一种净水处理用软化滤芯再生装置,包括箱体,所述箱体两侧外壁均通过螺栓连接有伺服电机,且伺服电机的输出轴连接有卷盘,卷盘位于箱体内部,所述卷盘外壁缠绕有铰绳,且铰绳末端连接有与箱体内壁滑动连接的安装板,且安装板外壁底部滑动连接有过滤网箱,所述安装板开有安装槽,且安装槽内壁滑动连接有转动盘,所述转动盘相邻两侧外壁均焊接有电动伸缩杆,且电动伸缩杆末端焊接有固定板,一侧所述转动盘外壁开有卡槽,且卡槽内壁插接有与箱体外壁插接的控制杆,所述箱体顶部内壁焊接有液压油缸,且液压油缸底部焊接有连接槽,连接槽内部中空,所述连接槽底部焊接有清洁板,且清洁板为弧形板,所述清洁板外壁设置有等距离分布的清洁喷头,且清洁板焊接有刷毛,刷毛与清洁喷头交错设置,所述箱体顶部焊接有储存箱,且储存箱内壁焊接有隔板,隔板将储存箱内部分为清洁腔与储水腔,清洁腔中盛放有清洁剂,储水腔中盛放有水,所述清洁腔与储水腔底部均设置有连接管,且连接管末端连接有三向阀门,三向阀门另外一端连接有贯穿箱体顶部的加注管,加注管安装有压力泵,压力泵设置有通入连接槽的输送软管,所述箱体底部外壁两侧均焊接有超声波发生器,且箱体远离控制杆一侧外壁设置有回收管,回收管安装有水泵,回收管末端分别通入清洁腔与储水腔内部。
优选的,所述箱体底部外壁四周均焊接有支撑腿,且支撑腿底部通过螺栓连接有万向轮,箱体底部设置有排水管,且排水管安装有控制阀,排水管下方设置有与支撑腿外壁焊接的放置板,放置板顶部放置有收集桶,且收集桶位于排水管下方。
优选的,所述伺服电机设置有防护罩,且防护罩与箱体外壁焊接,防护罩开有等距离分布的散热孔。
优选的,所述箱体两侧内壁均焊接有穿线杆,且穿线杆尺寸与铰绳尺寸相适配。
优选的,所述箱体开有安装口,且安装口内壁铰接有箱门,箱门、清洁腔、储水腔外壁均设置有观察窗。
优选的,所述固定板外壁焊接有防滑垫,且防滑垫尺寸与固定板尺寸相适配。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
1、本实用新型中,打开箱门,将需要处理的软化滤芯放入,电动伸缩杆驱动固定板移动,根据软化滤芯尺寸调整位置,将软化滤芯固定,防滑垫增大摩擦,防止软化滤芯脱落,同时防滑垫对软化滤芯进行防护,防止软化滤芯与固定板直接接触导致软化滤芯磨损,延长软化滤芯使用寿命;
2、清洁腔中的清洁剂在压力泵的作用下排入连接槽中,并通过清洁板上的清洁喷头喷出,对软化滤芯进行清洁,同时控制杆转动驱动转动盘转动从而带动软化滤芯转动,清洁板内壁的刷毛在软化滤芯转动过程中对软化滤芯的各个部位进行清洁,接着伺服电机驱动卷盘转动将安装板放下,箱体底部的清洁剂在超声波发生器作用下以一定频率震动,将软化滤芯上附着的污渍进行清理,相比于传统装置,对软化滤芯进行再生处理,节约资源,节省成本,清洁完成后,储水腔中的水排出,对软化滤芯进行清洁,去除软化滤芯残留的清洁剂,防止清洁剂残留造成软化滤芯污染。

参照图1-3,一种净水处理用软化滤芯再生装置,包括箱体1,所述箱体1两侧外壁均通过螺栓连接有伺服电机2,且伺服电机2的输出轴连接有卷盘3,卷盘3位于箱体1内部,所述伺服电机2设置有防护罩,且防护罩与箱体1外壁焊接,防护罩开有等距离分布的散热孔,所述卷盘3外壁缠绕有铰绳,且铰绳末端连接有与箱体1内壁滑动连接的安装板4,且安装板4外壁底部滑动连接有过滤网箱5,所述箱体1两侧内壁均焊接有穿线杆,且穿线杆尺寸与铰绳尺寸相适配,所述安装板4开有安装槽,且安装槽内壁滑动连接有转动盘6,所述转动盘6相邻两侧外壁均焊接有电动伸缩杆7,且电动伸缩杆7 末端焊接有固定板8,所述固定板8外壁焊接有防滑垫,且防滑垫尺寸与固定板8尺寸相适配,电动伸缩杆7驱动固定板8移动,根据软化滤芯尺寸调整位置,将软化滤芯固定,防滑垫增大摩擦,防止软化滤芯脱落,同时防滑垫对软化滤芯进行防护,防止软化滤芯与固定板直接接触导致软化滤芯磨损,延长软化滤芯使用寿命;

工作原理:本实用新型在进行工作时,打开箱门,将需要处理的软化滤芯放入,电动伸缩杆7驱动固定板8移动,根据软化滤芯尺寸调整位置,将软化滤芯固定,防滑垫增大摩擦,防止软化滤芯脱落,同时防滑垫对软化滤芯进行防护,防止软化滤芯与固定板直接接触导致软化滤芯磨损,延长软化滤芯使用寿命,清洁腔14中的清洁剂在压力泵16的作用下排入连接槽11中,并通过清洁板12上的清洁喷头喷出,对软化滤芯进行清洁,同时控制杆9转动驱动转动盘6转动从而带动软化滤芯转动,清洁板12内壁的刷毛在软化滤芯转动过程中对软化滤芯的各个部位进行清洁,接着伺服电机2驱动卷盘3转动将安装板4放下,箱体1底部的清洁剂在超声波发生器17作用下以一定频率震动,将软化滤芯上附着的污渍进行清理,相比于传统装置,对软化滤芯进行再生处理,节约资源,节省成本,清洁完成后,储水腔15中的水排出,对软化滤芯进行清洁,去除软化滤芯残留的清洁剂,防止清洁剂残留造成软化滤芯污染。

1.一种净水处理用软化滤芯再生装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)两侧外壁均通过螺栓连接有伺服电机(2),且伺服电机(2)的输出轴连接有卷盘(3),卷盘(3)位于箱体(1)内部,所述卷盘(3)外壁缠绕有铰绳,且铰绳末端连接有与箱体(1)内壁滑动连接的安装板(4),且安装板(4)外壁底部滑动连接有过滤网箱(5),所述安装板(4)开有安装槽,且安装槽内壁滑动连接有转动盘(6),所述转动盘(6)相邻两侧外壁均焊接有电动伸缩杆(7),且电动伸缩杆(7)末端焊接有固定板(8),一侧所述转动盘(6)外壁开有卡槽,且卡槽内壁插接有与箱体(1)外壁插接的控制杆(9),所述箱体(1)顶部内壁焊接有液压油缸(10),且液压油缸(10)底部焊接有连接槽(11),连接槽(11)内部中空,所述连接槽(11)底部焊接有清洁板(12),且清洁板(12)为弧形板,所述清洁板(12)外壁设置有等距离分布的清洁喷头,且清洁板(12)焊接有刷毛,刷毛与清洁喷头交错设置,所述箱体(1)顶部焊接有储存箱(13),且储存箱(13)内壁焊接有隔板,隔板将储存箱(13)内部分为清洁腔(14)与储水腔(15),清洁腔(14)中盛放有清洁剂,储水腔(15)中盛放有水,所述清洁腔(14)与储水腔(15)底部均设置有连接管,且连接管末端连接有三向阀门,三向阀门另外一端连接有贯穿箱体(1)顶部的加注管,加注管安装有压力泵(16),压力泵(16)设置有通入连接槽(11)的输送软管,所述箱体(1)底部外壁两侧均焊接有超声波发生器(17),且箱体(1)远离控制杆(9)一侧外壁设置有回收管,回收管安装有水泵,回收管末端分别通入清洁腔(14)与储水腔(15)内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种净水处理用软化滤芯再生装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)底部外壁四周均焊接有支撑腿,且支撑腿底部通过螺栓连接有万向轮,箱体(1)底部设置有排水管,且排水管安装有控制阀,排水管下方设置有与支撑腿外壁焊接的放置板,放置板顶部放置有收集桶,且收集桶位于排水管下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种净水处理用软化滤芯再生装置,其特征在于,所述伺服电机(2)设置有防护罩,且防护罩与箱体(1)外壁焊接,防护罩开有等距离分布的散热孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种净水处理用软化滤芯再生装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)两侧内壁均焊接有穿线杆,且穿线杆尺寸与铰绳尺寸相适配。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种净水处理用软化滤芯再生装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)开有安装口,且安装口内壁铰接有箱门,箱门、清洁腔(14)、储水腔(15)外壁均设置有观察窗。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种净水处理用软化滤芯再生装置,其特征在于,所述固定板(8)外壁焊接有防滑垫,且防滑垫尺寸与固定板(8)尺寸相适配。
