The electric field structure of multi-layer annular electrostatic oil and smoke purifier as claimed in claim 3, wherein a fastening member is provided at one end of the connecting rod connected with the housing, a mounting hole corresponding to the fastening member is provided at the inner side of the housing, and the connecting rod is inserted and limited in the mounting hole by the fastening member and connected with the housing.
9. The multi-layered annular electrostatic oil and smoke purifier electric field structure of claim 1, wherein said insulating connecting members between each set of said positive and negative electrode plates are respectively arranged in 4 numbers in a circumferential direction.

An oil fume purifier which realizes ionization and adsorption purification of oil fume by matching of a high-voltage and low-voltage electrostatic field structure, and is characterized in that the oil fume purifier is provided with the multilayer annular electrostatic oil fume purifier electric field structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
