The stretching clamp suitable for the nonstandard sheet-shaped stretching member as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the lower clamping fixture block (4) is rotatably connected with the first lead screw (17) through a bearing, and the upper clamping fixture block (7) is rotatably connected with the second lead screw (8) through a bearing.
