背景技术
空气净化设备(又称“空气清洁设备”、空气清新机)是指能够滤除或杀灭空气污染物、有效提高空气清洁度的产品,目前以清除室内空气污染的家用和商用空气净化设备为主,负氧离子又称空气负氧离子,一种是通过负氧离子发生器产生,通过自然扩散达到净化、除尘和保健等作用。
但是目前缺少一种在净化空气的同时,还能产生空气负氧离子的装置,同时目前的空气净化设备的净化效果还不够好,导致实用性大大降低,因此提出了一种带负氧离子的空气净化器设备,来解决上面的问题。

本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:一种带负氧离子的空气净化器设备,包括净化器壳体,所述净化器壳体的下端两侧连通有进气罩,所述进气罩的相对一侧通过进气管与抽气泵相连接,所述抽气泵的上端在净化器壳体的内部设置有放置板,所述放置板的左侧上端设置有静电除尘箱,所述抽气泵的上端连接有连接管,所述连接管的上端贯穿放置板与静电除尘箱相连通,所述静电除尘箱的右侧上端设置有第二连接管,所述放置板的右侧上端设置有水箱,所述第二连接管的右侧设置在水箱的内部,所述水箱的上端在净化器壳体的内部设置有过滤机构,所述过滤机构的上侧在净化器壳体的内壁两端设置有紫外线消毒灯。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述紫外线消毒灯上侧在净化器壳体内部设置有负氧离子发生器,所述净化器壳体的上侧内壁设置有排风扇,所述排风扇的上侧和进气罩的两侧设置有过滤网。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述净化器壳体的右侧下端内壁设置有配电箱,静电除尘箱的左侧上端设置有电离箱,所述静电除尘箱的内部两侧设置有电极板,所述净化器壳体的底部四端设置有自锁万向轮。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述水箱的内部设置有纯净水,所述第二连接管设置在纯净水的下侧,所述水箱的右侧贯穿净化器壳体连接有进水管和排水管,所述进水管和排水管上设置有阀门,所述水箱的上侧开设有出气口。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述过滤机构包括滑轨,所述滑轨固定安装在净化器壳体内壁两侧,所述滑轨上滑动连接有安装块,所述安装块的相对一侧通过固定螺栓从上到下固定有杀菌除甲醛层和去味吸附层。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述杀菌除甲醛层的内部设置有光触媒,所述去味吸附层的材质为活性炭材质,所述滑轨的外侧在净化器壳体上设置有门体。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型中,通过电离箱和电极板的配合,实现了静电除尘的功能,通过纯净水对可溶于水的有害杂质通过水进行过滤掉,通过去味吸附层时可以去除空气中的异味和一些有机物,通过杀菌除甲醛层和紫外线消毒灯的配合可以分解气中的病毒和甲醛,负氧离子发生器工作产生大量的负离子,使空气更加清新,提高了净化效果。
2、本实用新型中,通过过滤网可以过滤掉容易堵塞的杂质,提高了装置的安全性和使用寿命,同时通过进水管和排水管的配合,方便对水箱内部的水进行更换,打开门体,通过滑轨和安装块的配合,将杀菌除甲醛层和去味吸附层拿出,进行清理和更换,提高了装置的使用周期。

参照图1-3,一种带负氧离子的空气净化器设备,包括净化器壳体19,净化器壳体19的下端两侧连通有进气罩7,进气罩7的相对一侧通过进气管9与抽气泵10相连接,抽气泵10的上端在净化器壳体19的内部设置有放置板,放置板的左侧上端设置有静电除尘箱6,抽气泵10上电,通过进气罩7将空气通过连接管排入到静电除尘箱6内部,通过电离箱4和电极板5的配合,实现了静电除尘的功能,抽气泵10的上端连接有连接管,连接管的上端贯穿放置板与静电除尘箱6相连通,静电除尘箱6的右侧上端设置有第二连接管3,放置板的右侧上端设置有水箱14,气体排入到水箱14中,通过纯净水对可溶于水的有害杂质通过水进行过滤掉,第二连接管3的右侧设置在水箱14的内部,水箱14的上端在净化器壳体19的内部设置有过滤机构15,过滤机构15的上侧在净化器壳体19的内壁两端设置有紫外线消毒灯16。
需要说明的是,紫外线消毒灯16上侧在净化器壳体19内部设置有负氧离子发生器2,净化器壳体19的上侧内壁设置有排风扇17,排风扇17的上侧和进气罩7的两侧设置有过滤网18,通过过滤网18可以过滤掉容易堵塞的杂质,负氧离子发生器2工作产生大量的负离子,使空气更加清新,然后通过排风扇17排出到装置外端流入到室内供人们呼吸,提高了净化效果。
需要说明的是,净化器壳体19的右侧下端内壁设置有配电箱11,静电除尘箱6的左侧上端设置有电离箱4,静电除尘箱6的内部两侧设置有电极板5,净化器壳体19的底部四端设置有自锁万向轮8,通过自锁万向轮8可以调整装置的位置。
需要说明的是,水箱14的内部设置有纯净水,第二连接管3设置在纯净水的下侧,水箱14的右侧贯穿净化器壳体19连接有进水管13和排水管12,进水管13和排水管12上设置有阀门,水箱14的上侧开设有出气口。

需要说明的是,杀菌除甲醛层152的内部设置有光触媒,去味吸附层153的材质为活性炭材质,滑轨155的外侧在净化器壳体19上设置有门体,打开门体,通过滑轨155和安装块154的配合,将杀菌除甲醛层152和去味吸附层153拿出,进行清理和更换。
工作原理:本装置在使用之前,通过自锁万向轮8可以调整装置的位置,使用时,抽气泵10上电,通过进气罩7将空气通过连接管排入到静电除尘箱6内部,通过电离箱4和电极板5的配合,实现了静电除尘的功能,经过了初步除尘之后,气体排入到水箱14中,通过纯净水对可溶于水的有害杂质通过水进行过滤掉,然后气体通过出气口向上排出,在排出的过程中,通过去味吸附层153时可以去除空气中的异味和一些有机物,通过杀菌除甲醛层152和紫外线消毒灯16的配合可以分解气中的病毒和甲醛,提高了空气的净化效果,负氧离子发生器2工作产生大量的负离子,使空气更加清新,然后通过排风扇17排出到装置外端流入到室内供人们呼吸,提高了净化效果。
在使用时,通过过滤网18可以过滤掉容易堵塞的杂质,提高了装置的安全性和使用寿命,同时通过进水管13和排水管12的配合,方便对水箱14内部的水进行更换,同时当需要清理过滤机构15时,打开门体,通过滑轨155和安装块154的配合,将杀菌除甲醛层152和去味吸附层153拿出,进行清理和更换,以提高后端的净化效果,大大提高了实用性。

1.一种带负氧离子的空气净化器设备,包括净化器壳体(19),其特征在于:所述净化器壳体(19)的下端两侧连通有进气罩(7),所述进气罩(7)的相对一侧通过进气管(9)与抽气泵(10)相连接,所述抽气泵(10)的上端在净化器壳体(19)的内部设置有放置板,所述放置板的左侧上端设置有静电除尘箱(6),所述抽气泵(10)的上端连接有连接管,所述连接管的上端贯穿放置板与静电除尘箱(6)相连通,所述静电除尘箱(6)的右侧上端设置有第二连接管(3),所述放置板的右侧上端设置有水箱(14),所述第二连接管(3)的右侧设置在水箱(14)的内部,所述水箱(14)的上端在净化器壳体(19)的内部设置有过滤机构(15),所述过滤机构(15)的上侧在净化器壳体(19)的内壁两端设置有紫外线消毒灯(16)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带负氧离子的空气净化器设备,其特征在于:所述紫外线消毒灯(16)上侧在净化器壳体(19)内部设置有负氧离子发生器(2),所述净化器壳体(19)的上侧内壁设置有排风扇(17),所述排风扇(17)的上侧和进气罩(7)的两侧设置有过滤网(18)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种带负氧离子的空气净化器设备,其特征在于:所述净化器壳体(19)的右侧下端内壁设置有配电箱(11),静电除尘箱(6)的左侧上端设置有电离箱(4),所述静电除尘箱(6)的内部两侧设置有电极板(5),所述净化器壳体(19)的底部四端设置有自锁万向轮(8)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种带负氧离子的空气净化器设备,其特征在于:所述水箱(14)的内部设置有纯净水,所述第二连接管(3)设置在纯净水的下侧,所述水箱(14)的右侧贯穿净化器壳体(19)连接有进水管(13)和排水管(12),所述进水管(13)和排水管(12)上设置有阀门,所述水箱(14)的上侧开设有出气口。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种带负氧离子的空气净化器设备,其特征在于:所述过滤机构(15)包括滑轨(155),所述滑轨(155)固定安装在净化器壳体(19)内壁两侧,所述滑轨(155)上滑动连接有安装块(154),所述安装块(154)的相对一侧通过固定螺栓(151)从上到下固定有杀菌除甲醛层(152)和去味吸附层(153)。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种带负氧离子的空气净化器设备,其特征在于:所述杀菌除甲醛层(152)的内部设置有光触媒,所述去味吸附层(153)的材质为活性炭材质,所述滑轨(155)的外侧在净化器壳体(19)上设置有门体。
