The stator assembly 5 comprises an annular iron core 501 and a coil 502, the annular iron core 501 can be filled in the rotor cabin 401 in three matching modes, and only the inner circular wall of the annular iron core 501 is attached to the inner circular cabin wall of the stator cabin 402 in the first mode; in the second mode, only the outer circular wall of the annular iron core 501 is attached to the outer circular bulkhead of the stator cabin 402; in the third mode, the inner circular wall of the annular core 501 is attached to the inner circular bulkhead of the stator compartment 402, and the outer circular wall of the annular core 501 is attached to the outer circular bulkhead of the stator compartment 402. In the present embodiment, the third mode is adopted.
When the inner circle and the outer circle of the annular iron core 501 are respectively contacted with the inner wall of the rotor cabin 401 at the same time, the interlayer of the casing 4 is filled, so that the rigidity of the casing 4 is obviously improved, and the heat dissipation and NVH performance of the motor are greatly improved.
The electric fan further comprises a controller 16, the controller 16 is located in a reserved groove in the buckling end face of the end cover 6, a closed space is formed between the reserved groove and the shell 4, the requirement for working in a severe environment is met, and the reliability of the motor, a control circuit and the like can be greatly improved.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a corrosion-resistant electric fan, which includes a fan housing 1, an impeller 2, a rotor assembly 3, a casing 4, a stator assembly 5, and an end cover 6. The structures of the fan housing 1, the impeller 2, the casing 4, the stator assembly 5 and the end cover 6 are the same as those of the first embodiment, and are not described herein.
As a possible implementation, the rotor assembly 3 includes a support shaft 301, a rotor shaft 302, and a magnetic steel 303; the upper part of the rotor shaft 302 is connected with the impeller 2; the rotor shaft 302 and the magnetic steel 303 can be bonded, sleeved and fixed together through glue, and the rotor shaft 302 is rotatably connected to the support shaft 301 through a third bearing 13; the upper end of the supporting shaft 301 is fixed on the first shaft seat 14, the upper end surface of the first shaft seat 14 is provided with a supporting part 10, the upper end of the supporting part 10 is connected on the fan housing 1, and the lower end is connected on the first shaft seat 14. The fan housing 1, the supporting portion 10 and the first shaft seat 14 may be integrally formed by injection molding. The lower end of the support shaft 301 is fixed to the second shaft base 15, and the second shaft base 15 is integrally formed at the bottom of the rotor compartment 401.
As a possible implementation, the impeller 2 and the rotor shaft 302 may be both metal pieces, and are made into an integral piece by machining; or, the rotor shaft 302 and the impeller 2 may be made of non-metal parts, such as plastic steel, and are integrally formed by injection molding. Because the rotor assembly 3 and the impeller 2 are mainly made of corrosion-resistant materials, a good corrosion-resistant effect can be achieved, and further protection is not needed.
As a possible implementation manner, the upper end and the lower end of the supporting shaft 301 are provided with key slots, and the ends of the supporting shaft 301 are fixed on the first shaft seat 14 and the second shaft seat 15 respectively in a shaft key fit manner, so as to prevent the supporting shaft 301 from rotating. In this embodiment, by means of the two-point supporting manner of the first shaft seat 14 and the second shaft seat 15, the rigidity of the supporting shaft 301 is increased, so as to provide better support for the rotor assembly 3 rotating thereon, and ensure the NVH performance of the motor.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a corrosion-resistant electric fan, which includes a fan housing 1, an impeller 2, a rotor assembly 3, a casing 4, a stator assembly 5, and an end cover 6. The structures of the fan housing 1, the impeller 2, the casing 4, the stator assembly 5 and the end cover 6 are the same as those of the first embodiment, and are not described herein.
As a possible implementation, the rotor assembly 3 includes a support shaft 301, a rotor shaft 302, and a magnetic steel 303, and an upper portion of the rotor shaft 302 is connected to the impeller 2. The rotor shaft 302 is sleeved and fixed on the support shaft 301, and the two can be bonded and fixed through glue. The upper end of the support shaft 301 is rotatably connected to the first bearing seat 9 through the first bearing 8, the upper end surface of the first bearing seat 9 is provided with a support portion 10, the upper end of the support portion 10 is connected to the fan housing 1, the lower end of the support portion 10 is connected to the first bearing seat 9, and the first bearing seat 9, the support portion 10 and the fan housing 1 can be formed by integral injection molding. The lower end of the support shaft 301 is rotatably connected to a second bearing housing 12 through a second bearing 11, and the second bearing housing 12 is integrally formed at the bottom of the rotor compartment 401.
In the present embodiment, the supporting shaft 301 supports the entire rotor assembly 3 by means of the first bearing seat 9 and the second bearing seat 12, so that the NVH performance of the motor is ensured.
In order to improve the heat dissipation performance of the stator assembly 5, a plurality of grooves 7 facilitating the heat dissipation of the stator assembly 5 are formed on the inner wall of the rotor compartment 401. The grooves 7 are axial grooves and are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction; or the groove 7 is a spiral groove formed along the axial direction. In the present embodiment, the groove 7 is in the form of an axial groove. It should be noted that, in addition to the present embodiment, the inner wall of the rotor compartment 401 of the first and second embodiments may be provided with the groove 7.
