4. after the permanent steel column concrete is poured and initial setting is completed on the pile side, an operator enters the connecting part of the tool column and the steel column through the tool column ladder to complete nut dismantling;
5. loosening the full-rotation hoop device, hoisting and removing the tool column by using the crawler crane, and placing the tool column in a safe position for installing the next steel column;
