Abstract

一种挤出机,它包含有:一缸体,呈长管形;一螺 杆,枢设于该缸体内,可自由转动;一驱动装置,用以 驱动该螺杆转动。其中:该螺杆邻近驱动装置端设有 一圆杆形之枢接部;该枢接部上枢设一强迫进料件, 该强迫进料件乃是一圆锥形螺杆,其锥端朝向螺杆之 自由端;该缸体对应该强迫进料件部位具有圆锥形之 进料部,该进料部上设进料口;该驱动装置可驱动该 强迫进料件与该螺杆以不等速转动。

Description

本实用新型涉及挤出机,特别涉及一种改进的挤出机进料段构造。
如图1所示,是一种常用之单轴挤出成形机,它主要包含有:一缸体(11),呈长管形;一螺杆(12),枢设于该缸体(11)内,可自由转动;一驱动装置(13),用以驱动该螺杆转动;一进料漏斗(14),设于该缸体(11)邻近驱动装置(13)端;一组加热器(15),用以对缸体(11)进行加    热。使用时,粒状塑料原料由漏斗(14)进入缸体(11)内,经螺杆(12)之驱赶往前方挤压送料,并受加热器(15)加热而熔融,最后由缸体(11)自由端之出口挤出。
上述构造之螺杆(12)在制造时已设定其螺纹之间距,使用时,若要大量赶工而提高挤出机之挤出速率,即需提高螺杆(12)转速及加热器(15)之温度,惟经由长期使用经验显示,由于螺杆(12)相当长,且原料由漏斗进入缸体后需先经压缩再予加热熔融,因此螺杆旋转所需之力矩相当大,其转速不易提高,且原料常会产生供料不及之现象。此外,有些挤出机使用塑料废料,塑料废料经粉碎、清洗、脱水、烘干后即送至挤出机之漏斗,此种废料常会堵住漏斗影响进料,常规之解决方式是在漏斗内再加装一螺旋叶片用以强制挤压进料,惟此也仅能解决漏斗堵塞之问题,并不能实际提高塑料在螺杆内之压缩比,以增加其供料速度。
本实用新型之主要的目在于提供一种挤出机,其可依使用需要而调整螺杆供料段之进料速度及对塑料原料之压缩比,以提高产量。
本实用新型之另一目的在于提供一种挤出机,其可降低驱动装置之最大出力需求,进而降低生产成本。
本实用新型之再一目的在于提供一种挤出机,其可缩短螺杆之总长度,以节省机具所占用之空间。
为实现上述目的,依据本实用新型所提供的一种挤出机,它包含:
一缸体,呈长管形;一螺杆,枢设于该缸体内,可自由转动;一驱动装置,用以驱动该螺杆转动;其特征在于:该螺杆邻近驱动装置端设有一圆杆形之枢接部;该枢接部上枢设一强迫连料件,该强迫进料件乃是一圆锥形螺杆,其锥端朝向螺杆之自由端;该缸体对应该强迫进料件部位具有圆锥形之进料部,进料部上设进料口;该驱动装置可驱动该强迫进料件与该螺杆以不等速转动。
兹举一较佳实施例并配合附图说明于后,以便对本实用新型之目的、特征及功效能有进一步之了解。
图1是常用挤出机之结构示意图;
图2是本实用新型实施例之结构示意图。
请参阅图2所示,本实用新型挤出机包含有:
一缸体20,呈长管形,其进料段呈圆锥形之进料部21,该进料部21上设一进料口22;
一螺杆30,枢设于该缸体20内,可自由转动,其位于该缸体20进料部21之位置设一圆杆形之枢接部31;
一强迫进料件40,乃是一圆锥形螺杆,是枢设在该螺杆30之枢接部31而容置在该缸体20之进料部21内,其外缘并与该缸体进料部21邻接;
一驱动装置50,包含有一马达及一变速齿轮箱(也可使用二马达)(图中未示),用以传动该螺杆与该强迫进料件40反向转动,其中该螺杆30以低速转动,该强迫进料件40可以较高速转动;
一切料件60,固设于该螺杆30邻近强迫进料件40之锥端,该切料件60呈环形,其外缘设多数之凸齿61,用以形成切刀;
一进料漏斗70设于该缸体20进料口22上;
一组电加热器80,设于该缸体20之预定位置,用以对缸体20加热。
借助上述诸构件之组合,塑料原(废)料盛于漏斗70内,经进料口22进入缸体进料部21内,受该强迫进料件40之螺纹驱赶压缩而往螺杆30方向挤压强迫进料,塑料原(废)料被送至强迫进料件40之锥端时已被强力压缩,当由强迫进料件40进入螺杆30之时,再受切料件60之切割而形成紧密之颗粒状,至该缸体20圆管部位时受电加热器80之高温加热而熔融,再由螺杆30定量挤出。
本实用新型之优点在于:
1.其进料部位以锥状螺杆40将塑料原料或经粉碎处理过之废料以较大之压缩比将其迅度压缩,其效率较常用螺杆佳。且该进料段可将原(废)料源源不断的往螺杆30推送,使本实用新型之挤出机进料绝不成问题。
2.本实用新型将螺杆30与强迫进料件40分别传动,此举可减少对驱动装置50出力之需求。因挤出机螺杆转动时,在塑料原(底)料被压缩部位产生最大的摩擦力,当塑料被熔融后其转动所需之力矩将降低,常用的单轴螺杆需承受所有应力之和,故其转动所需之扭力较大。反观本实用新型,其系以较短之距离(强迫进料件40之长度)将塑料原(废)料压缩,且该强迫进料件40单独受力旋转,故回转所需之扭力必较同样压缩量之常用螺杆者为小,而本实用新型之缸体20可加以高温,使压缩料进到缸体20内即迅速被熔融,此时螺杆30之负载也轻,故本实用新型之驱动装置可以二部较小马力之马达分别传动,且不论是螺杆30或强迫进料件40所需之抗扭强度均较常用者低。
3.本实用新型之螺杆30与强迫进料件40以不等速反向转动,因此可视所需产量调整螺杆30与强迫进料件40之转速,当原(废)料由强迫进料件40被快速压缩时,压缩及传递所产生之摩擦热将使物料温度上升至接近熔点(若温度过高,则可在缸体之进料部21以吹风机或循环冷却水冷却降温,此为现有技术),当被压缩物料进入螺杆30时,则被切料件60再予切割粉碎,此举系为了增大塑料物料之表面积,使其可被迅速加热熔融,塑料被熔融后则由该螺杆30计量挤出,故本实用新型之产量可较常用者提高甚多,且可视所处理之塑料原料物性而调整加热温度及螺杆之转动速度,再配合强迫进料件40适度的强迫进料,可使生产过程极为顺利。
4.由于本实用新型的螺杆30与强迫进料件40是分别传动,且可增进物料压缩进料速度,故可将缸体20温度提高,使物料熔融混练时间缩    短,故可将机组之长度有效地缩短,较之常用者有节省占用厂房空间之优点。

Claims (3)

1、一种挤出机,它包含:
一缸体,呈长管形;
一螺杆,枢设于该缸体内,可自由转动;
一驱动装置,用以驱动该螺杆转动;
其特征在于:
该螺杆邻近驱动装置端设有一圆杆形之枢接部;该枢接部上枢设一强迫连料件,该强迫进料件乃是一圆锥形螺杆,其锥端朝向螺杆之自由端;该缸体对应该强迫进料件部位具有圆锥形之进料部,进料部上设进料口;该驱动装置可驱动该强迫进料件与该螺杆以不等速转动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的挤出机,其特征在于该强迫进料件是与该螺杆呈反向转动。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的挤出机,其特征在于该螺杆邻接该强迫进料件之锥端固设一切料件,该切料件呈环形,其外缘设多个凸齿,以形成切刀。
