背景技术
目前,在石油、天然气的钻井工程中使用的螺杆钻具,主要作用是为钻头提供破岩动力,调整井眼轨迹。随着石油能源的开采和使用,近几年国际石油价格动荡,我国的开采也收到很大影响,各大油田的开采井也随之加深加密,老井侧钻,水平井开发也随之增多,这就给开采增加了难度,在一些中短曲率半径井和水平井定向作业时,井下钻柱托压严重,影响钻井周期,是开采过程中最需解决的问题,目前螺杆钻具的脉冲系统中动阀和静阀是相对运动的,当动阀和静阀在工作时,随着使用时间,合金阀会相对磨损,之间出现缝隙,这样就会影响其脉冲效果。

本实用新型不仅具有常规螺杆钻具的动力和安全性,而且能利用螺杆钻具本身富余能量,提供给脉冲系统,从而产生轴向振荡所需的脉冲压力波,是井下钻柱能够顺利的将钻压传递给钻头,提高钻进效率,相对于其他同类工具,本实用新型结构简单,消耗能量小,效果明显,不仅提高了钻井效率,而且节省了钻井周期。
