A paint detection device after paint production is characterized by comprising a workbench (1), a detection box (2), a box door (3), a detection table (4), a central control unit (5), a timer (6), a plurality of groups of ultraviolet radiation lamps (7) and a high-temperature humidifying device, wherein a chamber is arranged inside the workbench (1), the bottom ends of the detection box (2) and the detection table (4) are connected with the top end of the workbench (1), the detection table (4) is positioned inside the detection box (2), the side end of the box door (3) is rotatably connected with the front end of the detection box (2) through a plurality of groups of hinges, the rear end of the central control unit (5) is connected with the front end of the box door (3), the front end of the central control unit (5) is provided with a display screen, the rear end of the timer (6) is connected with the front end of the central control unit (5), the side ends of the ultraviolet radiation lamps (7) are fixedly connected with the side wall inside the detection box (2), the high-temperature humidifying device is arranged inside the workbench (1);
the high-temperature humidifying device comprises a water tank (8), a heating plate (9), a water inlet valve (10), a circulating pump (11), a water suction pipe (12), a circulating pipe (13), a water spray pipe (14), a plurality of groups of exhaust pumps (15) and a plurality of groups of exhaust pipes (16), wherein the bottom end of the water tank (8) is connected with the bottom end in the workbench (1), the side end of the water inlet valve (10) extends into the workbench (1) from the side end of the workbench (1) to be connected with the side end of the water tank (8), the water inlet valve (10) is communicated with the inside of the water tank (8), the side end of the heating plate (9) is fixedly connected with the side wall in the water tank (8) through a support frame, the side end of the circulating pump (11) is connected with the right end of the workbench (1), the side end of the circulating pump (11) is provided with a water suction port, the top end of the circulating pump (11) is provided with a water discharge port, and the right end of the water suction pipe (12) is connected with the water suction port of the circulating pump (11), the left end of a water suction pipe (12) extends into the water tank (8) from the right end of the workbench (1), the bottom end of a circulating pipe (13) is connected with a water outlet of a circulating pump (11), the top of the left end of the circulating pipe (13) extending into the water tank (8) from the right end of the workbench (1) is connected with the right end of a water spray pipe (14), the bottom end of the water spray pipe (14) is provided with a plurality of groups of atomizing nozzles, the water spray pipe (14) is positioned above the heating plate (9), the top ends of a plurality of groups of exhaust pumps (15) are connected with the top end of the workbench (1), the top ends of a plurality of groups of exhaust pumps (15) are provided with exhaust ports, the side ends of a plurality of groups of exhaust pumps (15) are provided with air suction ports, the exhaust ports of a plurality of groups of exhaust pumps (15) extend into the detection box (2), one end of a plurality of groups of exhaust pipes (16) is respectively connected with the air suction ports of a plurality of groups of exhaust pumps (15), the other ends of the multiple groups of exhaust pipes (16) are connected with the top end of the water tank (8), one ends of the multiple groups of exhaust pipes (16) are communicated with the inside of the water tank (8), and the middle parts of the multiple groups of exhaust pipes (16) are exposed on two sides of the workbench (1).
2. The paint inspection apparatus after paint production as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a temperature monitor (17) and a humidity monitor (18), both the temperature monitor (17) and the humidity monitor (18) being mounted on the inspection station (4).

The paint testing apparatus after paint production according to claim 1, further comprising a condensation top (19), a water collection tank (20), a first connection pipe (21), a filter box (22), a second connection pipe (23) and a plurality of sets of filter screens (24), wherein the bottom end of the condensation top (19) is connected with the top end of the detection box (2), the side end of the water collection tank (20) is connected with the top of the inner wall of the detection box (2), the right end of the first connection pipe (21) extends into the detection box (2) from the left end of the detection box (2), the bottom end of the first connection pipe (21) is connected with the top end of the filter box (22), the top end of the second connection pipe (23) is connected with the bottom end of the filter box (22), the right end of the second connection pipe (23) extends into the water box (8) from the left end of the workbench (1), and the first connection pipe (21) and the second connection pipe (23) are both communicated with the interior of the filter box (22), the side ends of the multiple groups of filter screens (24) are fixedly connected with the side wall in the filter box (22).

The paint inspection apparatus after paint production as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a color difference detector (25) and an electric push rod (26), wherein a side end of the color difference detector (25) is connected to a side wall inside the inspection box (2) through the electric push rod (26).

The paint detection device after paint production as claimed in claim 4, further comprising two sets of heating boxes (27), a plurality of sets of heating resistors (28), and two sets of exhaust fans (29), wherein the bottom ends of the two sets of heating boxes (27) are connected to the top end of the workbench (1), one ends of the two sets of heating boxes (27) are provided with inlet ports, the other ends of the two sets of heating boxes (27) are provided with outlet ports, the plurality of sets of heating resistors (28) are respectively installed inside the two sets of heating boxes (27), one ends of the two sets of exhaust fans (29) are respectively connected to the outlet ports of the two sets of heating boxes (27), the other ends of the two sets of exhaust fans (29) are respectively connected to the side ends of the detection box (2), and the two sets of exhaust fans (29) are both communicated with the inside of the detection box (2).

The paint inspection apparatus after paint production as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a plurality of sets of heat radiating fins (30), wherein the middle portions of the plurality of sets of heat radiating fins (30) are respectively connected to the middle portions of the plurality of sets of exhaust pipes (16).
7. A paint inspection apparatus as claimed in claim 3 in which the condensation roof (19) is of upwardly convex arcuate shape.
