The web reversing device of claim 3, wherein a first limiting disc is fixed to an end of the first winding core cylinder near the first bracket, and the first limiting disc is coaxially disposed with the first winding core cylinder; and a second limiting disc which is coaxially arranged with the second winding core cylinder is fixed at one end of the second winding core cylinder, which is close to the second support.
