Background
The stirring machine comprises a charging barrel, the charging barrel is provided with a cover, a stirring shaft is arranged in the charging barrel, the cover extends out of the stirring shaft and is connected with a motor, a plurality of stirring rods transversely arranged are arranged on the stirring shaft, the stirring machine is used for mixing pasty products such as pasty waterproof paint, concrete, modified asphalt, colloid and the like, after the stirring is finished every time, the stirring rods can be bonded with materials to be stirred, and the materials are difficult to clean.
In order to achieve a better cleaning effect, a cleaning ring is sleeved on the stirring rod, the cleaning ring is of an annular structure, and the free end of the stirring rod is provided with a stopper for stopping the cleaning ring from running out, namely the cleaning ring can only move on the stirring rod; in order to achieve a better stirring effect, the stirring rod is further provided with a branch rod, the branch rod divides the stirring rod into a plurality of sections, due to the blocking of the branch rod, the cleaning ring can only clean materials on the stirring rod in the section where the cleaning ring is located, the cleaning ring cannot cross the branch rod to clean materials on other sections, the materials on the whole stirring rod cannot be cleaned, and the cleaning ring has a poor cleaning effect on the stirring rod.

The technical scheme of the invention is realized in such a way that the stirrer with the cleaning component comprises a charging basket, wherein the charging basket is provided with an upper cover, a stirring shaft is arranged in the charging basket, the upper surface of the stirring shaft extends out of the cover and is connected with a motor, a plurality of stirring rods arranged transversely are arranged on the stirring shaft, branch rods are arranged on the stirring rods, a cleaning ring is arranged on the stirring rods, and the free end of each stirring rod is provided with a stopper for stopping the cleaning ring from running out, and the stirrer is characterized in that: the cleaning ring is provided with an opening, the opening enables the cleaning ring to be in a C-shaped structure, and the branch rod can pass through the opening.
Further, the outer end of the stirring rod is arranged obliquely upwards.
Furthermore, the cleaning ring is provided with an inner side close to the stirring shaft and an outer side far away from the stirring shaft, the inner side and the outer side are parts on the cleaning ring, the stirring rod is clamped on the inner side of the opening, the inner end opening is arranged on the inner side of the opening, the outer end opening is arranged on the outer side of the opening, the cleaning ring is provided with a central line, and the connecting line of the inner end opening and the outer end opening and the central line form an acute included angle.
Furthermore, the end surface of the inner side of the cleaning ring forms an apex-angle-shaped structure, and the end surface of the outer side of the cleaning ring forms an apex-angle-shaped structure.
Furthermore, an electromagnet connected with a power supply is installed in the center of the stirring shaft, and the cleaning ring is made of a magnetic material.
Furthermore, a rubber layer is arranged inside the cleaning ring.
Furthermore, the inner part of the stirring shaft is also provided with a tooth-shaped groove, and the tooth-shaped groove is vertical to the center of the stirring shaft.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: such mixer has the effectual advantage of material on the clearance stirring rod.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the mixer with cleaning components comprises a charging basket 1, wherein the charging basket is provided with an upper cover 2, a stirring shaft 3 is arranged in the charging basket, the upper surface of the stirring shaft extends out of the cover and is connected with a motor 4, a plurality of stirring rods 5 arranged transversely are arranged on the stirring shaft, a branch rod 6 is arranged on the stirring rods, a cleaning ring 7 is arranged on the stirring rods, and the free end of each stirring rod is provided with a stopper for stopping the cleaning ring from running out, and is characterized in that: the cleaning ring is provided with an opening 8, the opening enables the cleaning ring to be in a C-shaped structure, and the branch rod can pass through the opening.
The opening is arranged on the cleaning ring of the device, the cleaning ring can be moved to the other end of the whole stirring rod from one end, and in the process of moving the cleaning ring, the cleaning ring can smooth out the materials adhered to the outer surface of the stirring rod to clean the materials adhered to the outer surface of the stirring rod, so that the purpose of cleaning the materials adhered to the whole stirring rod is achieved.
Further, the outer end of the stirring rod is arranged obliquely upwards, as shown in fig. 1.
Preferably, the included angle beta between the length direction of the stirring rod and the stirring shaft is 45 degrees, namely the stirring rod is arranged upwards by 45 degrees. This can be more conducive to the drop of the cleaning ring when not rotating.
This device sets up like this, when the material on the stirring rod is cleared up to needs, start the motor, the stirring rod is rotatory, the clearance ring receives the effect of centrifugal force, outwards throw away along the stirring rod, the in-process of outside removal is cleared up the material on the stirring rod, then the stop motor, the clearance ring falls under the effect of gravity, move the position that is close to the (mixing) shaft, the in-process of inside removal is cleared up the material on the stirring rod, so relapse, can realize better clearance on the stirring rod, it removes the clearance ring not with the manual work, it is more convenient to use.
Further, the cleaning ring has an inner side 9 close to the stirring shaft and an outer side 10 far from the stirring shaft, the inner side and the outer side are the parts of the cleaning ring where the stirring rod is clamped, the opening is an inner port 11 at the inner side, the opening is an outer port 12 at the outer side, the cleaning ring has a center line 13, and the connecting line of the inner port and the outer port and the center line form an acute included angle α, as shown in fig. 4.
The device is arranged in such a way, so that when the cleaning ring is used for stroking off materials on the stirring rod, blind areas which are not removed are left on the stirring rod less, places which are not stroked off are not left, and a good cleaning effect is achieved.
Further, the inner end surface of the cleaning ring is formed with an apex-angle-shaped structure 14, and the outer end surface of the cleaning ring is formed with an apex-angle-shaped structure. As shown in fig. 4.
This device sets up apex shape's structure, has guaranteed that the terminal surface of clearance ring can not keep off the phenomenon that can not remove because of the branch stick, and the side of apex shape's structure has guaranteed that the branch stick is brought into the opening easily, guarantees that the clearance ring can pass through the branch stick smoothly.
Furthermore, an electromagnet 15 connected with a power supply is arranged in the center of the stirring shaft, and the cleaning ring is made of a magnetic material.
This device sets up like this, can start the electro-magnet when the clearance ring returns to being close to the (mixing) shaft position, and the electro-magnet adsorbs the clearance ring and removes to this position. As shown in fig. 1.
Further, a rubber layer 16 is also arranged inside the cleaning ring, as shown in fig. 5.
This device sets up the rubber layer in the clearance ring, can reduce the wearing and tearing of clearance ring to the stirring rod.
Furthermore, the inner part is also provided with a tooth-shaped groove 17 which is vertical to the center of the stirring shaft. As shown in fig. 6 and 7.
This also has the advantage of a better cleaning effect.
