Technical Field

The present application relates to the field of dishwasher technology, for example to a cabinet for a dishwasher and a dishwasher.

Background

With the popularity of dishwashers, more and more people are beginning to use dishwashers. Therefore, the supporting plates and the positioning mounting plates are arranged on the first cover plate and the second cover plate, so that the rigidity of the first cover plate and the second cover plate is higher, and the service lives of the first cover plate and the second cover plate are prolonged; and meanwhile, the mounting plate is positioned, so that a user can conveniently mount or dismount the first cover plate and the second cover plate. Optionally, the third connector 11 is a screw.

In some embodiments, the control panel 4 is disposed on the second cover plate, and in the case that the control panel 4 is shielded, the first cover plate 2 is connected with the connecting device through the second connecting member and then inserted into the slot 5 on the rack, and the first cover plate 2 is fixed on the rack through the first connecting member; then the second cover plate with the control panel is inserted into the clamping groove 5, the second cover plate is connected with the connecting device through a second connecting piece, and the second cover plate is fixed on the rack through the first connecting piece. Therefore, the second cover plate and the first cover plate are disassembled and then the installation positions are exchanged, so that the control panel is not shielded any more, and a user can conveniently use the control panel.

Optionally, an insulating layer is arranged in each of the first cover plate and the second cover plate.

Optionally, the insulating layer is arranged on the inner sides of the first cover plate and the second cover plate; the heat preservation layer is arranged on the inner sides of the first cover plate and the second cover plate, so that the heat loss of the water tank inside the dishwasher case is reduced, and the energy-saving effect is achieved.

Optionally, the insulation layer comprises a first aluminum foil layer, a second aluminum foil layer and a thermal insulation layer; the thermal-insulating layer is arranged between the first aluminum foil layer and the second aluminum foil layer. Optionally, the thermal insulation layer is a pearl wool layer.

Optionally, the first cover plate and the second cover plate are made of stainless steel. Optionally, the first and second cover plates are each made of a metallic material having a thermal conductivity of less than 35W/m.k.

Optionally, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a dishwasher, including the above-mentioned cabinet for a dishwasher.

Optionally, the mounting structures of the first cover plate, the second cover plate, the side plates and the back plate are the same. In some embodiments, the cover panel with the manipulation panel of the first cover panel and the second cover panel is interchangeably installed with the side panel or the back panel. In some embodiments, the first cover panel and the second cover panel are interchangeably mounted as a whole with the side panels or the back panel.

Claims (10)

1. A cabinet for a dishwasher, comprising:

the device comprises a rack, a first cover plate, a second cover plate, a side plate and a back plate, wherein the positions of the first cover plate, the second cover plate, the side plate and the back plate can be interchanged;

any one of the first cover plate and the second cover plate is provided with a control panel.

2. A cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the first and second panels are mounted on the same side of the rack.

3. A cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the first cover plate and the second cover plate are fixed to the upright of the rack by a connecting member; the connecting pieces fixed on the upright posts are longitudinally arranged in a staggered manner.

4. A cabinet according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:

a connecting device configured to connect the first cover plate and the second cover plate.

5. The chassis of claim 1, wherein a slot is disposed on the frame, the slot configured to secure the first cover plate and the second cover plate.

6. The chassis according to claim 5, wherein one end of the first cover plate and one end of the second cover plate are respectively provided with a support plate, and the first cover plate and the second cover plate are respectively abutted against the inner wall of the clamping groove through the respective support plates;

the other end of the first cover plate and the other end of the second cover plate are respectively provided with a positioning mounting plate, and the first cover plate and the second cover plate are respectively connected with the rack through respective positioning mounting plates.

7. The chassis of claim 1, wherein insulation is disposed within each of the first and second cover panels.

8. The chassis of claim 7, wherein the insulation layer comprises a first aluminum foil layer, a second aluminum foil layer, and a thermal insulation layer;

the thermal insulation layer is arranged between the first aluminum foil layer and the second aluminum foil layer.

9. The chassis of claim 1, wherein the first and second cover panels are made of stainless steel.

10. A dishwasher, comprising a cabinet for a dishwasher according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
