Background
The heavy objects are carried or installed by using a crane for assistance in the work. However, the conventional crane can be used only in open outdoor, the portal crane can be used only in a warehouse with a large space, and the situation that the crane assists in carrying heavy objects is often greatly limited by the operating environment.
It is well known that 10kV and 35kV equipment in a transformer substation usually adopt a switch cabinet arrangement form, and compared with a traditional open arrangement form, a high-voltage switch cabinet body has a compact structure, so that the floor area of the transformer substation can be effectively reduced; equipment is all installed in the cabinet, and equipment life is effectively increased. Meanwhile, the high-integration equipment arrangement mode also reduces the working intensity of equipment during operation and maintenance. However, due to the design characteristics of high integration and compact structure of the high-voltage switch cabinet, the width and height in the cabinet are greatly limited, so that an operator can only bend down to enter the equipment in the cabinet when the operator overhauls the equipment in the cabinet.
Due to the development of science and technology, the current power utilization scenes are continuously increased, and the power consumption is continuously increased. At this time, the capacity increase of the mutual inductor in the cabinet is required. Because the peculiar structural style of high tension switchgear can't use conventional crane, to the change of the mutual-inductor in the cabinet at present stage, can only adopt the mode of manual work usually, push the mutual-inductor to the high tension switchgear door with the trailer before, carry into the cubical switchboard with the mutual-inductor that weight is greater than 50 kilograms by the manual work in, whole working process inefficiency, the operation risk in the handling can't obtain effective control, very easily causes the harm of personnel and equipment. The use of the trailer can only solve the carrying of the mutual inductor outside the cabinet body, and the carrying problem of the mutual inductor in the cabinet still can not be effectively solved.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The application provides a mutual-inductor handling device for electric power to when solving traditional mutual-inductor for electric power and carrying, because the manual work causes whole working process inefficiency, the operation risk in the handling can't obtain effective control, very easily causes the problem of the harm of personnel and equipment.

a mutual inductor carrying device for electric power comprises a plate trailer assembly and a portal bridge frame;
the portal bridge frame comprises an adjustable telescopic support rod and a rotatable telescopic support rod which are respectively arranged at two ends of the portal bridge frame, the adjustable telescopic support rod and the rotatable telescopic support rod are connected through a middle connecting rod, a remotely-controllable hoisting device is arranged on the connecting rod, a hoisting machine is connected to the hoisting device, and the hoisting device is connected with the hoisting machine and reciprocates along the connecting rod;
the plate trailer assembly comprises a mobile plate trailer provided with a battery pack and an embedded slide arranged on a carrying plate of the mobile plate trailer, and the embedded slide is connected with the bottom of a rotatable telescopic supporting rod of the portal bridge frame.
Optionally, the mobile trailer further comprises a drag rod arranged at one end of the carrying plate, and a carrying platform of the mobile trailer is formed by the carrying plate and the drag rod.
Optionally, two universal wheels and two directional wheels are respectively installed at four corners of the bottom of the object carrying plate, a group of battery packs is installed at the center of the bottom of the object carrying plate, the battery packs are used for providing power for the lifting device, and a charging interface matched with the battery packs is arranged on the object carrying plate.
Optionally, a base is arranged at the bottom of the adjustable telescopic supporting rod;
the rotatable telescopic supporting rod is connected with the embedded slideway on the carrying plate through a sliding block, and a rotating assembly is arranged on the rod body of the rotatable telescopic supporting rod.
Optionally, the lifting device is installed at the bottom of the connecting rod of the portal bridge frame, and the lifting device is connected with the remote controller through a control cable.
Optionally, the remote controller is integrated with a central function key for operating the crane, and the central function key comprises an on-off key, an emergency stop key, a left direction key, a right direction key, a lifting key, a lowering key and a display screen for displaying the weight of the lifting mutual inductor of the remotely controllable lifting device and the residual electric quantity of the battery pack below the trailer.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an overall power transformer handling device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the handling device includes a pallet truck assembly and a gantry 14;
the portal bridge frame 14 comprises an adjustable telescopic support rod 9 and a rotatable telescopic support rod 12 which are respectively arranged at two ends of the portal bridge frame 14, the adjustable telescopic support rod 9 and the rotatable telescopic support rod 12 are connected through a middle connecting rod, a remotely-controllable hoisting device 13 is arranged on the connecting rod, a hoisting machine 15 is connected to the hoisting device 13, and the hoisting device 13 is connected with the hoisting machine 15 and reciprocates along the connecting rod;
the plate trailer assembly comprises a mobile plate trailer 1 provided with a battery pack 2 and an embedded slideway 5 arranged on a loading plate 3 of the mobile plate trailer 1, wherein the embedded slideway 5 is connected with the bottom of a rotatable telescopic supporting rod 12 of a portal bridge 14.

In one embodiment, the mobile trailer 1 further includes a towing bar 4 disposed at one end of the loading plate 3, so that the mobile trailer 1 can move flexibly, and the loading plate 3 and the towing bar 4 form a loading platform of the mobile trailer 1.
Two universal wheels 6 and two directional wheels 7 are respectively installed at four corners of the bottom of the object carrying plate 3, so that the mobile pallet truck 1 can conveniently move in all directions, a group of battery packs 2 are installed at the center of the bottom of the object carrying plate 3, the battery packs 2 are used for providing power for the lifting device 13, and a charging interface 8 matched with the battery packs 2 is arranged on the object carrying plate 3.

the rotatable telescopic supporting rod 12 is connected with the embedded slide way 5 on the object carrying plate 3 through a sliding block 11, and a rotating assembly 17 is arranged on the rod body of the rotatable telescopic supporting rod 12.
The hoisting device 13 is arranged at the bottom of the connecting rod of the portal bridge frame 14, and the hoisting device 13 is connected with the remote controller 16 through a control cable 25.
The remote controller 16 is integrally provided with a central function key for operating the crane 15, which comprises an on-off key 18, an emergency stop key 19, a left direction key 20, a right direction key 21, a lifting key 22, a lowering key 23 and a display screen 24 for displaying the weight of the mutual inductor lifted by the remotely controllable lifting device 13 and the residual electric quantity of the battery pack 2 below the trailer.

When mutual inductor transport for electric power is realized on the mobile pallet truck 1 provided with the inner sliding block 11, the inner sliding block 11 can help realize moving the door-shaped bridge 14 position in the high-voltage switch cabinet body under the condition of not moving the mobile pallet truck 1, and the hanging point of the internal equipment of the cabinet body is conveniently selected, so that the power mutual inductor can be flexibly selected to be placed at a more accurate fixed point, and the electric mutual inductor can be placed at a more accurate fixed point.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic view of the mobile trailer 1 is shown. 2 directional wheels 7 are arranged below the object carrying plate 3, the advancing direction of the plate front is controlled when the 2 universal wheels 6 are conveniently dragged, a battery pack 2 for supplying power to a lifting device 13 is combined below the object carrying plate 3, and a charging interface 8 capable of charging the battery pack 2 is arranged at the edge of the object carrying plate 3; the dragging rod 4 is arranged above the object carrying plate 3, the dragging plate vehicle 1 is convenient to drag, the embedded slide rail 5 is arranged on the object carrying plate 3, the inner slide block 11 is arranged in the slide rail, the door-shaped bridge frame 14 is convenient to move, the positions of the door-shaped bridge frame 14 and the lifting device 13 can be conveniently adjusted when the mutual inductor is lifted, and the lifting requirement in a small space is met.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, there is shown a schematic view of gantry 14 hoist 13 and remote control 16. The rotatable telescopic support rod 12 is connected with the inner slide block 11 on the embedded slide way 5, the rotating component 17 arranged on the rotatable telescopic support rod 12 is matched with the inner slide block 11 to realize the front and back movement and rotation of the portal bridge frame in the embedded slide way 5 of the object carrying plate, so that the hoisting operation of switch cabinets with different types and sizes can be more easily coped with, the other end of the portal bridge frame is connected with the base 10 through the adjustable telescopic support rod 9 to provide stable support for the portal bridge frame 14, the portal bridge frame 14 is provided with a hoisting device 13 capable of moving along the bridge frame, the lower part of the portal bridge frame is provided with a telescopic hoisting machine 15, the electric energy of the hoisting machine is supplied by a battery pack 2 arranged below the object carrying plate 3, the hoisting device 13 is connected with a remote controller 16 through a control cable 25, the remote controller 16 is connected with a central function key for operating the hoisting machine 15, an on-off key 18, an emergency stop key 19 and a left direction key 20, A right direction key 21, a lifting key 22, a lowering key 23 and a display screen 24 for displaying the weight of the mutual inductor lifted by the remotely controllable lifting device 13 and the residual capacity of the battery pack 2 below the trailer.
