In order to enable the yarn supply mechanism 1 to supply yarns better, the yarn supply mechanism 1 comprises a yarn supply frame 11 and a yarn supply roller 12, the yarn supply frame 11 is arranged in a rectangular shape, and a plurality of yarn supply rollers 12 are arranged and are respectively positioned at two sides of the yarn supply frame 11; the yarn supply roller 12 is rotationally connected with the yarn supply frame 11 through a bearing; the yarn supply frame 11 is vertically arranged, and the yarn supply roller 12 is horizontally arranged.
A plurality of yarn supply rollers 12 can supply the yarn simultaneously to adapt to the warping scope of warper, improve warping efficiency.
In order to adjust the yarn tension, the tension adjusting mechanism 2 includes a tension adjusting frame 21, a first fixed tension adjusting roller 22, a second fixed tension adjusting roller 23, a movable tension adjusting roller 24, a tension adjusting slider 25, a tension adjusting plate 26, a tension adjusting rod 27, a limit bolt 28, and a tension adjusting spring 29.

The first fixed tension adjusting roller 22 is positioned on one side of the movable tension adjusting roller 24 close to the yarn feeding mechanism 1, the second fixed tension adjusting roller 23 is positioned on one side of the movable tension adjusting roller 24 close to the static eliminating mechanism 3, and both ends of the first fixed tension adjusting roller 22 and the second fixed tension adjusting roller 23 are rotatably connected with the tension adjusting frame 21 through bearings.
The yarn sequentially passes through the upper side of the first fixed tension adjusting roller 22, the lower side of the movable tension adjusting roller 24 and the upper side of the second fixed tension adjusting roller 23, and the tension adjusting slide block 25 drives the movable tension adjusting roller 24 to automatically adjust the tension of the yarn under the action of the tension adjusting spring 29; the limit bolt 28 can adjust the distance that the movable dancer roll 24 descends.
In order to eliminate the static electricity on the yarn, the static elimination mechanism 3 comprises a static elimination frame 31, a static elimination ion bar 32 and a static support roller 33; the static elimination ion bar 32 is fixed on the static elimination frame 31 through a bolt, two static support rollers 33 are arranged and are respectively positioned on two sides of the static elimination ion bar 32, the upper side of each static support roller 33 is higher than the static elimination ion bar 32, and two ends of each static support roller 33 are rotatably connected with the static elimination frame 31 through bearings.
The yarn passes over the electrostatic backup roll 33 and then is neutralized by the static eliminating ion bar 32, and the electrostatic backup roll 33 prevents the yarn from contacting the static eliminating ion bar 32, making the static eliminating process more stable.
In order to adsorb the dust on the yarn, the dust collecting mechanism 4 includes a dust collecting frame 41, a dust collecting plate 42, a dust collecting pipe 43, and a dust collector 44. The implementation principle of the yarn warping machine in the embodiment of the application is as follows:
initially, the yarn is fed out of the yarn supply roller 12 and passes through the upper side of the first fixed tension adjusting roller 22, the lower side of the movable tension adjusting roller 24 and the upper side of the second fixed tension adjusting roller 23 in sequence, and the tension adjusting slide 25 drives the movable tension adjusting roller 24 to automatically adjust the tension of the yarn under the action of the tension adjusting spring 29.
The yarn then passes over an electrostatic support roll 33, where the static electricity is neutralized by a static dissipative ion bar 32.
Then the yarn passes through the dust collecting hole 421, the dust collector 44 drives the dust collecting tube 43 to collect dust, and the dust enters the dust collecting tube 43 from the dust collecting hole 431 and then enters the dust collector 44, so that the dust on the yarn is cleaned.
