The embodiment of the application discloses desk-top aerosol purification centrifuge. Referring to fig. 1, a desktop aerosol purifying centrifuge includes a body 1, a cover 11, and a centrifuge tank 12. The body 1 is provided with a microcomputer liquid crystal digital display control system. The centrifugal tank body 12 is a hollow structure, the upper end of which is provided with an opening and is arranged in the machine body 1. The cover 11 is used for opening or closing the opening at the upper end of the centrifugal groove body 12, namely, for changing the communication state between the centrifugal groove body 12 and the outside of the machine body 1. So that the aerosol moving to the outer side of the machine body 1 is not easy to carry viruses or germs, and the spread of the viruses or germs is reduced. In addition, an aerosol detector can be further installed in the machine body 1, a detection probe of the aerosol detector is installed in the centrifugal tank body 12 and used for detecting the content or density of the aerosol in the centrifugal tank body 12, and therefore workers can count data conveniently.
Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of first vent holes 15 are formed in the centrifugal tank body 12, a first air duct 3 located inside the machine body 1 is installed on the outer circumferential surface of the centrifugal tank body 12, and the first air duct 3 is communicated with the first vent holes 15. The inner side wall of the first air channel 3 corresponding to the machine body 1 forms an air cavity, and one end of the air cavity is communicated with the first vent hole 15. One end of the first air duct 3 far away from the first vent hole 15 is provided with a first fan 4 connected with the machine body 1, and the first fan 4 is positioned at one end of the ventilation cavity far away from the first vent hole 15. After the first fan 4 is started, the first fan 4 makes the inside of the first air duct 3 form negative pressure, that is, the first fan 4 discharges the air in the first air duct 3 to the outside of the machine body 1. Due to the influence of the air pressure, the air inside the centrifugal groove body 12 forms an air flow, enters the first air duct 3, and is discharged to the outside of the machine body 1 through the first air duct 3, and meanwhile, the aerosol in the centrifugal groove body 12 flows along with the air flow.
Referring to fig. 2, a first filter screen for filtering aerosol is disposed in the first air duct 3, specifically, in combination with fig. 1, a first insertion groove 16 corresponding to the first filter screen is disposed on the machine body 1, and the first insertion groove 16 is communicated with the first air duct 3. The machine body 1 is detachably connected with a first sealing plate 5 used for sealing the first inserting groove 16, the first sealing plate 5 is fixedly connected with a first filter frame 31, and the first filter screen is inserted into the first filter frame 31. The gas in the first air duct 3 is required to pass through a first filter screen which is a HEPA filter screen, in order to move to the outside of the machine body 1. During the process that the gas passes through the first filter screen, aerosol in the gas is filtered by the first filter screen and is blocked on the first filter screen. The aerosol in the centrifugal tank body 12 is not easy to enter the atmosphere, so that the aerosol is not easy to carry viruses or germs to spread.
It should be noted that, the first sealing plate 5 is detachably connected to the machine body 1 through a screw, so as to improve the sealing effect of the first sealing plate 5. First filter screen is pegged graft on first filter holder 31, and first filter screen can be dismantled with first filter holder 31 and be connected promptly, is convenient for change and wash first filter screen.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a plurality of second vent holes 17 are formed in one side of the centrifugal groove body 12, which is far away from the first vent hole 15, and the second vent holes 17 are communicated with the inside of the centrifugal groove body 12. The outer peripheral surface of the centrifugal groove body 12 is provided with a second vent passage 6 communicated with the second vent hole 17. Specifically, the second vent 6 and the inner side wall corresponding to the machine body 1 form an air inlet cavity, and the air inlet cavity is communicated with the second vent 17. The second breather pipe 6 is provided with a breather pipe 61 positioned inside the machine body 1, and the breather pipe 61 is communicated with the air inlet cavity. The air inside the machine body 1 enters the air inlet cavity from the air pipe 61 and then enters the centrifugal groove body 12 through the second air vent 17, so that the air pressure inside the centrifugal groove body 12 is balanced.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a second fan 7 is installed on a side surface of the body 1 where the first fan 4 is installed, and the second fan 7 is used for discharging air outside the body 1 to the inside of the body 1. The air circulation in the centrifugal groove body 12 is facilitated, and the efficiency of filtering the aerosol is accelerated.
In order to ensure the cleanness of blood or fat, as a variation of the present embodiment, a second filter is installed in the second vent passage 6, and the second filter is set to a HEPA filter.
Referring to fig. 4, the bottom surface of the machine body 1 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes 18, which facilitate dissipation of heat accumulated inside the machine body 1 and prolong the service life of the centrifuge.
The implementation principle of desk-top aerosol purification centrifuge of the embodiment of the application is as follows: the second fan 7 conveys the air outside the machine body 1 to the inside of the machine body 1, and the first fan 4 discharges the air in the centrifugal groove body 12 to the outside of the machine body 1 to form airflow flowing. In the period, the first filter screen filters the aerosol, so that the aerosol is not easy to move to the atmosphere, viruses are not easy to spread, and the human health is harmed. The first filter screen filters the air entering the interior of the machine body 1, so that the air entering the centrifugal groove body 12 is not easy to pollute blood or fat.
