UV lampshade 13, the
UV lamps 9 facing the working

UV lampshade 13, the lower end of the

cylinder 7, and a cutting knife 6 is fixed on a telescopic shaft of an
air cylinder 7, a cutting groove is arranged at the upper end of a working
platform 11, the cutting groove and the cutting knife 6 are parallel to each other, the

fan 10, and
fan 10 parallels with
UV lamp 9,
fan 10 can let the temperature distribution of
UV lamp 9 more even, the uniformity of the printing ink drying state of UV printed matter has been guaranteed, the printing ink drying effect that makes the UV printed matter is further promoted, be equipped with the clearance between the
UV lamp 9.
The working principle is as follows: when the rapid UV printing machine is used, firstly, a UV printing base material passes through a position between the
limiting plates 12 and penetrates into a printing cabin of the UV printing machine main body 1, the UV printing base material movably drives the
guide roller 18 to rotate in a friction mode, then, a power supply of the UV printing machine main body 1, a power supply of the motor 4, a power supply of the
UV lamp 9 and a power supply of the
fan 10 are turned on, the UV printing base material is printed by the UV printing machine main body 1 to be a UV printed matter, the
UV lamp 9 is electrified to dry the UV printed matter, light of the UV printed matter is reflected by the
reflecting plate 8 to increase the heating area of the UV printed matter, meanwhile, the
fan 10 is electrified to enable heat of the
UV lamp 9 to flow towards the printing surface of the UV printed matter in a targeted mode, the UV printed matter is dried more rapidly, then, the motor 4 is electrified to drive the conveying
roller 3 to rotate, the conveying
roller 3 rotates to drive the
other conveying roller 3 at the lower end of the UV printed matter to rotate through the UV printed matter, and the UV printed matter is conveyed along the working
platform 11 in the process, and then, turning on a power supply of the
air cylinder 7, electrifying the
air cylinder 7 to drive the cutting knife 6 to move towards the cutting groove, so that the UV printed matter is cut in sections, finally, when the cutting requirement is too high, turning off the power supply of the motor 4, operating the threaded
rod 15 and the connecting
shaft 17 to rotate, enabling the threaded
rod 15 and the threaded through hole of the connecting
rod 14 to interact to enable the pressing plate 5 to descend to extrude two sections of the UV printed matter to be cut, executing the same cutting operation as before, and precisely cutting the UV printed matter, which is the using process of the rapid UV printer.
