A non-woven fabric clothing production line comprises a base, a box body, a first rotating shaft and a cloth roller, wherein the surface of the outer wall of the cloth roller is fixedly connected with the surface of the outer wall of the cloth roller, the top end of the surface of the outer wall of the base is fixedly connected with the surface of the outer wall of the box body, the surface of the inner wall of the box body is fixedly connected with the surface of the outer wall of a second supporting column, the surface of the outer wall of the second supporting column is fixedly connected with the surface of the outer wall of a bearing, the surface of the outer wall of the box body is fixedly connected with the surface of the outer wall of a motor, the output end of the motor is fixedly connected with the surface of the outer wall of the first rotating shaft through threads, the surface of the outer wall of the first rotating shaft is slidably connected with the surface of the outer wall of a third supporting column, the surface of the outer wall of the bottom end of the box body is fixedly connected with the surface of the outer wall of a first electric push rod, the surface of the outer wall of the first push rod is fixedly connected with the surface of the outer push rod, the outer wall of the first push rod is slidably connected with the surface of the outer wall of the first rotating shaft, and the surface of the inner wall of the box body is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the fourth supporting column, the surface of the inner wall of the fourth support column is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of an extension rod, the surface of the inner wall of the extension rod is fixedly connected with one end of a spring, one end of the spring is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of an inner extension rod, the surface of the outer wall of the inner extension rod is slidably connected with the inner wall surface of the extension rod, the surface of the outer wall of the box body is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of a fan, and the output end of the fan is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of an air pipe.
Further, a feed inlet is formed in the surface of the outer wall of the box body, and the surface of the inner wall of the feed inlet is rotatably connected with the surface of the outer wall of the second rotating shaft.
Further, base top outer wall fixed surface connects the fifth support column outer wall surface, fifth support column inner wall fixed surface connects second electric putter outer wall surface, second electric putter outer wall fixed surface connects second push pedal outer wall surface, second push pedal outer wall fixed surface connects cutting blade outer wall surface, cutting draw-in groove is seted up to fifth support column inner wall surface.
Further, the outer wall surface of the top end of the base is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of the bottom end of the first supporting column, the outer wall surface of the first supporting column is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of the bearing, the middle surface of the bearing is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of the first rotating shaft, and the outer wall surface of the first rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of the winding roller.
Furthermore, the outer wall surface of the second support column is fixedly connected with the outer wall surfaces of the two first support columns.
Furthermore, the number of the first electric push rods is two, and the two first electric push rods are symmetrically arranged by taking the central line of the box body as the center.
The beneficial effect of this application is: the application provides a non-woven fabrics clothing production line with adjust elasticity degree function and have dust removal function.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a non-woven fabric clothing production line includes a base 1, a box 7, a first rotating shaft 3 and a cloth roller 10, the outer wall surface of the cloth roller 10 is fixedly connected to the outer wall surface of the first rotating shaft 3, the top end of the outer wall surface of the base 1 is fixedly connected to the outer wall surface of the box 7, the inner wall surface of the box 7 is fixedly connected to the outer wall surface of a second supporting column 8, the outer wall surface of the second supporting column 8 is fixedly connected to the outer wall surface of a bearing 5, the outer wall surface of the box 7 is fixedly connected to the outer wall surface of a motor 6, the output end of the motor 6 is fixedly connected to the outer wall surface of the first rotating shaft 3 through a screw thread, the outer wall surface of the first rotating shaft 3 is slidably connected to the outer wall surface of a third supporting column 9, the inner wall surface of the box 7 is fixedly connected to the outer wall surface of the bottom end of a first electric push rod 11, the outer wall surface of the first electric push rod 11 is fixedly connected to the outer wall surface of a first push plate 12, the outer wall surface of the first push plate 12 is connected with the outer wall surface of the first rotating shaft 3 in a sliding manner, the inner wall surface of the box body 7 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of a fourth supporting column 13, the inner wall surface of the fourth supporting column 13 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of an extension rod 22, the inner wall surface of the extension rod 22 is fixedly connected with one end of a spring 23, one end of the spring 23 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of an inner extension rod 25, the outer wall surface of the inner extension rod 25 is connected with the inner wall surface of the extension rod 22 in a sliding manner, the outer wall surface of the box body 7 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of a fan 20, and the output end of the fan 20 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of an air pipe 21;
the outer wall surface of the box body 7 is provided with a feed inlet 24, the inner wall surface of the feed inlet 24 is rotatably connected with the outer wall surface of a second rotating shaft 14, the outer wall surface of the top end of the base 1 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of a fifth supporting column 15, the inner wall surface of the fifth supporting column 15 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of a second electric push rod 17, the outer wall surface of the second electric push rod 17 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of a second push plate 18, the outer wall surface of the second push plate 18 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of a cutting knife 19, the inner wall surface of the fifth supporting column 15 is provided with a cutting clamping groove, the outer wall surface of the top end of the base 1 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of the bottom end of a first supporting column 2, the outer wall surface of the first supporting column 2 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of a bearing 5, the middle part of the bearing 5 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of a first rotating shaft 3, and the outer wall surface of the first rotating shaft 3 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of a winding roller 4, the outer wall surface of the second supporting column 8 is fixedly connected with the outer wall surfaces of the two first supporting columns 2, the number of the first electric push rods 11 is two, and the first electric push rods 11 are symmetrically arranged by taking the central line of the box body 7 as the center.
When the clothes hanger is used, electrical components appearing in the clothes hanger are externally connected with a power supply and a control switch when in use, the received non-woven fabric is placed on the outer wall of a first support column 2 and is rotated by a motor 6 and an electric first rotating shaft 3 to drive a fabric roller 10 to rotate, the fabric is convenient to transmit, the fabric is convenient to be ironed through two fabric rollers 10 arranged on a second support column 8, the fabric is prevented from travelling wrinkles, errors are caused when the clothes hanger is made, the tightness degree when the fabric is transmitted is convenient to adjust through an inner connecting rod 25, an outer connecting rod 22 and a spring 23 fixed on the inner wall of a fourth support column 13, the fabric damage caused by excessive stretching is avoided, a fan 20 is started to suck out dust inside a box body 7 through an air pipe 21, the fabric is prevented from being infected with dust, the fabric quality is prevented from being reduced, and the fabric roller 10 is convenient to drive to move by controlling the first electric push rod 11 to do contraction motion, and be convenient for adjust the elasticity degree of cloth when the cutting, make cutting knife 19 move down to cutting groove 16 through starting second electric putter 17, with the cutting of cloth.
The application has the advantages that:
1. the cloth is convenient to be ironed through the two cloth rollers arranged on the second support column, travelling wrinkles are prevented, and errors are caused when the cloth is made into clothes, and the tightness degree of the cloth during conveying is convenient to adjust through the internal connecting rod, the external connecting rod and the spring fixed on the inner wall of the fourth support column, so that the cloth is prevented from being damaged due to excessive stretching;
2. the start-up fan passes through the tuber pipe with the inside dust suction of box, avoids the cloth to be infected with the dust and leads to cloth quality to descend, is the shrink motion through controlling first electric putter, is convenient for drive the cloth roller and removes, and is convenient for adjust the elasticity degree of cloth when the cutting.
Since the electricity taking structures of the motor 6, the first electric push rod 11, the second electric push rod 17 and the fan 20 belong to the prior art, no description is made in the present application document.
The motor 5 adopts GH28-750W-15S model and related matched power supply and circuit.
The first electric push rod 11 adopts 75 series models and related matched power supply and circuit
The second electric push rod 17 adopts a GRA-D15 model and a related matched power supply and circuit thereof
The blower 20 is of the AC15050 type and its associated power supply and circuitry.
It is well within the skill of those in the art to implement, without undue experimentation, the present application is not directed to software and process improvements, as they relate to circuits and electronic components and modules.
