Example one
Urine specimen analysis is one of three clinical routine examinations, and has important value for clinical disease diagnosis and treatment. Some children patients need to leave urine specimen for 24 hours for disease examination, such as 24-hour urine protein, 24-hour urine creatinine, and 24-hour urine vanillylmandelic acid (VMA). Different from adults, infants have many times of urination, small single urination amount, indefinite and uncontrolled urination time, and parents have difficulty in mastering rules to take urine. In addition, the infant is good at movement, is easy to cry and is difficult to match, and the adult urine specimen collector is difficult to apply to the infant, so that the 24-hour urine specimen collection of the infant is difficult. At present, in order to complete the collection of 24-hour urine of infants clinically, a mode of indwelling a urinary catheter is adopted. However, the urethra of the infant is small, the mucous membrane is fragile, and it is not suitable to collect urine specimen by invasive method, and the way of indwelling the ureter causes great pressure to the infant and parents. Therefore, it is urgently needed to develop a 24-hour urine collecting device which is convenient to operate and is noninvasive and safe for infant groups.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present invention provides an infant urine collecting device, please refer to fig. 1, which includes: absorbent pad 100, connecting part 200, and storage part 300; the absorbent pad 100 is provided with a through hole, and the connecting part 200 is arranged in the through hole; one end of the connection part 200 is open and has a space for receiving the penis, and the open end of the connection part 200 is connected to the through hole; the end of the connection part 200 remote from the open end is connected to the storage part 300 in an on-off manner, and the storage part 300 is used for collecting urine.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a following beneficial effect has been brought:
when collecting 24-hour urine specimens of infants, the infant urine collecting device is taken out, the infant urine collecting device is unfolded and padded on the buttocks of an infant patient, the open end of the connecting part 200 is taken out from the through hole to the outside of the water absorbent pad 100, and then the connecting part 200 is sleeved on the penis of a male infant. When the infant urinates, the urine enters the storage part 300 through the connecting part 200 to be stored, and after 24 hours, the urine in the storage part 300 is discharged to be subjected to clinical follow-up treatment.
Infant collection urine device can not have the safe collection that carries out infant 24 hours urine specimens of wound, can not cause the injury to infant's health, has alleviated head of a family's psychological pressure, and convenient operation, the clinical actual popularization and the use of being convenient for.
The specific structure of the connection portion 200 and its related functions are specifically described as follows:
referring to fig. 2, the connecting portion 200 includes a urine collecting sleeve 210, and the urine collecting sleeve 210
A first end and a second end are provided, and the first end is open and the second end is connected to the storage part 300.
The urine collecting sleeve 210 is configured to be a bag-shaped structure, the penis of the male infant is sleeved into the urine collecting sleeve 210 through the opening of the first end, and the discharged urine flows into the storage part 300 through the second end to be stored.
Specifically, the second end is connected to the storage part 300 through the connection pipe 220. The connection pipe 220 is provided with a backflow prevention structure, so that urine can enter the storage part 300 through the connection pipe 220 and cannot flow back into the connection pipe 220 from the storage part 300.
Furthermore, a rubber ring sponge is arranged at the opening of the urine collecting sleeve 210, and the rubber ring sponge is used for protecting the penis of the infant in a use state.
Before the penis of the male infant is sleeved in the urine collecting sleeve 210, the protective layer of the sticky rubber ring sponge at the opening of the urine collecting sleeve 210 is firstly torn off and is fixed by being attached to the perineum part at the periphery of the penis of the male infant, the rubber ring sponge can play a role in buffering and protecting the penis, and the body of the infant is not injured.
Further, in order to prevent the penis from being separated after being fitted into the urine collecting sleeve 210, the urine collecting sleeve 210 has a gradually increased diameter from the first end to the second end.
It should also be noted that the urine collection sleeve 210 is made of latex material.
The latex material can be fitted to the skin of the penis of the infant, so that the injury caused by the friction between the penis and the urine collecting sleeve 210 due to the active and vigorous movement of the infant is avoided, and the health of the infant is ensured.
The specific structure and functions of the storage unit 300 are specifically described as follows:
the storage part 300 includes a urine storage bag 310, the urine storage bag 310 is provided with a urine discharge port, and the urine discharge port is provided with a telescopic structure configured to close the urine discharge port when collecting urine and open the urine discharge port when discharging urine.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the retractable structure is a retractable rubber plug 320, the retractable rubber plug 320 includes a stopping end 321, a stretching end 322, and a connecting section 323 respectively connected to the stopping end 321 and the stretching end 322, the stopping end 321 extends into the urine storage bag 310 from the urine outlet, and the stretching end 322 is disposed outside the urine storage bag 310.
When urine is collected, the stopping end 321 stops at the urine outlet, and the urine is stored in the urine storage bag 310; pulling the pulling end 322 during urination separates the stopping end 321 from the urine outlet, through which urine flows out of the urine storage bag 310.
When the urine is put, the telescopic rubber plug 320 can be pulled out to form a straight pipe about two centimeters, and the straight pipe can be connected with a drainage bag commonly used in clinic, so that the urine can be continuously collected at night.
It should be noted that the urine storage bag 310 is made of double-layer waterproof PVC material, and has a transparent surface and a capacity of 500 to 800 ml. In the urine collection process, medical personnel can see through urine storage bag 310 at any time and observe the condition of keeping somewhere to get of urine, when finding that the urine volume has surpassed 2/3 of urine storage bag 310 capacity, can in time discharge the urine and transfer to specially collect in the container of 24 hours urine to the excessive overflow is stored to the urine.
In an alternative to this embodiment, it is preferable that,
the magic tapes 110 are disposed on both sides of the absorbent pad 100, the magic tapes 110 are used for fixing the urine storage bag 310, and the size of the infant urine collecting device can be adjusted by the magic tapes 110.
The surface layer of the absorbent pad 100 is made of thickened environment-friendly waterproof PVC material, and a light and thin absorbent cotton pad is arranged in the middle.
It should be noted that, the infant urine collecting device that this application provided is applicable to the male infant who can not cooperate throughout to leave and get 24 hours urine, gets urine whole noninvasive comfortable and easy operation, and it is accurate to collect.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
