Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
The MBR membrane integrated sewage treatment device for infectious wastewater according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 1.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides an infectious wastewater MBR membrane integrated sewage treatment device, which treats sewage in a septic tank through a water collecting tank; specifically, the equipment room of the sewage treatment equipment comprises a sewage treatment system and an exhaust gas treatment system; the sewage treatment system comprises a pre-disinfection tank 3, a dechlorination tank 30, an adjusting tank 9, a hydrolysis acidification tank 10, a contact oxidation tank 11, an MBR tank 13, a backwashing water tank 16 and a disinfection tank 14 which are sequentially connected through pipelines.
The treatment difficulty of the infectious wastewater is that the infectivity of viruses contained in the infectious wastewater can cause certain influence on the subsequent operation, so that the wastewater entering a sewage station needs to be pre-sterilized through the pre-sterilization tank 3; one end of the pre-disinfection tank 3 is connected with a septic tank 1 containing infectious wastewater through a water collecting tank 2, the top of the pre-disinfection tank is connected with a pre-disinfection dosing machine 5 through a pipeline, and as the chlorine disinfectant has good disinfection effect, mature disinfection effect detection technology, low detection cost and low use cost, the disinfectant in the pre-disinfection dosing machine preferably selects a finished sodium hypochlorite solution.
Because the disinfectant of the residual sewage after the pre-disinfection can cause serious influence on the subsequent biochemical treatment, the residual disinfectant in the water is treated by the dechlorination tank 30; the dechlorination tank is connected with a dechlorination dosing machine 6 through a pipeline, and the infectious wastewater enters the regulating tank 9 after being pre-disinfected and dechlorinated.
The adjusting tank 9 is connected with a septic tank in which non-infectious sewage is stored, and the non-infectious sewage directly enters the adjusting tank without being treated; the adjusting tank is matched with the pre-disinfection tank to realize the separation treatment of the infectious wastewater and the non-infectious wastewater, so that the cost of pre-disinfection and dechlorination is reduced; preferably, can establish the perforation aeration pipe in the equalizing basin, rotation fan 8 blasts the air to the perforation aeration pipe, plays following effect: firstly, anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic states are realized by adjusting the gas supply amount, and the load of the subsequent treatment process is reduced; due to the existence of the blast oxygen supply, suspended matters are not easy to precipitate in the regulating tank, and the cleaning frequency of the regulating tank is reduced. Preferably, a grid well is arranged in the regulating tank; the effluent of the dechlorination tank and the non-infectious wastewater firstly enter the grid well for grid treatment before entering the regulating tank, and floating materials and large-particle suspended matters in the wastewater are removed, so that the load of subsequent treatment facilities is reduced, and the blockage of equipment and pipelines is prevented.
The sewage is lifted to the contact oxidation tank 11 from the regulating tank 9 by a pump, the sewage is contacted with the biological membrane in the biological contact oxidation tank, organic pollutants in the sewage are removed under the action of the metabolism function of microorganisms on the biological membrane, and the sewage is purified. The contact oxidation tank 11 is matched with an air distribution system, the air distribution system supplies oxygen required by the activity of the microorganisms to the microorganisms according to related proportion by utilizing a Roots blower, an air pipe and a microporous aerator, and meanwhile, the biological membrane is impacted, stirred, accelerated to fall off and updated by airflow, so that the biological membrane always keeps higher activity. In addition, the ascending air current constantly collides with the filler, so that the bubbles are repeatedly cut, the particle size is reduced, the contact area of the bubbles and the sewage is increased, and the oxygen transfer efficiency is improved. And the effluent treated by the contact oxidation pond enters the MBR pond.
The MBR tank 13 has the following functions: the MBR membrane bioreactor in the MBR tank realizes the respective control of the sludge age STR and hydraulic retention time HRT of the reactor, so the design and operation are greatly simplified; the loss of microorganisms is avoided by the mechanical interception effect of the MBR membrane, and high sludge concentration can be kept in the bioreactor, so that the volume load can be increased, the sludge load can be reduced, and the MBR membrane has strong impact resistance; because the SRT is very long, the bioreactor also plays a role of a sludge nitrification tank, so that the sludge yield is obviously reduced, the residual sludge yield is low, and the sludge treatment cost is low; the interception effect of the MBR membrane prolongs the SRT, and creates microorganisms favorable for slow proliferation. Such as the growth environment of nitrifying bacteria, the nitrification capacity of the system can be improved, and simultaneously, the treatment efficiency of the organic matters with difficult degradation macromolecules can be improved and the organic matters with difficult degradation can be promoted to be thoroughly decomposed; the active sludge of the MBR membrane aeration tank can not run off along with the effluent, and the active sludge can change due to the change of the concentration of the organic matters entering the MBR membrane aeration tank in the operation process and achieve a dynamic balance, so that the system has the characteristics of stable effluent and impact load resistance; the large hydraulic circulation leads to the uniform mixing of the sewage, thereby leading the activated sludge to have good dispersibility and greatly improving the specific surface area of the activated sludge. The high degree of activated sludge dispersion in MBR systems is yet another reason to improve the effectiveness of water treatment.
