In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventor believes that the problem of safely storing reinforcing steel bar materials by reinforcing steel bar manufacturers and construction parties is to be improved.

a steel bar placing rack comprises a plurality of stand columns arranged in an array, wherein two adjacent stand columns are connected through a connecting piece; the bottom of the upright post is fixedly connected with a foot seat, and one end of the upright post close to the foot seat is connected with at least two fixing pieces; one end of the connecting piece is connected with the fixing piece of one upright post, and the other end of the connecting piece is connected with the fixing piece of the adjacent upright post.
By adopting the technical scheme, the manufactured steel bar placing rack is simple in structure and convenient to assemble, one end of the fixing piece is fixedly arranged on the stand columns, the other end of the fixing piece is assembled with the connecting piece, and then the assembling of the connecting piece and the fixing piece is utilized to realize the assembling of the adjacent stand columns and improve the structural stability of the steel bar placing rack; on the other hand, the foot stool arranged makes the contact area of the upright post and the ground larger, and improves the stability of the reinforcing steel bar frame on the ground.
Optionally, the number of the fixing members of one of the columns is two, three or four.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, improved the suitability of mounting, the quantity of mounting sets up to two, three or four, conveniently connects the connecting piece that corresponds quantity to the installation utilization ratio of reinforcing bar rack has been improved.
Optionally, the connecting piece is symmetrically provided with two groups of first screw through holes for connecting with the fixing piece along the length direction, and the fixing piece is provided with at least one group of second screw through holes corresponding to the first screw through holes along the length direction; the reinforcing steel bar placing frame further comprises a bolt and a nut, and the bolt penetrates through the first screw through hole, the second screw through hole and is fastened with the nut.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a reinforcing steel bar placing rack includes a plurality of columns 1 arranged in an array, two adjacent columns 1 are connected through a connecting piece 2, and two adjacent columns 1 and connecting pieces 2 enclose an accommodating space and are placed in different accommodating spaces according to specification and model of a reinforcing steel bar, for example, three rows, two columns, three rows, three columns, four rows and the like can be arranged in a horizontal direction and a longitudinal direction according to the specification and model of the reinforcing steel bar, when two rows of columns 1 are arranged in the horizontal direction, 3 columns 1 are arranged in each row, and when three rows of columns 1 are arranged in the longitudinal direction, 2 columns 1 are arranged in each row, so that an accommodating space of 3 x 2 is formed; when three rows of upright columns 1 are arranged in the transverse direction, 2 upright columns are arranged in each row, and when two rows of upright columns 1 are arranged in the longitudinal direction, 3 upright columns 1 are arranged in each row to form an accommodating space of 2 x 3; therefore, the required number of the upright columns 1 can be arranged in an array according to the number of the steel bars to be placed in the place and required to be accommodated, and a required accommodating space is formed.
With reference to fig. 2 and 3, the one end of the upright column 1 near the bottom is connected with the fixing part 3, the number of the fixing parts 3 is two, three or four, when the number of the fixing parts 3 is two, one upright column 1 is provided with two fixing parts 3 at this time, and the two fixing parts 3 are arranged on the adjacent side walls, the two fixing parts 3 are all connected with the connecting part 2, the upright column 1 provided with the two fixing parts 2 is located at the corner position of the corner of the reinforcing steel bar placing frame, the other upright columns 1 can be transversely connected through the connecting part 2 in the overlooking angle, a row of upright columns 1 is formed, and the other upright columns 1 can be longitudinally connected through the connecting part 2 in the overlooking angle, so as to form a row of upright columns 1.

As shown in fig. 4, when the number of the fixing members 3 is four, four fixing members 3 are provided on one column 1, the four fixing members 3 are all connected to the connecting member 2, the column 1 provided with the four fixing members 2 is located at the middle position of the rebar placing rack, and the other columns 1 can be connected to the rebar placing rack transversely or longitudinally through the connecting member 2 in a top view angle, so as to form a plurality of rows and columns of rebar placing racks.
Referring back to fig. 3 and 4, the fixing member 3 may be a straight plate-shaped fixing member 3, and may be directly connected to the connecting member 2.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the connecting member 2 is symmetrically provided with two sets of first screw through holes 21 along the length direction for connecting with the fixing member 3, the two sets of first screw through holes 21 are respectively disposed near the end of the connecting member 2, wherein the set of first screw through holes 21 is composed of two first screw through holes 21. The fixing piece 3 is provided with at least one group of second screw through holes 31 corresponding to the first screw through holes 21 in the length direction for being connected with the connecting piece 2, the group of second screw through holes 31 is composed of two second screw through holes 31, the two second screw through holes 31 are aligned with the two first screw through holes 21, the bolts 5 penetrate through the first screw through holes 21 and the second screw through holes 31, the bolts 5 are fastened by the nuts 6 in a sleeved mode, connection of the connecting piece 2 and the fixing piece 3 is achieved, and therefore the connecting piece 2 is used for connecting and assembling the two adjacent stand columns 1.
In addition, the cross-sectional shapes of the upright post 1 and the connecting piece 2 can be set to be i-shaped, circular, rectangular, triangular, etc., all of which are within the protection scope of the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the upright post 1 is symmetrically provided with first rectangular grooves 11 corresponding to two sides to form the upright post 1 having an i-shaped cross section, the end of the connecting member 2 is received in the first rectangular grooves 11, and when the number of the fixing members 3 of one upright post 1 is two, the two fixing members 3 are symmetrically disposed on the groove walls of the first rectangular grooves 11, or the two fixing members 3 are symmetrically disposed on the side walls of the upright post 1. When the number of the fixing pieces 3 of one upright post 1 is three, two of the fixing pieces 3 are symmetrically arranged on the wall of the first rectangular groove 11, and the other fixing piece 3 is arranged on the side wall of the upright post 1; or, the two fixing pieces 3 are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the upright post 1; the other fixing member 3 is disposed on a wall of the first rectangular groove 11. When the number of the fixing members 3 of one upright post 1 is four, two of the fixing members 3 are symmetrically arranged on the wall of the first rectangular groove 11, and the other two fixing members 3 are arranged on the side wall of the upright post 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the two opposite sides of the connecting member 2 are symmetrically provided with second rectangular grooves 22 to form the connecting member 2 with an i-shaped cross section, and the first screw through hole 21 penetrates through the groove walls of the two second rectangular grooves 22 to be provided, so that the fixing member 3 is accommodated in the second rectangular grooves 22, thereby realizing the assembly of the connecting member 2 and the fixing member 3 and improving the connection stability of the two.
The rectangular groove depth that the first rectangular groove 11 of stand 1 both sides and the second rectangular groove 22 of connecting piece 2 both sides were seted up sets up to 1cm-5cm, and the groove depth of first rectangular groove 11 makes things convenient for connecting piece 2 to hold improvement connecting piece 2 and stand 1's stability of being connected in first rectangular groove 11, and the groove depth of second rectangular groove 22 makes things convenient for mounting 3 to hold in second rectangular groove 22, improves the stability of being connected of the junction of mounting 3 and connecting piece 2.
Combine fig. 3 and fig. 4, the bottom of stand 1 is provided with foot rest 4, and specifically, mounting 3 is close to foot rest 4 and sets up in stand 1, and a plurality of third screw through-hole 41 has been seted up to foot rest 4, wears through third screw through-hole 41 and fixed connection through external bolt, realizes the fixed connection of reinforcing bar rack and ground. The shape of the foot seat 4 may be rectangular, triangular, circular, etc., which are all within the protection scope of this embodiment, when the foot seat 4 is a rectangular foot seat or a triangular foot seat, the third screw through holes 41 are opened at each corner, and when the foot seat 4 is a circular foot seat, the plurality of third screw through holes 41 are opened at intervals along the circumferential direction of the circular foot seat.
The assembly principle of embodiment 1 is: firstly, arranging a plurality of upright posts 1 in an array mode according to the placing place and the quantity of reinforcing steel bars to be accommodated, connecting a connecting piece 2 with the upright posts 1 arranged in two adjacent arrays, specifically, connecting one end of the connecting piece 2 with a fixing piece 3 of one upright post 1, penetrating a bolt 5 through a first screw through hole 21 and a second screw through hole 31, and then sleeving a nut 6 on the bolt 5 for fastening; the other end of the connecting member 2 is then connected to the fixing member 3 of the adjacent column 1, and similarly, the bolt 5 is passed through the first screw through-hole 21, the second screw through-hole 31, and then is fitted around and fastened to the nut 6. So repeated operation, the equipment is connected with two adjacent stands 1 to many connecting pieces 2, and then the reinforcing bar rack equipment is accomplished, and equipment easy operation. In this embodiment, the columns 1 may be connected to the ground when a plurality of columns 1 are arranged in an array, or the columns 1 may be connected to the ground after the reinforcing steel bar placing frame is assembled; wherein, the concrete operation of being connected stand 1 and ground is: the ground is punched, a threaded sleeve can be arranged in the hole, then an external bolt penetrates through a third screw through hole 41 of the foot seat 4 and is in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve on the ground, and fixed connection between each upright post 1 and the ground is achieved.
Example 2
This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 described above in that:
fixing member 3 of this embodiment can be the hinge fixing member, the hinge fixing member includes first connecting portion 32, second connecting portion 33 and hinge 34, the one end and the stand 1 fixed connection of first connecting portion 32, the other end of first connecting portion 32 passes through hinge 34 and is connected with the rotation of second connecting portion 33 one end, first connecting portion 32 is seted up to a second screw through-hole 31 in a set of second screw through-hole 31, second connecting portion 33 is seted up to another second screw through-hole 31, and second connecting portion 33 passes through second screw through-hole 31 and 2 equipment connection of connecting piece, through foretell hinge fixing member, realize fixing member 3's folding, reduce the length that fixing member 3 stretches out the steel bar rack lateral wall suddenly, make things convenient for the steel bar rack to save the transportation when the transportation and place the space, the convenience of steel bar rack transportation has been improved.
