In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, one object of the application is to provide a moisture-absorbing sweat-releasing fabric which has good moisture-absorbing sweat-releasing performance, strong air permeability and good antibacterial effect.
In order to achieve the above purposes, the technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows: the moisture absorption and sweat releasing fabric comprises a fabric inner layer, an elastic layer and a fabric outer layer, wherein one end of the elastic layer is connected to the fabric inner layer in an adhesion mode, the other end of the elastic layer is connected to the fabric outer layer through knitted loops, multiple groups of elastic strips are arranged on the elastic layer and are arranged on the elastic layer at intervals, sweat releasing channels are arranged on the elastic strips, a plurality of first air holes are formed in the fabric inner layer and are arranged on the fabric inner layer at intervals, and the first air holes are respectively aligned to the sweat releasing channels.
Furthermore, the sweat discharging channel comprises a moisture absorption channel and a deodorization channel, one end of the moisture absorption channel is communicated with the first air hole, the other end of the moisture absorption channel is communicated with the deodorization channel, a moisture absorption bag is arranged in the moisture absorption channel, and a deodorization bag is arranged in the deodorization channel.
Furthermore, the elastic layer is formed by weaving memory fibers and elastic fibers in a warp-weft staggered mode.
Furthermore, the outer layer of the fabric comprises an antibacterial layer, a moisture absorption layer, a tensile layer and a wear-resistant layer, the antibacterial layer is bonded to the outer surface of the elastic layer, the moisture absorption layer is connected to the outer surface of the antibacterial layer through knitted coils, the tensile layer is bonded to the outer surface of the moisture absorption layer, and the wear-resistant layer is sewn to the outer surface of the tensile layer.
Further, the antibacterial layer is of a wavy structure and is formed by compounding liquorice fibers and bamboo charcoal fibers.
Furthermore, a plurality of flow guide holes are formed in the moisture absorption layer at intervals, each flow guide hole is obliquely formed in the moisture absorption layer, and bamboo charcoal particles are filled in the flow guide holes.
Furthermore, the moisture absorption layer is formed by blending bamboo charcoal fibers and acrylic fibers, the anti-pulling layer is formed by weaving polypropylene fibers, the wear-resistant layer is formed by twisting nylon fibers, and the thickness ratio of the antibacterial layer to the moisture absorption layer to the anti-pulling layer to the wear-resistant layer is 2:3:2: 1.
Furthermore, the inner layer of the fabric is formed by staggering two warps and two wefts up and down, and the two warps and the two wefts are formed by twisting two silk fibers.
Furthermore, a plurality of elastic bulges are arranged on the inner surface of the inner layer of the fabric and are arranged on the inner surface of the inner layer of the fabric at equal intervals, and the elastic bulges and the first air holes are arranged in a one-to-one staggered mode.

Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effect of this application lies in:
(1) the elastic layer is provided with the sweat discharging channel, so that the fabric has high elasticity and good moisture absorption and sweat discharging performance, the dryness of the fabric can be kept, and the wearing comfort level is improved.
(2) The fabric is provided with the first air holes, so that the fabric has good air permeability, and the problem that the fabric is easy to feel stuffy after being worn for a long time is solved.
(3) The fabric is provided with the moisture absorption channel and the deodorization channel, moisture absorption cotton in the moisture absorption channel can absorb sweat in a human body, and porous ceramic particles in the deodorization channel can absorb body surface odor, so that good moisture absorption, sweat removal and deodorization are realized, breeding of bacteria on the fabric is effectively inhibited, and human health is guaranteed.

As shown in fig. 1-2, a moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing fabric 1 comprises an inner fabric layer 10, an elastic layer 20 and an outer fabric layer 30, wherein one end of the elastic layer 20 is bonded to the inner fabric layer 10, the other end of the elastic layer 20 is connected to the outer fabric layer 30 through a knitted loop, the elastic layer 20 is provided with a plurality of groups of elastic strips 21, the plurality of groups of elastic strips 21 are arranged on the elastic layer 20 at intervals, the elastic layer 20 enables the fabric to have good elasticity, each group of elastic strips 21 is provided with a sweat-releasing channel 22, the sweat-releasing channels 22 are arranged in the elastic strips 21, so that the fabric can ensure the air permeability while having good elasticity, the inner fabric layer 10 is provided with a plurality of first air holes 11, the first air holes 11 are arranged on the inner fabric layer 10 at intervals, the first air holes 11 enable the fabric to have good air permeability, and avoid the problem of stuffy feeling during long-time wearing, each first vent hole 11 is aligned with each sweat discharging passage 22, when a human body generates sweat, the sweat can enter the sweat discharging passage 22 through the first vent holes 11 and then is absorbed by the moisture absorption bag 223 and the deodorization bag 224 in the sweat discharging passage 22, so that the moisture absorption and sweat discharging operation is effectively realized, the dryness of the fabric is kept, the fabric cannot be attached to the skin of the body, and the wearing comfort is effectively improved.
The sweat discharging channel 22 comprises a moisture absorbing channel 221 and a deodorizing channel 222, the moisture absorbing channel 221 and the deodorizing channel 222 are both of an oval structure, the moisture absorbing efficiency and the deodorizing efficiency can be increased, one end of the moisture absorbing channel 221 is communicated with the first air hole 11, the other end of the moisture absorbing channel 221 is communicated with the deodorizing channel 222, a moisture absorbing bag 223 is arranged in the moisture absorbing channel 221, the moisture absorbing bag 223 is wrapped with moisture absorbing cotton or bamboo charcoal, a deodorizing bag 224 is arranged in the deodorizing channel 222, porous ceramic particles are wrapped in the deodorizing bag 224, sweat of a human body can enter the moisture absorbing channel 221 through the first air hole 11, the moisture absorbing cotton or bamboo charcoal can absorb the sweat entering the moisture absorbing channel 221, and the porous ceramic particles in the deodorizing channel 222 can absorb the body surface, so that good moisture absorbing, sweat discharging and deodorizing effects are achieved, breeding of bacteria on the fabric is effectively inhibited, and health of the human body is guaranteed.
Wherein, elastic layer 20 is woven through the crisscross mode of longitude and latitude by memory fiber and elastic fiber and is formed, wherein memory fiber can be polyurethane fiber, its soft handle, the strain is big, has higher shape stability, elastic fiber is polyisoprene fibre, it has good elasticity, through weaving memory fiber and elastic fiber into elastic layer 20, make the surface fabric also can be in the reconversion under memory fiber's effect when possessing good elasticity, reduce the cracked risk of surface fabric, thereby improve the practicality of surface fabric.
The outer layer 30 of the fabric comprises an antibacterial layer 31, a moisture absorption layer 32, a pulling-resistant layer 33 and a wear-resistant layer 34, the antibacterial layer 31 is bonded and connected to the outer surface of the elastic layer 20, the antibacterial layer 31 can enhance the antibacterial capability of the fabric, can effectively inhibit the breeding of bacteria, and avoids the bacteria from being infected to a human body through the fabric to cause direct damage to the human body, the moisture absorption layer 32 is connected to the outer surface of the antibacterial layer 31 through knitted coils, the moisture absorption effect of the fabric can be enhanced through the moisture absorption layer 32, sweat can be effectively absorbed through the moisture absorption layer 32 and the moisture absorption channel 221, the dryness of the fabric is kept, the wearing comfort is improved, the pulling-resistant layer 33 is bonded and connected to the outer surface of the moisture absorption layer 32, and the pulling-resistant layer 33 can improve the strength of the fabric, so that the fabric has good extensibility; the wear-resistant layer 34 is sewn on the outer surface of the anti-pulling layer 33, and the wear-resistant layer 34 can improve the wear resistance of the fabric, so that the service life of the fabric is prolonged.
The antibacterial layer 31 is of a wave-shaped structure, the contact area between the antibacterial layer 31 and bacteria can be increased through the wave-shaped structure, the bacteria breeding is effectively inhibited, the antibacterial capacity of the antibacterial layer is enhanced, and the human health is guaranteed.
Wherein, be equipped with a plurality of water conservancy diversion holes 321 on the moisture absorption layer 32 at interval, each water conservancy diversion hole 321 sets up on moisture absorption layer 32 aslope, and water conservancy diversion hole 321 intussuseption is filled with bamboo charcoal granule, and the bamboo charcoal granule can carry out the secondary absorption to the not thorough sweat of absorption in the sweat discharge passage 22 to improve the moisture absorption effect of whole surface fabric, the contact area of bamboo charcoal granule and sweat can be increased in the slope setting of water conservancy diversion hole 321, further improve the moisture absorption capacity of surface fabric.
The moisture absorption layer 32 is formed by blending bamboo charcoal fibers and acrylic fibers, the bamboo charcoal fibers have good moisture absorption, ventilation, bacteriostasis and antibiosis performances, and the acrylic fibers have the characteristics of fluffiness, softness, light weight and the like, and the moisture absorption layer 32 is formed by blending the bamboo charcoal fibers and the acrylic fibers, so that the fabric is light in texture, soft in hand feeling and good in moisture absorption; the anti-pulling layer 33 is formed by weaving polypropylene fibers, and the polypropylene fibers are high in strength, good in elasticity and wear-resistant, can enhance the anti-pulling property of the fabric, and can prolong the service life of the fabric; the wear-resistant layer 34 is formed by twisting nylon fibers, and the wear resistance of the nylon fibers is the best of all textile fibers, so that the wear resistance of the fabric is enhanced, and the service life of the fabric is prolonged; the thickness ratio of the antibacterial layer 31, the moisture absorption layer 32, the anti-pulling layer 33 and the wear-resistant layer 34 is 2:3:2: 1.
The inner fabric layer 10 is formed by warp yarns and weft yarns which are arranged in a vertically staggered mode, the warp yarns and the weft yarns are formed by twisting two silk fibers, the silk fibers have the advantages of being soft, hanging, fine and smooth, and the inner fabric layer 10 is directly contacted with a human body, so that the inner fabric layer has good skin-friendly performance when being worn by people.

The elastic strips 21 are S-shaped structures, so that the whole fabric has a larger stretching space due to the S-shaped structures, and the high elasticity of the fabric is ensured.
