The lamp of the embodiment can realize the electric connection between the main cable and the LED lamp panel through the connection between the electric connection mechanism and the plug hole, and the electric connection mechanism can be connected with different plug holes to realize the replacement of the power supply circuit of the LED lamp panel, so that the operation is simple and the connection is stable; the blocking piece can provide safety guarantee for installation personnel when shielding the plug hole, reduces the risk of electric shock, and improves the safety of lamp adjustment.

In one embodiment, the splitter is an integral splitter comprising: the second base is arranged at the end part of the wire slot and used for fixing the main cable, and the main cable comprises a live wire; the second shell is arranged on the second base, a second cavity is formed between the second shell and the second base, the main cable and the second branch cable are arranged in the second cavity in a penetrating mode, and the second branch cable is electrically connected to the LED lamp panel; the first PCB is arranged in the second cavity, the main cable, the first PCB and the second branch cable are sequentially and electrically connected, a plurality of lines are arranged on the first PCB, and the lines are used for communicating the corresponding second branch cable and the main cable; the switch is electrically connected to the first PCB and comprises at least two power supply gears and a neutral gear arranged between the adjacent power supply gears; when the switch is in the power supply gear, the live wire is in electrical communication with the corresponding second drop cable; when the switch is in the neutral position, the live wire and the corresponding second drop cable are in a non-connected state.
The lamp of the embodiment can control the connection state between the live wire and the corresponding second branch cable through the switch so as to control the on-off state of the LED lamp panel, and the live wire and the corresponding second branch cable can be in an electric connection state or a non-connection state due to the fact that the switch can be in a power supply gear or a neutral position, so that different power supply circuits can be rapidly adjusted to supply power to the lamp on the premise of no power failure; and the neutral position can avoid the phenomenon of striking sparks or burning out the deconcentrator and the lamp due to overlarge current, and the safety is high.
In an embodiment, a positioning assembly is arranged on the lamp and comprises an adjusting buckle and a tightening screw connected to the adjusting buckle, an installation through groove is formed in one side, away from the lamp body, of the wire groove, the adjusting buckle is connected to the installation through groove in a sliding mode, and one end of the tightening screw can abut against the wire groove and fix the adjusting buckle. Therefore, the wire casing can be adjusted to any position according to the requirements of the actual use environment so as to adjust the distance between the lamps.
In an embodiment, the luminaire further comprises: the cable buckle is arranged on the wire slot or the lamp body, a plurality of grooves are formed in the cable buckle, and each main cable penetrates through the grooves; and the connecting terminals comprise male butt plugs and female butt sockets which are respectively arranged at the two ends of the main cable and can be mutually and electrically connected. Therefore, the main cables in the wire grooves are regularly arranged and can be directly connected with the connecting terminals of other lamps through the connecting terminals, so that the connection is stable; need not professional installer operation, promote the installation effectiveness.
In one embodiment, the LED lamp panel includes a second PCB and an LDE lamp electrically connected to the second PCB; the lamp further comprises a lens assembly covering the LED lamp panel, and the lens assembly is fixedly connected to the second PCB. Because the lamp is provided with the second PCB, the wiring inside the lamp can be simplified, and the safety during disassembly and assembly is further improved.
In one embodiment, the lens assembly comprises a plurality of lenses connected in sequence, each lens comprises a first end and a second end which are arranged oppositely, the first end is provided with a concave part, and the second end is provided with a convex part matched with the concave part; the first end of one of the lenses abuts the second end of an adjacent lens. Therefore, no gap is formed between the adjacent lenses, and light leakage is not easy to occur.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a lighting system, including: a luminaire as claimed in any one of the embodiments of the first aspect; and the end part of the lamp is connected with another lamp or the wire slot through the connecting bracket. According to the lighting system, the main cable can be arranged in the accommodating space, the problems of repeated wiring and disorder wiring are avoided, the power supply line of the LED lamp panel can be replaced by adjusting the deconcentrator, the risk of electric shock is reduced, the safety and convenience of installation personnel in installing and adjusting the lamp are further improved, and the technical problems that the lamp is easy to get electric shock and the lamp power supply line is inconvenient to adjust when the lamp is installed at present are effectively solved; moreover, the lighting system can realize splicing of a plurality of lamps or lamps and wire slots through the connecting bracket, and is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble and assemble.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are examples. To explain the technical solution of the present invention, the following description is made with reference to the specific drawings and examples. In a first aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide a lamp for commercial, industrial and civil space lighting. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the lamp 100 includes a wire slot 10, a lamp body 20, an end cap 31 and a wire divider 40. Wherein, a main cable 11 is arranged in the wire slot 10. The lamp body 20 is connected to the wire casing 10, and is equipped with LED lamp plate 21 on the lamp body 20. The end cap 31 is disposed at an end of the lamp body 20, and a receiving space is formed among the wire groove 10, the lamp body 20, and the end cap 31. Deconcentrator 40 is located accommodation space, and LED lamp plate 21 passes through deconcentrator 40 electricity and connects in main cable 11.
It can be understood that the wire groove 10, the lamp body 20 and the end cap 31 are made of insulating materials.
Above-mentioned lamps and lanterns 100 are through locating accommodation space with leader cable 11 in, the repeated and mixed and disorderly problem of walking the line has been avoided, because LED lamp plate 21 passes through deconcentrator 40 and realizes being connected with the electricity between the leader cable 11, then the power supply line of LED lamp plate 21 is changed to accessible adjustment deconcentrator 40, reduce the risk of electrocuting, and then security and convenience when having promoted installer installation and adjustment lamps and lanterns 100, easily electrocute and the inconvenient technical problem who adjusts lamps and lanterns 100 power supply line when effectively having improved present installation lamps and lanterns 100.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 5 to 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the wire divider 40 includes a first base 41, a first housing 42 and a blocking member 43. The first base 41 is connected to the wire duct 10, and is used to fix the main cable 11.
The first housing 42 is disposed on the first base 41 and forms a first cavity with the first base 41, the main cable 11 is disposed in the first cavity in a penetrating manner, the first housing 42 is provided with an insertion hole 421, the insertion hole 421 corresponds to a part of the main cable 11 and is used for connecting a first sub-cable 441, and the first sub-cable 441 is electrically connected to the LED lamp panel 21.
The blocking member 43 is movably connected to the first housing 42 and is disposed to partially overlap the main cable 11. Wherein, the blocking member 43 can cover the insertion hole 421; and, the blocking member 43 can be moved away from the plugging hole 421 by force, so that the plugging hole 421 exposes a part of the main cable 11.
The lamp 100 further includes an electrical connection mechanism 45, the electrical connection mechanism 45 is connected to the main cable 11 through the insertion hole 421, and the first sub-cable 441 is disposed on the electrical connection mechanism 45 and electrically connected to the main cable 11.
In the lamp 100 of the above embodiment, the power taking and connecting mechanism 45 can be connected with the plug holes 421 on the splitter 40 to realize the electrical connection between the main cable 11 and the LED lamp panel 21, and the power taking and connecting mechanism 45 can be connected with different plug holes 421 to realize the replacement of the power supply circuit of the LED lamp panel 21, so that the operation is simple and the connection is stable; when the blocking member 43 shields the inserting hole 421, safety guarantee can be provided for installation personnel, electric shock risks can be reduced, and the safety of adjusting the lamp 100 can be improved.
In this embodiment, the metal conductor is exposed by peeling off the outer skin of a part of the main cable 11 disposed on the first base 41, and the insertion hole 421 corresponds to the exposed metal conductor and is electrically connected to the first sub-cable 441 through the metal conductor.
In this embodiment, eight first mounting grooves 411 are formed in the first base 41 at intervals, and eight first main cables 11 are respectively inserted into one first mounting groove 411 to avoid contact between exposed metal conductors. It will be appreciated that other shapes of the separation compartment may be provided on the first base 41, and is not limited herein.
The use process of the wire distributor 40 and the power-taking connecting mechanism 45 in the lamp 100 is as follows: firstly, peeling off a sheath with a preset length on a main cable 11 to expose a metal conductor, and placing the main cable 11 on a first base 41 at intervals; the blocking piece 43 is connected with the first housing 42, the installation position of the blocking piece 43 is adjusted until the blocking piece 43 can cover the insertion hole 421, then the first housing 42 is connected with the first base 41, and the blocking piece 43 and the metal conductor are arranged in an overlapping mode; the wire distributor 40 is arranged on the wire slot 10, an applicable electricity taking connecting mechanism 45 is selected according to actual use conditions and is arranged on the lamp body 20, when the electricity taking connecting mechanism 45 is connected with the plug hole 421, the blocking piece 43 is removed, the first branch cable 441 can be electrically connected with the main cable 11, and the wire distributing function is realized; when the electrical connection mechanism 45 is removed, the blocking member 43 moves in the reverse direction until the blocking member 43 covers the insertion hole 421 again.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5 and 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the wire casing 10 includes a top wall 12 and two first sidewalls 13 connected to the top wall 12, one end of each first sidewall 13 far from the top wall 12 is connected to the lamp body 20, the top wall 12 is provided with a first through groove 121, and the first base 41 is detachably connected to the first through groove 121.
The lamp body 20 includes the second lateral wall 22 that two intervals set up and connects in the connecting wall 23 of two second lateral walls 22, is equipped with the second on the connecting wall 23 and leads to groove 231, gets electric coupling mechanism 45 and end cover 31 and all connects in second through groove 231 detachably. Therefore, the connection or the disassembly between the wire slot 10 and the lamp body 20 can realize the connection or the disassembly between the wire divider 40 and the electricity taking connecting mechanism 45, and the electricity taking connecting mechanism 45 can be adjusted randomly to connect different plug-in holes 421 on the wire divider 40, so the operation is simple and convenient.
In the present embodiment, the first base 41 and the first through groove 121 are connected by screws. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the first base 41 and the first through slot 121 may be fixedly connected by a connector such as a snap.
In this embodiment, the power-taking connecting mechanism 45 and the end cap 31 are both connected to the second through slot 231 by screws, so that the power-taking connecting mechanism 45 can be easily detached from the lamp body 20, and the structure can be adjusted according to the adjustment requirement of the power supply line, and then the power supply line is installed back to the original position; the end cap 31 is detachably coupled to the lamp body 20 by screws provided in the receiving space, and has no installation trace when viewed from the outer surface, thereby having an excellent appearance.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, 9 and 10, in an embodiment of the present invention, one of the first side wall 13 and the second side wall 22 is provided with a connecting groove 14, and the other is provided with a through hole 15.
The lamp 100 further includes a connecting assembly 50, the connecting assembly 50 includes a fixed member 51 and a movable member 52, the fixed member 51 is connected to the second through groove 231 or the connecting groove 14, the movable member 52 is slidably connected to the fixed member 51, and the movable member 52 is movably inserted into the through hole 15. When the movable piece 52 is inserted into the through hole 15, the wire slot 10 and the lamp body 20 are in a connected state; the movable member 52 can be forced to move and slide into the accommodating space, so that the wire casing 10 and the lamp body 20 are in a detachable state.
In the present embodiment, the connecting groove 14 is disposed on the first sidewall 13, and the through hole 15 is disposed on the second sidewall 22. It is understood that in other embodiments, the through hole 15 is disposed on the first sidewall 13, and the connection groove 14 is disposed on the second sidewall 22, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 51 is connected to the second through groove 231. It is understood that the sliding direction of the movable member 52 is inclined to the direction of the second through-groove 231.
In the present embodiment, the number of the connecting members 50 is two, and the positions of the two connecting members 50 on the luminaire 100 are symmetrically distributed. It is understood that the number and the installation position of the connection assembly 50 may be other in other embodiments, and are not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, 9 and 10, in an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing member 51 is a fixing rod, and the fixing member 51 is provided with a fixing groove 511, and a side wall of the movable member 52 is slidably connected to the fixing groove 511. The movable member 52 includes two movable ends 521 disposed oppositely and an elastic portion 522 connected between the two movable ends 521, each movable end 521 is provided with a pressing portion 523 and a buckling portion 524, the pressing portion 523 is movably inserted into the through hole 15, and the buckling portion 524 can be clamped in the connecting groove 14. Therefore, tools are not used in the dismounting process between the wire slot 10 and the lamp body 20, the operation is simple, time and labor are saved, and the lamp is suitable for various lamps 100.
In this embodiment, the fixing elements 51 are two fixing rods, and the two fixing elements 51 and the second through grooves 231 are detachably connected by screws. It will be appreciated that the moveable member 52 is disposed between the two fixed members 51.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, and 11 to 14, in another embodiment of the present invention, the wire divider 40 is an integrated wire divider, and the wire divider 40 includes a second base 46, a second housing 47, a first PCB 48, and a switch 49. A second seat 46 is provided at the end of the raceway arrangement 10 for securing a main cable 11, the main cable 11 comprising a live wire. The second housing 47 is disposed on the second base 46 and forms a second cavity with the second base 46, the main cable 11 and the second branch cable 442 are both disposed in the second cavity, and the second branch cable 442 is electrically connected to the LED lamp panel 21.
In the second cavity was located to first PCB board 48, main cable 11, first PCB board 48, second branch cable 442 were connected electrically in proper order, were equipped with a plurality of circuits on the first PCB board 48, and the circuit is used for communicateing corresponding second branch cable 442 and main cable 11.
The switch 49 is electrically connected to the first PCB 48, the switch 49 includes at least two power supply gears and a neutral gear disposed between adjacent power supply gears; when switch 49 is in the power position, the live line is in electrical communication with the respective second drop cable 442; when the switch 49 is in neutral, the live cable is not connected to the corresponding second drop cable 442.
The lamp 100 of the above embodiment can control the connection state between the live wire and the corresponding second drop cable 442 through the switch 49, and further control the on-off of the LED lamp panel 21, because the switch 49 can be in a power supply gear or a neutral position, the live wire and the corresponding second drop cable 442 can be in an electrical connection state or a non-connection state, so that different power supply circuits can be quickly adjusted to supply power to the lamp 100 on the premise of no power interruption, and the installer can be prevented from contacting the main cable 11 or the second drop cable 442 by directly adjusting the switch 49, thereby improving the personal safety of the installer; and the neutral position can avoid the phenomenon of striking sparks due to overlarge current or burning out the deconcentrator 40 and the lamp 100, and the safety is high.
In this embodiment, the number of the main cables 11 disposed on the second base 46 is eight, including three live wires L1-L3, a ground wire, a zero wire and three signal wires, the eight main cables 11 are all stripped off part of the outer skin to expose the metal conductors, eight second mounting grooves 461 are disposed on the second base 46 at intervals, and the eight main cables 11 are respectively inserted into one second mounting groove 461 to avoid contact between the exposed metal conductors. It will be appreciated that other shapes of separation compartments may be provided on the second base 46, and are not limited herein.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the number of the main cables 11 may be 3 to 12, and accordingly, the number of the second mounting grooves 461 on the second base 46 corresponds thereto, which is not limited herein.
In the present embodiment, the splitter 40 includes three power supply gears and two neutral positions disposed between adjacent power supply gears. For the sake of identification, corresponding marks (L1, L2, L3) are made next to the three power supply positions, respectively. It is understood that in other embodiments, the number of power supply gears and the number of neutral positions can be selected according to actual needs.
In the present embodiment, the wire groove 10 is integrally formed with the lamp body 20. It is understood that in other embodiments, the wireway 10 is removably connected to the body 20.
The use of the wire splitter 40 in the luminaire 100 is as follows: firstly, peeling off a sheath with a preset length on the main cable 11 to expose the metal conductor, and placing the main cable 11 on the second base 46 at intervals; connecting a first PCB (printed circuit board) 48 provided with an internal circuit with a main cable 11, and then electrically connecting a second branch cable 442 and a switch 49 with the first PCB 48 respectively; then the second housing 47 is connected with the second base 46; the switch 49 is adjusted to a power supply gear, and a live wire corresponding to the power supply gear can be electrically communicated with a corresponding second branch cable 442 through the first PCB 48, so that branching and control functions are realized; the switch 49 is adjusted to the neutral position, and each live wire and the corresponding second branch cable 442 are in a non-communication state; again, the switch 49 is adjusted to another power supply position, and another live wire may be electrically connected to the second drop cable 442 via the first PCB 48.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a positioning assembly 60 is disposed on the lamp 100, the positioning assembly 60 includes an adjusting buckle 61 and a tightening screw 62 connected to the adjusting buckle 61, an installation through slot 16 is disposed on one side of the wire slot 10 away from the lamp body 20, the adjusting buckle 61 is slidably connected to the installation through slot 16, and one end of the tightening screw 62 can abut against the wire slot 10 and fix the adjusting buckle 61. Therefore, the trunking 10 can be adjusted to any position according to the requirement of the actual use environment, so as to adjust the distance between the lamps 100.
In the present embodiment, the length of the mounting through slot 16 corresponds to the length of the wire chase 10. It is understood that in other embodiments, the length and the position of the installation through slot 16 may be set according to actual requirements, and are not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the adjusting buckle 61 is an inverted U shape, and includes two upright walls 611 disposed oppositely, one end of each upright wall 611 facing the wire casing 10 is provided with a connecting end 612 extending outward and perpendicular to the direction of the upright wall 611, and the connecting end 612 is slidably connected to the mounting through slot 16. It is understood that the extending direction of the connecting end 612 can also be inward, and is not limited herein.
In the present embodiment, the number of the adjustment hooks 61 is two, and accordingly, the number of the tightening screws 62 attached to the adjustment hooks 61 is also two. It will be appreciated that the mounting of two adjustment tabs 61 facilitates balancing of the position of the light fixture 100. It is understood that the number of adjustment tabs 61 may be other.
It will be appreciated that when the light fixture 100 needs to be moved, the light fixture 100, with its included raceway 10, can be removed as a unit and installed in a desired location. It is also possible to simply remove the lamp body 20 and then install it in the target raceway 10.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the lamp 100 further includes a cable buckle 32 and a connection terminal 33.
The cable buckle 32 is arranged on the wire casing 10 or the lamp body 20, a plurality of grooves are arranged on the cable buckle 32, and each main cable 11 penetrates through the grooves.
The connection terminal 33 includes a male mating plug and a female mating socket which are respectively disposed at both ends of the main cable 11 and electrically connected to each other. Therefore, the main cables 11 in the wire slot 10 are regularly arranged and can be directly connected with the connecting terminals 33 of other lamps 100 through the connecting terminals 33, so that the connection is stable; need not professional installer operation, promote the installation effectiveness.
In this embodiment, the cable clip 32 is disposed on the raceway arrangement 10 and includes eight grooves, each of which is used to fix one of the main cables 11.
In the present embodiment, the connection terminal 33 is an eight-wire terminal, and it can be understood that in other embodiments, the number of wires to be inserted into the connection terminal 33 is increased or decreased according to the user's requirement, such as: a seven-wire terminal or a five-wire terminal, etc.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the LED lamp panel 21 includes a second PCB and an LED lamp electrically connected to the second PCB.
The lamp 100 further includes a lens assembly 34 covering the LED lamp panel 21, and the lens assembly 34 is fixedly connected to the second PCB board. Because the lamp 100 is provided with the second PCB, the wiring inside the lamp 100 can be simplified, and the safety during disassembly and assembly is further improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 15a and fig. 15b, in an embodiment of the present invention, the lens assembly 34 includes a plurality of sequentially connected lenses 341, each lens 341 includes a first end 3411 and a second end 3412 opposite to each other, the first end 3411 is provided with a concave portion 3413, and the second end 3412 is provided with a convex portion 3414 matching with the concave portion 3413.
The first end 3411 of one lens 341 abuts the second end of an adjacent lens. Therefore, the joint between the adjacent lenses is seamless, and light leakage is not easy to occur.
In this embodiment, the concave portion 3413 is provided on a surface of the first end 3411 facing the second end of the adjacent lens, and the convex portion 3414 is provided on a surface of the second end 3412 facing the first end of the other adjacent lens. The junction between adjacent lenses is made by the concave portion 3413 on the first end 3411 of the lens 341 abutting the convex portion on the second end of the adjacent lens.
In the present embodiment, the lens assembly 34 includes five lenses 341 connected in series, and it is understood that the number of the lenses 341 may be other in other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the lamp 100 further includes a power source 35 disposed in the accommodating space for driving the LED lamp, wherein the power source 35 is electrically connected to the wire divider 40, the main cable 11 and the LED lamp panel 21.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 16 to 19, and a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a lighting system 200, including a lamp 100 and a connecting bracket 70 disposed at an end of a wire casing 10 as described in any of the above embodiments, wherein the end of the lamp 100 is connected to another lamp 100 or the wire casing 10 through the connecting bracket 70.

It is understood that in other embodiments, the number and arrangement of the light fixtures 100 and trunking 10 may be varied according to the field lighting needs, and is not limited herein.
It can be appreciated that the trunking 10 of the lighting system 200, which is connected to the luminaire 100, is provided with a closing plate to prevent the internal structure of the trunking 10 from leaking outside.
Referring to fig. 17 to 19, in an embodiment of the present invention, the connecting bracket 70 includes a connecting bottom plate 71 and a positioning elastic buckle 72, two ends of the connecting bottom plate 71 are respectively connected to two adjacent wire slots 10, one end of the positioning elastic buckle 72 is connected to one of the wire slots 10, and the other end is connected to the connecting bottom plate 71 in a clamping manner. Therefore, when the positioning elastic sheet buckle 72 is clamped with the connecting bottom plate 71, the adjacent wire slots 10 are connected and fastened and are not easy to loosen.
In this embodiment, the positioning elastic buckle 72 is provided with a fastening slot 721, the connecting bottom plate 71 is provided with a protrusion 711, and the fastening slot 721 is fastened with the protrusion 711.
In this embodiment, the connecting bracket 70 further includes a positioning element 73, the positioning element 73 is disposed on one side of the connecting bottom plate 71 facing the wire slot 10, when the positioning elastic sheet fastener 72 is fastened to the connecting bottom plate 71, the positioning element 73 abuts against one side of the wire slot 10 far away from the lamp body 20, and the positioning element 73 is provided with a connecting hole 74, through which a screw can pass to fixedly connect the connecting bracket 70.
It is understood that the positioning snap fastener 72 may be made of metal, for example: the positioning elastic piece buckle 72 is good in elasticity, not prone to fatigue after long-term use and high in stability, and connection between adjacent wire chases 10 can be guaranteed to be detachable.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3 and fig. 16, in an embodiment of the present invention, the end cap 31 includes a first end cap 311 and a second end cap 312, the first end cap 311 is disposed at an end of the lighting system 200, the second end cap 312 is disposed at a connection position of the lamp 100 and the wire casing 10, wherein a size of the first end cap 311 is larger than a size of the second end cap 312. Thus, foreign matters such as dust and mosquitoes can be prevented from entering the inside of the illumination system 200, light leakage can be avoided, and the whole illumination system 200 has an attractive appearance.
Optionally, the first end cap 311 and the second end cap 312 are made of an insulating material.
The lighting system 200 can avoid the problems of repeated wiring and disorder by arranging the main cable 11 in the accommodating space, and can replace the power supply line of the LED lamp panel 21 by adjusting the deconcentrator 40, so that the risk of electric shock is reduced, the safety and convenience of installation personnel in installing and adjusting the lamp 100 are further improved, and the technical problems of easy electric shock and inconvenience in adjusting the power supply line of the lamp 100 when the lamp 100 is installed at present are effectively improved; in addition, the lighting system 200 can realize splicing of a plurality of lamps 100 or between the lamps 100 and the trunking 10 through the connecting bracket 70, and has a simple structure and convenient assembly and disassembly.
