在食用菌菌包接种过程中，需将接种后的菌包塞入棉塞，传统方法是通过人工塞入棉塞，效率低、污染率高。
实用新型内容
为了解决菌包接种过程中人工塞入棉塞存在的上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种菌包插棉塞机的棉塞插杆。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种菌包插棉塞机的棉塞插杆，杆体35下端设有插针37，杆体35上端固定于升降板7上。
所述杆体35上端为丝杆36，丝杆36通过螺母46固定于升降板7的插杆安装孔上。
本实用新型的菌包插棉塞机的棉塞插杆，将棉塞自动插入菌包，污染率低，提高了接种效率同时提高了成品率。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的棉塞插杆结构如图1和图2所示，杆体35下端设有插针37，杆体35上端为丝杆36，丝杆36通过螺母46固定于升降板7的插杆安装孔上，升降板7上部连接升降气缸6。
工作原理：架体1上位于升降板7下方安装至少一个棉塞通道11，棉塞通道11的插杆上面板和底板上分别设有与插杆4相对应的插孔，通过振动盘输送来的标准棉塞进入棉塞通道11，内侧的棉塞在前侧棉塞的推动下向棉塞通道11内部移动，直至到达插杆4下方。当菌筐19装的菌包20被输送到棉塞通道11的插棉塞位置正下方时停止运行，升降气缸6启动，推动升降板7向下移动，同时带动插杆4下移，插杆4前端的插针37插在棉塞中，将棉塞通过底板的下插杆插孔插入菌包20口内。

1.一种菌包插棉塞机的棉塞插杆，其特征在于：杆体（35）下端设有插针（37），杆体（35）上端固定于升降板（7）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种菌包插棉塞机的棉塞插杆，其特征在于：所述杆体（35）上端为丝杆（36），丝杆（36）通过螺母（46）固定于升降板（7）的插杆安装孔上。
