The multifunctional fresh air machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein an exhaust baffle is provided at the exhaust outlet, a check valve is provided on the exhaust baffle, the check valve is disposed opposite to the exhaust outlet, and a one-way swing blade is hinged to the check valve and swings only away from the exhaust fan.

The multifunctional fresh air machine as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the machine body is provided with an electric control box, the first air valve plate is controlled and driven by a first motor, the second air valve plate is controlled and driven by a second motor, and the first motor and the second motor are both electrically connected with the electric control box.

The multifunctional fresh air machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the fresh air filtering structure comprises a primary filter, an IFD filter and a composite HEPA filter, and the primary filter, the IFD filter and the composite HEPA filter are arranged in parallel in sequence along the direction from the air inlet portion to the air outlet portion.
10. The multifunctional fresh air machine as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein a discharge filtering structure is provided between said discharge passage and said indoor air inlet portion.
