A dust collecting device for a lapping machine comprises a fixed base, a dust collecting box and a cleaning mechanism, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a driven gear, a dust collecting cover, a cotton sliver adsorption rotary table, a rotating shaft, a fixed frame and a lead screw;
the top of the fixed base is fixedly connected with a connecting frame, the upper end of the connecting frame is fixedly connected with a dust suction box, the bottom position of the inner end of the dust suction box is fixedly connected with a dust suction machine, the top opening of the dust suction box is fixedly connected with a filter screen, the interior of the fixed base is provided with a motor, the output end of the motor is fixedly connected with a lead screw, the lead screw is connected with a cleaning mechanism, the lead screw is fixedly connected with a driving gear, the bottom surface of the driving gear is engaged with a driven gear, the middle part of the driven gear is sleeved with a rotating shaft, the outer bottom surface of the fixed base is fixedly connected with a fixed frame, the bottom of the fixed frame is fixedly connected with a dust suction cover, the bottom of the fixed base is symmetrically and fixedly connected with a dust baffle, the side walls at the two ends of the fixed base are fixedly connected with dust suction pipe orifices, and one end of each dust suction pipe orifice extending into the fixed base is fixedly connected with a fan, the other end fixedly connected with coupling hose of fan, coupling hose extends to unable adjustment base outer bottom.
Further, the cleaning mechanisms are provided with three groups in total.
Further, unable adjustment base's inside left side position fixedly connected with riser, the one end swing joint that the motor was kept away from to the lead screw is on the riser surface.
Furthermore, the bottom of the connecting frame is symmetrically and movably connected with moving wheels, and the moving wheels are arranged between the dust blocking plate and the fixed base.
Further, the position that coupling hose's tip corresponds is provided with the absorption case, threaded connection is passed through in the bottom of unable adjustment base to the absorption case, the surface of absorption case and unable adjustment base's bottom correspond the position and seted up external screw thread and the internal thread of mutually supporting, the absorption case is detachable construction.
Further, the axis of rotation downwards runs through unable adjustment base, mount in proper order to extend to the bottom of dust absorption lid, the bottom end fixedly connected with silver of axis of rotation adsorbs the carousel.
The beneficial effect of this application is: the application provides a dust arrester installation for wrapping machine.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a dust collecting device for a lapping machine comprises a fixed base 1, a dust collecting box 3 and a cleaning mechanism, wherein the cleaning mechanism comprises a driven gear 11, a dust collecting cover 15, a cotton sliver adsorbing turntable 16, a rotating shaft 17, a fixed frame 18 and a screw rod 19;
the top of the fixed base 1 is fixedly connected with a connecting frame 2, the upper end of the connecting frame 2 is fixedly connected with a dust suction box 3, the bottom of the inner end of the dust suction box 3 is fixedly connected with a dust suction machine 13, the top opening of the dust suction box 3 is fixedly connected with a filter screen 4, the fixed base 1 is internally provided with a motor 12, the output end of the motor 12 is fixedly connected with a lead screw 19, the lead screw 19 is connected with a cleaning mechanism, the lead screw 19 is fixedly connected with a driving gear 20, the bottom surface of the driving gear 20 is engaged with a driven gear 11, the middle part of the driven gear 11 is sleeved with a rotating shaft 17, the outer bottom surface of the fixed base 1 is fixedly connected with a fixed frame 18, the bottom of the fixed frame 18 is fixedly connected with a dust suction cover 15, the bottom of the fixed base 1 is symmetrically and fixedly connected with a dust baffle 6, and the side walls at the two ends of the fixed base 1 are both fixedly connected with a dust suction pipe orifice 5, dust absorption mouth of pipe 5 extends to the inside one end fixedly connected with fan 10 of unable adjustment base 1, the other end fixedly connected with coupling hose 9 of fan 10, coupling hose 9 extends to unable adjustment base 1 outer bottom.
The cleaning mechanisms are provided with three groups in total; a vertical plate 14 is fixedly connected to the left side position inside the fixed base 1, and one end, far away from the motor 12, of the screw rod 19 is movably connected to the surface of the vertical plate 14; the bottom of the connecting frame 2 is symmetrically and movably connected with moving wheels 7, and the moving wheels 7 are arranged between the dust baffle 6 and the fixed base 1; an absorption box 8 is arranged at a position corresponding to the end part of the connecting hose 9, the absorption box 8 is connected to the bottom of the fixed base 1 through threads, external threads and internal threads which are matched with each other are arranged at corresponding positions on the surface of the absorption box 8 and the bottom of the fixed base 1, and the absorption box 8 is of a detachable structure; the rotating shaft 17 penetrates through the fixed base 1 and the fixed frame 18 in sequence downwards and extends to the bottom of the dust collection cover 15, and the end part of the bottom end of the rotating shaft 17 is fixedly connected with the cotton strip adsorption rotary disc 16.
