如图1-4,一种压力表壳,包括壳体,所述壳体的后端设有后盖,所述后盖1的端面上开设有螺纹通孔,该螺纹通孔内螺纹配合有螺钉2,所述螺钉2的头部3位于后盖1的外侧,所述螺钉2的头部3与后盖1的贴合面之间通过密封垫圈8密封。
所述后盖1的外端面上设有斜凸台4,所述螺纹通孔开设于斜凸台4的斜面上。
优选的,所述后盖1的端面上开设有通孔,该通孔内设有金属套7,所述金属套7的中间孔是螺纹通孔,所述后盖1是塑料材质,注塑时镶入金属套7;所述通孔内还能设置钢丝螺纹套。
所述螺钉2的头部3呈六棱柱状,该头部3的外端面上开设有矩形槽5。
所述后盖1的外端通过软绳与圆板6连接,所述圆板6用于与矩形槽5插接配合。
所述后盖1的外端面上开设有环形槽,该环形槽位于螺纹通孔的外侧,所述密封垫圈8的端面上设有呈环形的凸起9,所述凸起9压紧贴合在环形槽内。
本新型的压力表壳可充油使用,充、换油操作简便且容易保证压力表壳的密封性;充、换油过程中均只需拆装一个螺钉2,无需拆装整个后盖1,因此充、换油操作简便;通过螺钉2的头部3压紧密封垫圈8,简单可靠的保证了压力表壳的密封性。

1.一种压力表壳,包括壳体,所述壳体的后端设有后盖,其特征在于,所述后盖(1)的端面上开设有螺纹通孔,该螺纹通孔内螺纹配合有螺钉(2),所述螺钉(2)的头部(3)位于后盖(1)的外侧,所述螺钉(2)的头部(3)与后盖(1)的贴合面之间通过密封垫圈(8)密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压力表壳,其特征在于:所述后盖(1)的外端面上设有斜凸台(4),所述螺纹通孔开设于斜凸台(4)的斜面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压力表壳,其特征在于:所述后盖(1)的端面上开设有通孔,该通孔内设有金属套(7),所述金属套(7)的中间孔是螺纹通孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的压力表壳,其特征在于:所述螺钉(2)的头部(3)呈六棱柱状,该头部(3)的外端面上开设有矩形槽(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的压力表壳,其特征在于:所述后盖(1)的外端面上开设有环形槽,该环形槽位于螺纹通孔的外侧,所述密封垫圈(8)的端面上设有呈环形的凸起(9),所述凸起(9)压紧贴合在环形槽内。
