在纺织行业中,粗纱机是一种把纤维条制成粗纱的纺纱机器,是通过牵伸和加捻,将粗纱卷绕成一定的卷装纱的,粗纱机在进行加工的过程中,会使得纱线快速运动,而纱线表面残余的绒毛和碎屑则会在高速旋转的作用力下飞扬到空气中,不仅影响粗纱机卷纱后的成品质量,也会对周边环境造成污染,所以需要使用清绒装置对其进行清理。
但目前的清绒装置不方便收集绒毛,具体为风机在进行长时间抽吸后会造成绒毛堆积,使装置的过滤网被堵塞,进而使装置清理收集的持续性下降,需要工作人员频繁进行操作,费时费力。

进一步的,所述推动滑块的外壁设有与限位块相匹配的活动滑槽,使用时,所述限位块通过活动滑槽带动推动滑块进行上下运动,其起到提高限位和引导推动滑块运动的作用。
进一步的,所述隔离板的外壁设有与挡板相匹配的限位滑槽,使用时,所述挡板在推动滑块的带动下于限位滑槽内进行摆动,其提高了挡板运动的稳定性。
进一步的,所述主体的内壁于风机上方活动连接有集灰盒,所述集灰盒底部固定连接有过滤筛,使用时,所述集灰盒和过滤筛对通过的气体进行过滤,其起到提高车间内空气清洁度的作用。
进一步的,所述封闭块的顶部一侧设有通水孔,所述封闭板的顶部一侧设有连通孔,使用时,所述通水孔与连通孔相对齐时,水流通过储水箱进入出水管之中,其起到辅助装置完成间歇喷雾的作用。

实施方式具体为:使用时,首先将装置放置在粗纱机旁,随后启动风机15,此时绒毛随着气流通过进气管道23进入至装置内,随后被纱网3拦截,与此同时,启动电机8,电机8带动第二传动轴7转动,第二传动轴7带动第一传动轴 5转动,第一传动轴5带动刮板6转动,刮板6在转动过程中对纱网3表面堆积的绒毛进行刮除,同时,第一传动轴5带动推动滑块11转动,限位块12则推动着推动滑块11进行上下运动,当刮板6将刮除的绒毛推动至接近排料口4时,推动滑块11在限位块12的作用下恰好与挡板9进行接触,挡板9在推动滑块 11的推动下克服复位弹簧10的拉力进行摆动,随后挡板9不再对排料口4进行隔离,此时风机15可通过连接管道13和筛网14对排料口4产生吸力,于是绒毛在重力以及吸力的作用下通过排料口4落入下方的收集箱16之中,当刮板6 通过排料口4时,限位块12控制推动滑块11进行下降运动,随后推动滑块11 与挡板9分离,挡板9在复位弹簧10拉力的作用下重新复位,排料口4被重新封闭,此时一个工作周期结束,通过设置以上结构起到了方便收集绒毛的作用,可周期性的对过滤网进行刮除收集,避免了绒毛出现堆积,使装置被堵塞的情况发生,使装置清理收集的持续性得到了保证,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,省时省力。
如图1和图3-5所示的一种便于收集绒毛的粗纱机用清绒装置,还包括固定连接于隔离板17内壁的储水箱18,所述储水箱18的底部固定连接有进水管19,所述储水箱18靠近排料口4的外壁一侧固定连接有出水管20,所述第一传动轴 5的底部延伸至储水箱18内侧固定连接有封闭块21,所述储水箱18的内壁于封闭块21下方固定连接有封闭板22。
所述封闭块21的顶部一侧设有通水孔,所述封闭板22的顶部一侧设有连通孔,使用时,所述通水孔与连通孔相对齐时,水流通过储水箱18进入出水管20 之中,其起到辅助装置完成间歇喷雾的作用。
所述出水管20延伸至隔离板17外侧固定连接有雾化器,所述雾化器将出水管20内的水雾化对绒毛进行沾湿,其起到提高装置收集效果的作用。
实施方式具体为:使用时,向进水管19供水,进水管19将水输送至储水箱 18,此时第一传动轴5带动封闭块21在储水箱18内侧转动,封闭块21与封闭板22配合将储水箱18阻隔,当排料口4处于封闭状态时,封闭块21在第一传动轴5的带动下不再对储水箱18进行阻隔,此时水通过储水箱18进入至出水管 20内,出水管20将水对飞扬的绒毛进行喷雾,绒毛沾水后落入收集箱16中,同时当排料口4开启时,大部分的水雾将随着气流被风机15抽走,不会造成收集箱16内积水过多,通过设置以上结构起到了提高收集效果的作用,可间歇性地对绒毛进行喷雾,使绒毛不会随意飘飞,方便了进行后续操作,使用效果好。
本实用新型的工作原理:
参照说明书附图1-2、图4和图6,通过设置挡板9、复位弹簧10、推动滑块11和连接管道13,起到了方便收集绒毛的作用,可周期性的对过滤网进行刮除收集,避免了绒毛出现堆积,使装置被堵塞的情况发生,使装置清理收集的持续性得到了保证,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,省时省力。
进一步的,参照说明书附图1和图3-5,通过设置出水管20、封闭块21、封闭板22和储水箱18,起到了提高收集效果的作用,可间歇性地对绒毛进行喷雾,使绒毛不会随意飘飞,方便了进行后续操作,使用效果好。

1.一种便于收集绒毛的粗纱机用清绒装置,包括主体(1),其特征在于:所述主体(1)的内壁固定连接有支撑板(2),所述支撑板(2)的顶部一侧固定连接有纱网(3),所述支撑板(2)的顶部另一侧设有排料口(4),所述主体(1)靠近纱网(3)的外壁一侧于支撑板(2)上方固定连接有进气管道(23),所述支撑板(2)的内部于纱网(3)和排料口(4)之间竖直设有转动连接的第一传动轴(5),所述第一传动轴(5)的外壁一侧于支撑板(2)上方固定连接有刮板(6),所述支撑板(2)的底部于第一传动轴(5)外侧固定连接有隔离板(17),所述隔离板(17)的内部一侧水平设有转动连接的第二传动轴(7),所述第二传动轴(7)和第一传动轴(5)活动连接,所述主体(1)的外壁一侧固定连接有电机(8),所述电机(8)的输出轴与第二传动轴(7)一端固定连接,所述第一传动轴(5)的外壁于支撑板(2)下方活动套设有与排料口(4)相匹配的挡板(9),所述挡板(9)远离排料口(4)的一端固定连接有复位弹簧(10),所述复位弹簧(10)远离挡板(9)的一端与隔离板(17)内壁固定连接,所述第一传动轴(5)的外壁于挡板(9)下方活动套设有推动滑块(11),所述隔离板(17)的内壁一侧固定连接有与推动滑块(11)相匹配的限位块(12),所述隔离板(17)的内壁固定连接有连接管道(13),所述连接管道(13)靠近排料口(4)的内壁一侧固定连接有筛网(14),所述主体(1)靠近纱网(3)的外壁一侧于支撑板(2)下方固定连接有风机(15),所述主体(1)的内壁一侧于排料口(4)下方活动连接有收集箱(16),所述隔离板(17)的内壁固定连接有储水箱(18),所述储水箱(18)的底部固定连接有进水管(19),所述储水箱(18)靠近排料口(4)的外壁一侧固定连接有出水管(20),所述第一传动轴(5)的底部延伸至储水箱(18)内侧固定连接有封闭块(21),所述储水箱(18)的内壁于封闭块(21)下方固定连接有封闭板(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于收集绒毛的粗纱机用清绒装置,其特征在于:所述推动滑块(11)的外壁设有与限位块(12)相匹配的活动滑槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于收集绒毛的粗纱机用清绒装置,其特征在于:所述隔离板(17)的外壁设有与挡板(9)相匹配的限位滑槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于收集绒毛的粗纱机用清绒装置,其特征在于:所述主体(1)的内壁于风机(15)上方活动连接有集灰盒,所述集灰盒底部固定连接有过滤筛。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于收集绒毛的粗纱机用清绒装置,其特征在于:所述封闭块(21)的顶部一侧设有通水孔,所述封闭板(22)的顶部一侧设有连通孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于收集绒毛的粗纱机用清绒装置,其特征在于:所述出水管(20)延伸至隔离板(17)外侧固定连接有雾化器。
