二氧化硅是一种无机物,硅原子和氧原子长程有序排列形成晶态二氧化硅,短程有序或长程无序排列形成非晶态二氧化硅,二氧化硅晶体中,硅原子位于正四面体的中心,四个氧原子位于正四面体的四个顶角上,许多个这样的四面体又通过顶角的氧原子相连,每个氧原子为两个四面体共有,即每个氧原子与两个硅原子相结合。
晶态二氧化硅的制备方法需要将含有二氧化硅的原料(硅源)、水、结构导向剂、碱或酸按一定的比例混合均匀,而现在有原料混合装置混合完毕以后需要人工手动的清洗混合装置内部,非常的费时费力,部分带自动清洗功能的清洗效果较差,故而提出了一种纳米二氧化硅生产用混合装置。

优选的,所述箱体的底部固定安装有数量为四个的支撑架,四个所述支撑架均匀的分布在箱体的底部四角。
优选的,所述电机箱体的底部开设有搅拌杆孔,所述搅拌杆孔与搅拌杆相匹配。
优选的,所述环形板的外侧固定安装有一端与箱体内壁相接触的刷洗块,所述第一出水管与第二出水管的底部均连通有喷头。

1.一种纳米二氧化硅生产用混合装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的顶部固定安装有水泵(2),所述水泵(2)的出水口连通有连通管(3),所述连通管(3)的底部连通有三通管(4),所述三通管(4)的右侧连通有一端贯穿箱体(1)并延伸到环形板(9)下方的第一出水管(5),所述三通管(4)的左侧连通有一端贯穿箱体(1)并延伸到环形板(9)下方的第二出水管(6),所述水泵(2)的进水口连通有进水管(7),所述箱体(1)的内顶壁固定安装有数量为两个的推杆(8),所述推杆(8)的输出端固定安装有环形板(9),所述箱体(1)的内顶壁且位于两个所述推杆(8)的中间固定安装有电机箱体(10),所述箱体(1)的内顶壁且位于电机箱体(10)的内部固定安装有驱动电机(11),所述驱动电机(11)的输出端固定安装有一端贯穿电机箱体(10)并延伸到环形板(9)下方的搅拌杆(12),所述搅拌杆(12)的外侧固定安装有搅拌叶(13),所述箱体(1)的顶部且位于第二出水管(6)的左侧连通有一端贯穿并延伸到箱体(1)内部的进料斗(14),所述箱体(1)的底部连通有一端贯穿并延伸到箱体(1)内部的出料筒(15),所述箱体(1)的底部且位于出料筒(15)的右侧固定安装有排水管(16),所述箱体(1)的右侧固定安装有控制器(17),所述箱体(1)的正面嵌设有观察窗(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米二氧化硅生产用混合装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的底部固定安装有数量为四个的支撑架,四个所述支撑架均匀分布在箱体(1)的底部四角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米二氧化硅生产用混合装置,其特征在于:所述电机箱体(10)的底部开设有搅拌杆孔,所述搅拌杆孔与搅拌杆(12)相匹配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米二氧化硅生产用混合装置,其特征在于:所述环形板(9)的外侧固定安装有一端与箱体(1)内壁相接触的刷洗块,所述第一出水管(5)与第二出水管(6)的底部均连通有喷头。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米二氧化硅生产用混合装置,其特征在于:所述控制器(17)为按钮式控制器,所述水泵(2)、推杆(8)和驱动电机(11)均与控制器(17)电连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米二氧化硅生产用混合装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶(13)的数量为八个,八个所述搅拌叶(13)均匀分布在搅拌杆(12)的外侧。
