the water inlet pipe inner core assembling mechanism comprises an inner core feeding vibration disc for providing an inner core, an inner core assembling component arranged below the inner core feeding vibration disc, and a second clamping component arranged between the inner core assembling component and the chain tool conveying mechanism, wherein the second clamping assembly comprises a second clamping cylinder and two second clamping limiting blocks, the inner core assembly comprises an inner core assembly push rod and an inner core assembly cylinder, wherein the chain tool conveying mechanism conveys the water inlet pipe provided with the jacket to a position between the two second clamping limiting blocks, the second clamping cylinder controls the two second clamping limit blocks to approach to each other so as to clamp the water inlet pipe provided with the jacket, the inner core assembling push rod is arranged at the opposite position between the two second clamping limiting blocks, and the discharge end of the inner core assembling air cylinder drives the inner core assembling push rod to push the inner core into the pipe orifice of the water inlet pipe;
the locking mechanism comprises a locking piece for locking the sleeve of the pipe orifice of the assembled water inlet pipe and a locking cylinder for controlling the locking piece to advance and retreat;
the unloading snatchs the mechanism and is used for snatching the inlet tube after the fore shaft and transplanting to the unloading district.
