相关技术中,公开号为CN101880789A的中国专利,公开了一种特种车辆铝基复合材料履带板半固态成形方法及其成形模具,它涉及一种履带板半固态成形方法及其成形模具。旨在解决采用钢材制备的履带板较重、锻造难以成形、铸造不能保证履带板性能的问题。方法如下:一、将经过预处理的SiCp用铝箔包裹起来,然后放入搅拌坩埚中加热,保温;二、将2A50铝合金浇入步骤一所述的搅拌坩埚中,制得半固态坯料,再将半固态坯料,浇注到成形模具中,加压成形,即得。成形模具由外凸模、内凸模、凹模和型芯由上至下依次制成一体,得到的制件性能好,质量减轻,耐磨性提高,一次成型,生产效率高。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为存在有上述成型模具在成型的过程中,一般采用自然冷却,因而会导致履带板冷却至凝固所需要的时间较长因而导致生产效率较低的缺陷。
实用新型内容
为了提高履带板生产的效率,本申请提供一种便于散热的履带板成型模具。
本申请提供的一种便于散热的履带板成型模具采用如下的技术方案:
一种便于散热的履带板成型模具,包括上模板和下模板,所述上模板上设置有外凸模,所述外凸模上设置有内凸模,所述下模板上设置有模套,所述模套内部设置有与内凸模和外凸模配合使用的凹模;所述凹模内部形成有成型空腔;所述模套位于成型空腔两侧开设有用于加热的加热孔,所述加热孔中滑移连接有散热管,所述散热管一端设置有输水管,所述输水管远离散热管的一端连接有散热水泵,所述散热管远离散热水泵的一端设置有回收组件。
通过采用上述技术方案,加热孔用于对模套进行加热,因而加热孔与成型空腔处的热交换效率也较高;在需要冷却时将散热管滑移进加热孔中并通过散热水泵将冷却水借助输水管泵送至散热管中,冷却水与模套进行热交换从而能够带走成型空腔的热量,起到了对履带板迅速降温冷却的作用,大大提高了履带板的生产效率。
优选的,所述散热管外侧壁设置有导热硅胶垫。
通过采用上述技术方案,导热硅胶垫设置散热管与加热孔的内侧壁之间,由于导热硅胶垫具有良好的导热性能因而导热硅胶垫在对加热孔与散热管之间的缝隙进行封闭的同时还能够促进模套与散热管之间进行热交换,促进了热量向冷却水传导以便于履带板散热。
优选的,所述回收组件包括回流管以及回流箱,所述回流管套设在散热管上,所述回流管连接有回流软管,所述回流软管连接于回流箱。
通过采用上述技术方案,带有热量的冷却水经过回流管和回流软管回流至回流箱中收集,使得回流后的水经过冷却后能够循环重复使用,大大提高了水资源的利用效率,节约了水资源。
优选的,所述回流管靠近散热管的一端设置有密封橡胶圈,所述散热管过盈配合地插设在密封橡胶圈中。
通过采用上述技术方案,密封橡胶圈的设置提高了回流管与散热管之间的密封性,从而将散热管固定在回流管中;另一方面,散热管插设在密封橡胶圈中使得回流管与散热管之间便于进行拆卸和快速安装,大大节约了回流管安装的效率。
优选的,所述密封橡胶圈靠近散热管的一侧设置有便于散热管插入密封橡胶圈中的导向面。
通过采用上述技术方案,导向面的设置使得密封橡胶圈靠近散热管的一端内径增大,从而在散热管插入密封橡胶圈中时对散热管起到导向的作用,便于散热管插入密封橡胶圈中。
优选的,所述回流箱外侧壁设置有多块散热环片。
通过采用上述技术方案,散热环片的设置增大了回流箱外侧壁与空气之间的接触面积,从而增大了回流箱的散热面积,更便于回流箱中回收的冷却水能够冷却,从而便于再次循环利用。
优选的,所述回流箱底部连接有供水管,所述供水管连接有供水箱,所述散热水泵的进水管连接于供水箱以从供水箱中取水,所述供水箱的顶部连接有自来水管。
通过采用上述技术方案,供水管的设置将回流箱中的水回流至供水箱中,散热水泵从供水箱中抽取水,促进了冷却水的循环利用,而供水箱顶部的自来水管则对供水箱中的冷却水进行不断补充,从而保证了供水箱内部的水位。
优选的,所述供水箱内壁顶部设置有水位检测装置,所述水位检测装置电连接有控制装置,所述控制装置电连接有报警装置以在水位超过预设值时报警。
通过采用上述技术方案,水位检测装置便于对供水箱内部的水位进行检测,由于供水管连通供水箱与回水箱,因而水位检测装置同样对回水箱内部的水位进行检测;控制装置控制报警装置在水位检测装置测得供水箱内部水位高度高于预设值时进行报警。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.通过加热孔、散热管、输水管、散热水泵和导热硅胶垫相配合的技术,从而便于对履带板进行散热以提高履带板的生产效率;
2.通过采用回流管、回流箱、回流软管、散热环片、供水管、供水箱、水位检测装置、控制装置和报警装置相配合的技术,从而便于将冷却后的水进行收集循环利用;
3.通过采用回流管、密封橡胶圈、散热管和导向面相配合的技术,从而便于回流管与散热管快速拆装。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1-4对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本申请实施例公开一种便于散热的履带板成型模具。参照图1,便于散热的履带板成型模具包括上模板1和下模板2,上模板1上通过螺栓固定有外凸模11,外凸模11上中心通过螺栓固定有内凸模12。下模板2上通过螺栓固定有模套21,模套21内部通过螺栓固定有与内凸模12和外凸模11配合使用的凹模22;内凸模12与外凸模11共同插设在凹模22内部,形成供履带板成型的成型空腔221。
参照图1,模套21位于成型空腔221两侧分别开设有用于加热的加热孔211,加热孔211用于在履带板成型过程中对模套21和凹模22进行加热,从而将热量传导给胚料。加热孔211中滑移连接有散热管3,散热管3为导热材料,例如金属制成;散热管3在需要模套21需要加热时滑移出加热孔211中,在需要散热时滑移进加热孔211中。散热管3外侧壁粘接固定有导热硅胶垫31,导热硅胶垫31充分贴合于加热孔211内壁,以将热量传导至散热管3中。
参照图1和图2,两根散热管3同一端共同安装有输水管32,散热管3与输水管32之间连接有三通管以实现一根输水管32同时给两根散热管3供水。输水管32远离散热管3的一端通过法兰连接有散热水泵4,输水管32连接于散热管3的出水管。散热水泵4的进水管连接有供水箱41,散热水泵4的进水管连接于供水箱41的底部,供水箱41的顶部连接有自来水管411,散热水泵4从供水箱41中取水输入进散热管3中,对模套21进行散热。
参照图2和图3,供水箱41内壁顶部通过螺栓有水位检测装置412,水位检测装置412可以为水位传感器。水位检测装置412电连接有控制装置413,控制装置413可以为单片机,也可以为PLC控制器,本实施例中优选为PLC控制器。控制装置413电连接有报警装置414,报警装置414可以为蜂鸣器,以在水位超过预设值时进行报警。
参照图2和图4,散热管3远离散热水泵4的一端安装有回收组件5,回收组件5包括回流管51以及回流箱52,回流管51套设在散热管3上,回流管51靠近散热管3的一端粘接固定有密封橡胶圈511,密封橡胶圈511靠近散热管3的一侧设有便于散热管3插入密封橡胶圈511中的导向面5111,导向面5111自回流管51内侧壁向密封橡胶圈511中心倾斜,以便于散热管3过盈配合地插设在密封橡胶圈511中。
参照图2和图3,回流管51连接有回流软管512,回流软管512可以为波纹软管,回流软管512连接于回流箱52。回流箱52为导热材料,例如金属制成,本实施例中优选为铝合金,回流箱52外侧壁一体成型有多块散热环片521,散热环片521为圆环形且沿回流箱52高度方向阵列。回流箱52底部连接有供水管522,供水管522连接于供水箱41底部以将回流箱52中的水回流至供水箱41中循环使用。
本申请实施例一种便于散热的履带板成型模具的实施原理为:
在需要对模套21进行冷却时,将冷却管插入加热孔211中,此时导热硅胶垫31与加热孔211内壁紧密贴合。然后将回流管51套设在散热管3上,使得回流管51与散热管3连接紧密。
然后启动散热水泵4,散热水泵4将供水箱41中的冷却水输送入散热管3中。模套21的热量通过散热管3与冷却水进行热交换,从而带走模套21的热量,促进履带板冷却,从而提高了履带板生产的效率。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种便于散热的履带板成型模具,包括上模板(1)和下模板(2),所述上模板(1)上设置有外凸模(11),所述外凸模(11)上设置有内凸模(12),所述下模板(2)上设置有模套(21),所述模套(21)内部设置有与内凸模(12)和外凸模(11)配合使用的凹模(22);所述凹模(22)内部形成有成型空腔(221);其特征在于:所述模套(21)位于成型空腔(221)两侧开设有用于加热的加热孔(211),所述加热孔(211)中滑移连接有散热管(3),所述散热管(3)一端设置有输水管(32),所述输水管(32)远离散热管(3)的一端连接有散热水泵(4),所述散热管(3)远离散热水泵(4)的一端设置有回收组件(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于散热的履带板成型模具,其特征在于:所述散热管(3)外侧壁设置有导热硅胶垫(31)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便于散热的履带板成型模具,其特征在于:所述回收组件(5)包括回流管(51)以及回流箱(52),所述回流管(51)套设在散热管(3)上,所述回流管(51)连接有回流软管(512),所述回流软管(512)连接于回流箱(52)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的便于散热的履带板成型模具,其特征在于:所述回流管(51)靠近散热管(3)的一端设置有密封橡胶圈(511),所述散热管(3)过盈配合地插设在密封橡胶圈(511)中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的便于散热的履带板成型模具,其特征在于:所述密封橡胶圈(511)靠近散热管(3)的一侧设置有便于散热管(3)插入密封橡胶圈(511)中的导向面(5111)。
6.根据权利要求3所述的便于散热的履带板成型模具,其特征在于:所述回流箱(52)外侧壁设置有多块散热环片(521)。
7.根据权利要求3所述的便于散热的履带板成型模具,其特征在于:所述回流箱(52)底部连接有供水管(522),所述供水管(522)连接有供水箱(41),所述散热水泵(4)的进水管连接于供水箱(41)以从供水箱(41)中取水,所述供水箱(41)的顶部连接有自来水管(411)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的便于散热的履带板成型模具,其特征在于:所述供水箱(41)内壁顶部设置有水位检测装置(412),所述水位检测装置(412)电连接有控制装置(413),所述控制装置(413)电连接有报警装置(414)以在水位超过预设值时报警。
