The jacking assembly 512 comprises a jacking lifter and a jacking block 5122, and the upper end face of the jacking block 5122 is obliquely arranged. the straightening automatic feeding frame 61 and the straightening discharging frame 63 are respectively provided with a straightening air cylinder 611, a straightening driving piece 612, a straightening support 613, a straightening transmission shaft 614 and a straightening material wheel 615; the straightening support 613 is rotatably connected with the straightening automatic feeding frame 61/the straightening discharging frame 63; the straightening transmission shaft 614 is connected with the lower end of each straightening support 613, the straightening material wheels 615 are installed at the upper end of the straightening support 613, and the straightening driving element 612 is connected with each straightening wheel. Specifically, the steel pipe falls from the drawing and straightening material transferring frame 51 to each straightening material wheel 615, the straightening air cylinder 611 drives the straightening transmission shaft 614 to rotate the straightening support 613, so that the straightening material wheels 615 move up and down, so that the height of the steel pipe is the same as that of an inlet of the straightening machine 62, then the straightening driving piece 612 drives each straightening material wheel 615 to work, the steel pipe is transferred to the straightening machine 62, and the straightening machine 62 straightens the steel pipe and then moves out along the straightening material discharging rack.
And a limiting piece 616 is also arranged on the straightening automatic feeding frame 61. Specifically, the limiting member 616 is located above the straightening material wheel 615, so as to prevent the steel tube from coming off in the straightening process, and ensure the safety of processing.
The straightening discharging frame 63 is further provided with a discharging part 631, and the upper end face of the discharging part 631 is obliquely arranged. the temporary storage rack 71 is arranged between the straightening discharge rack 63 and the cutting feed rack 73, and the cutting machine 72 is arranged between the cutting feed rack 73 and the cutting auxiliary rack 74; the two automatic length control devices 75 are respectively installed on the cutting feed frame 73 and the cutting auxiliary material frame 74 and located at two sides of the cutting machine 72. Specifically, the steel pipes after being drawn are stored on the temporary storage rack 71, then a plurality of steel pipes are transferred to the cutting and feeding rack 73, the length fixing devices on the cutting and feeding rack 73 clamp and transfer each steel pipe to the automatic length fixing device 75 on the auxiliary cutting and feeding rack 74 after passing through the cutting mechanism 7, the two devices are matched to adjust the position of each steel pipe, and then the cutting machine 72 simultaneously cuts the plurality of steel pipes, so that the integrated operation of drawing, straightening and cutting by the aid of the reducing head is realized, and the production efficiency is improved.
The cutting machine 72 includes a cutting table 721, a saw blade (not shown in the figure) and a cutting driving member 722, the cutting driving member 722 drives the saw blade to reciprocate left and right, so as to cut the steel pipe, and the cutting table 721 is provided with a guide slit adapted to the saw blade. Particularly, the saw blade reciprocates along the guide slit, thereby improving the moving stability of the saw blade.
A guide post is also provided between the cutting driving member 722 and the cutting table 721, which improves the stability of the saw blade movement.
The automatic length control device 75 comprises a length control motor 751, a length control transmission shaft 752, a length control bracket 753 and a length control pressing block 754; the fixed-length motor 751 is connected with the fixed-length transmission shaft 752, the fixed-length support 753 is slidably mounted on the cutting and feeding frame 73, the bottom of the fixed-length support 753 is in threaded connection with the fixed-length transmission shaft 752, and the fixed-length pressing block 754 is located at the upper end and two sides of the fixed-length support 753. Specifically, the fixed-length motor 751 drives the fixed-length transmission shaft 752 to make the fixed-length beam reciprocate along the cutting and feeding frame 73, and the fixed-length press block 754 presses two sides and the upper side of the steel pipe respectively, so as to pull the steel pipe to move, and adjust the cutting position of the steel pipe.
The connection mode of the cutting auxiliary material frame 74 with the automatic length fixing device 75 thereon is the same as that of the cutting feeding frame 73 with the automatic length fixing device 75 thereof, and the description is omitted.

A head-shrinking, drawing and straightening integrated machine is characterized by comprising a raw material rack, a head shrinking mechanism, a first feeding mechanism, a drawing mechanism, a second feeding mechanism and a straightening mechanism which are sequentially arranged; the first feeding mechanism comprises a head-reducing rotary drawing material rack, a first driving part, a first transmission shaft, a plurality of first driving wheels, a first driven wheel and a first conveyor belt; the first driving piece and the first transmission shaft are both arranged on the head-reducing and drawing material frame; the first driving piece is connected with the first transmission shaft, each first driving wheel is connected with the first transmission shaft, each first driven wheel is installed on the drawing mechanism, the first transmission belts are sleeved between the corresponding first driving wheels and the corresponding first driven wheels, each first transmission belt is obliquely arranged, and feeding teeth are arranged on the surfaces of the first transmission belts.
2. The reducing, drawing and straightening all-in-one machine according to claim 1, wherein the height of the right side of the reducing, drawing and transferring rack is lower than the height of the left side of the reducing, drawing and transferring rack.
