, which are close to the second water diversion rib. In this embodiment, first leading water muscle and second leading water muscle are the contained angle setting for the width in water conservancy diversion region narrows gradually in the rivers direction, and is narrowest at the exit of low reaches, is favorable to concentrating the water on the outer wall to the exit of low reaches like this.

Detailed Description
The air conditioner outdoor unit is arranged outdoors and is easy to be drenched with water due to rain or other reasons. In the existing air conditioner outdoor unit, the heat dissipation holes in the top or the partition plate may be splashed onto the electric control box, although the electric control box can protect the electric control assembly from being drenched by water to a certain extent, if water flows on the electric control box, the water may still seep into the electric control box from the gap of the electric control box, and the internal electric control assembly is damaged. Or after the electric control box is sprayed with water, the water flows downwards along the electric control box, accumulated water is finally generated below the electric control box, and the area where the electric control box is located is in a very humid state within a certain time period.
In order to improve the problem that the electronic control assembly is easy to be damaged by water spraying in the existing air conditioner external unit, the embodiment of the application provides an electronic control box mounting structure and an air conditioner external unit.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, embodiments accompanying the present application are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating an electric control box mounting structure 010 disposed on a bottom plate 020 of an air conditioner outdoor unit according to an embodiment of the present application. The electronic control box mounting structure 010 of the embodiment of the application is used for being mounted in a box body of an external machine, and the electronic control box mounting structure 010 comprises a partition plate 100 and an electronic control box 200. Generally, the partition 100 is vertically disposed in the box to divide the cavity of the box into two areas, the fan and the heat exchange assembly (such as an external coil) is on one side of the partition 100, and the compressor and the electronic control box 200 are on the other side of the partition 100, so as to prevent the compressor and the electronic control component in the electronic control box 200 from being affected by strong airflow, and therefore, the partition 100 is also called a wind-isolating vertical plate. As shown in fig. 1, the partition 100 of the electrical control box mounting structure 010 has a first side and a second side opposite to each other, and the partition 100 is provided with a diversion hole 110 penetrating through the first side and the second side; the electrical control box 200 is disposed on the first side of the partition 100, and a flow guide structure is disposed on an outer surface of the electrical control box 200, and is used for guiding water on the outer surface of the electrical control box 200 to flow to the second side of the partition 100 through the flow guide hole 110.
It can be seen that in the embodiment of the present application, the electrical control box 200 is disposed on the first side, and the diversion structure on the outer surface of the electrical control box 200 can guide the water on the outer surface of the electrical control box 200 to flow to the second side of the partition 100 through the diversion hole 110 of the partition 100. Therefore, water is separated from the electric control box 200, and the phenomenon that the water flows arbitrarily on the surface of the electric control box 200 and is immersed into the electric control box 200 to affect an electric control component is avoided; and the water is isolated to the other side of the partition 100, so that the electric control components in the electric control box 200 can be better protected from the influence of water or water vapor. For example, even if the guided water of the diversion structure is accumulated to some extent in the air conditioner external unit, but the guided water is located on the second side of the partition 100, the space on the first side of the partition 100 can be kept relatively dry, and the electric control components in the electric control box 200 are relatively insusceptible to moisture.
In the embodiment of the present application, the electronic control box 200 may be directly fixed on the partition board 100 by a fastening member or by welding; the partition 100 may be indirectly connected to the partition by other structures, so as to be fixedly connected to the partition 100, for example, the lower side of the top plate of the cabinet of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a separator 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 2 shows a second side of the partition board 100, and as shown in fig. 2, the partition board 100 is provided with a heat dissipation hole 120 for assisting the electronic control box 200 to dissipate heat, and the position of the heat dissipation hole corresponds to the installation position of the electronic control box 200. The plurality of heat dissipation holes 120 are arranged in a rectangular array. The guiding holes 110 are located below the heat dissipation holes 120. The partition board 100 is further provided with a notch 130, and the notch 130 is used for avoiding the radiator (for assisting the electronic control component to radiate heat).
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an electronic control box 200 according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of an electrical control box mounting structure 010 according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 5 is an enlarged view of a portion V in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the outer surface of the electronic control box 200 includes an outer wall surface 201 facing the partition 100, that is, the wall surface shown in the front of the electronic control box 200 in fig. 3, a gap is formed between the outer wall surface 201 and the first side of the partition 100, and the flow guide structure is disposed on the outer wall surface 201 of the electronic control box 200.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the flow guiding structure includes a first water guiding rib 210, a second water guiding rib 220 and a flow guiding member 230, which are disposed on the outer wall surface 201, the first water guiding rib 210 and the second water guiding rib 220 are spaced from each other to form a flow guiding region 202 therebetween, a downstream outlet 203 of the flow guiding region 202 is formed between an end of the first water guiding rib 210 and an end of the second water guiding rib 220, and the flow guiding member 230 is disposed on the downstream outlet 203 and extends to the second side of the partition board 100 through the flow guiding hole 110 to guide water flowing out from the downstream outlet 203 to the second side of the partition board 100. In this embodiment, the first diversion rib 210 and the second diversion rib 220 define a water flow area, so as to prevent water from seeping due to water flowing to other areas on the surface of the electronic control box 200. It should be understood that "downstream" in the downstream outlet 203 is based on the flow direction of water in the diversion area 202, and since the power of the water flow is gravity, the lower position of the downstream outlet 203 in the diversion area 202 in the normal use state can be directly below or obliquely below. Since the diversion area 202 can allow water to pass through, the electronic control box 200 is not suitable for having a gap in the diversion area 202.
As shown in fig. 3, the extending direction of the first diversion rib 210 and the extending direction of the second diversion rib 220 form an included angle, and a downstream outlet 203 is formed between two end portions (specifically, lower ends) of the first diversion rib 210 and the second diversion rib 220 which are close to each other. In the present embodiment, the first diversion rib 210 and the second diversion rib 220 are disposed at an included angle, such that the width of the diversion area 202 is gradually narrowed in the water flow direction and is narrowest at the downstream outlet 203, which is beneficial to concentrating the water on the outer wall surface 201 to the downstream outlet 203. In an optional embodiment, the included angle between the first water diversion rib 210 and the second water diversion rib 220 is 30-120 degrees, and a proper included angle can be selected and set according to the shape and size of the electric control box 200.
In other embodiments of the present application, the first diversion rib 210 and the second diversion rib 220 may also be arc-shaped rib plates, and the width of the diversion area 202 can also gradually shrink from the upstream to the downstream of the water flow.
In order to ensure the strength of the first and second diversion ribs 210 and 220 and the blocking and guiding effects on water flow, the thickness of the first and second diversion ribs 210 and 220 may be set to 1.5mm to 2.5mm, for example, 2 mm; the heights of the first and second water guide ribs 210 and 220 may be set to 11mm to 16mm, for example, 15 mm.
In the embodiment of the present application, the flow guiding element 230 includes a flow guiding plate 231, and a first side plate 232 and a second side plate 233 that are disposed at intervals on the flow guiding plate 231, one end of the flow guiding plate 231 is connected to the outer wall surface 201 outside the downstream outlet 203, and the other end of the flow guiding plate passes through the flow guiding hole 110, and the flow guiding plate 231, the first side plate 232, and the second side plate 233 together form a flow guiding channel that passes through the flow guiding hole 110. The guide passage penetrating the partition 100 is formed by the guide member 230, so that the water of the downstream outlet 203 can be guided from the outer wall surface 201 to the second side of the partition 100.
As shown in fig. 2, the first side plate 232 is connected with the first penstock 210, and the second side plate 233 is connected with the second penstock 220. The first side plate 232 and the second side plate 233 are respectively connected with the first diversion rib 210 and the second diversion rib 220, so that the diversion element 230 can completely receive water flowing out from the downstream outlet 203 and is not easy to flow out of the diversion element 230. In order to enable the water flow to flow from the downstream outlet 203 to the diversion member 230 more smoothly, the inner side surfaces of the first diversion rib 210 and the first side plate 232, the inner side surfaces of the second diversion rib 220 and the second side plate 233, and the surface of the diversion plate 231 and the outer wall surface 201 are in smooth transition. Of course, in alternative embodiments, the first side plate 232 and the second side plate 233 may not be connected to the first diversion rib 210 and the second diversion rib 220, but rather form a wider inlet than the downstream outlet 203 to receive the water flow from the downstream outlet 203.
As shown in fig. 5, a baffle 234 is disposed in the diversion channel, one end of the baffle 234 is connected to the first diversion rib 210, the other end of the baffle 234 is connected to the second diversion rib 220, and a through hole 235 is formed in the baffle 234. Because the baffle 100 is generally vertically arranged, the baffle 234 is arranged in the diversion channel, so that the effect of speed reduction and buffering can be achieved on the water flow, the phenomenon that the water flow is separated from the guide part due to too fast downward flow speed is avoided, and the water flow can continue to descend from the through hole 235. Also, the baffle 234 can increase the strength of the guide.
In this embodiment, the baffle 231 is provided with a rib 236. As shown in fig. 3, the reinforcing ribs 236 may extend along the extension direction of the baffle 231, thereby enhancing the bending resistance of the baffle 231. Similarly, the first diversion rib 210 and the second diversion rib 220 can also be provided with a reinforcing rib 236 to improve the strength.
In this embodiment, the electrical control box 200 further includes a window 204 disposed along the outer wall surface 201 for disposing a heat sink (not shown), and the notch 130 on the partition 100 corresponds to the window 204 of the electrical control box 200, so as to avoid the heat sink at the window 204, so that the heat sink can protrude from the window 204 and extend to the second side of the partition 100. It can be understood that the electronic control component disposed inside the electronic control box 200 needs to dissipate heat, and therefore a heat sink (such as a metal fin) may be disposed to assist in dissipating heat, one end of the heat sink is located at the second side of the partition board 100 and is used for absorbing heat from the electronic control component, and the other end of the heat sink extends to the second side of the partition board 100 through the window 204 and the notch 130 of the partition board 100, and since the second side of the partition board 100 is often disposed with a fan, a stronger airflow is provided, and thus the heat dissipation effect is better.
It should be understood that the shape of the electronic control box 200 in the embodiment of the present application is not limited to a narrow box shape, and it is not limited to a shape that necessarily has a closed or semi-closed cavity; for example, the electronic control box 200 may be a plate shape as a whole, one surface (corresponding to the outer wall surface 201) of which faces the partition 100, and the other surface is used for mounting the electronic control components. Therefore, the "inside of the electronic control box" can be understood as a region for mounting the electronic control component on the other side opposite to the outer wall surface 201, and is not necessarily in the inner cavity. In other embodiments of the present application, the flow guiding structure may be disposed on the outer wall surface 201 of the electronic control box 200 facing the partition 100, or may be disposed on other portions of the outer surface of the electronic control box 200, and the specific shape and structure of the flow guiding structure may also be changed as needed.
In this embodiment, the guide member 230 is integrally extended obliquely downward. In order to enable the baffle 230 to better fit the baffle hole 110, the baffle hole 110 of the partition 100 has opposite first and second edges 111 and 112, and the first and second edges 111 and 112 are offset in position in the thickness direction of the partition 100. Specifically, in the embodiment of fig. 5, the first edge 111 is an upper edge, the second edge 112 is a lower edge, and the first edge 111 is farther away from the outer wall surface 201 of the electrical control box 200 than the second edge 112, so that the diversion hole 110 is not perpendicular to the partition board 100, but faces obliquely upward to the side where the electrical control box 200 is located. After the partition 100 is vertically installed, the deflector 230 of the electrical control box 200 is obliquely inserted downward into the deflector hole 110, and the electrical control box 200 is fixed, so that the electrical control box installation structure 010 is assembled. Of course, in alternative embodiments, the first edge 111 and the second edge 112 may be at the same level, such that the deflector hole 110 is oriented vertically.
In an alternative embodiment, shown in fig. 1, the surface of the second side of the partition 100 is provided with a baffle groove 140 for receiving and guiding the water delivered from the baffle structure. In this embodiment, the guide groove 140 extends vertically downward to the vicinity of the bottom end of the partition 100, so as to facilitate the discharge of water from the air conditioner outdoor unit. The channels 140 further direct water directed by the directing structure to the second side to follow a predetermined path to avoid interference with other components on the second side of the baffle 100.
In this embodiment, the heat dissipation holes 120 of the partition 100 correspond to the outer wall surface 201 of the electronic control box 200, so as to help the electronic control components inside the electronic control box 200 to dissipate heat better.
The embodiment of the application still provides an outer machine of air conditioner (not shown in the figure), including box (not shown in the figure), automatically controlled subassembly (not shown in the figure) and automatically controlled box mounting structure 010, baffle 100 of automatically controlled box mounting structure 010 sets up in the box with erectting, and automatically controlled subassembly sets up in automatically controlled box 200. Optionally, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner further includes a compressor, an external coil, and a fan, the partition 100 separates the compressor and the fan, the compressor is located on a first side of the partition 100, and the fan is located on a second side of the partition 100. Therefore, negative influences of heat and airflow generated by the fan and the heat exchange assembly on the compressor and the electric control assembly can be avoided. Further, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner may further include a heat sink extending from the first side of the partition 100 to the second side of the partition 100 through the window 204 of the electronic control box 200 and the notch 130 of the partition 100, for assisting heat dissipation of the electronic control components.
In summary, the electrical control box 200 of the embodiment of the present application is disposed on the first side of the partition 100, and the diversion structure on the outer surface of the electrical control box 200 can guide the water on the outer surface of the electrical control box 200 to flow to the second side of the partition 100 through the diversion hole 110 of the partition 100.
Although the present application is disclosed above, the present application is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one of ordinary skill in the pertinent art without departing from the scope or spirit of the present disclosure, and it is intended that the scope of the present disclosure be defined by the appended claims.
