Background
The hot laminating machine has the advantages of small volume, low cost, flexible and convenient operation and the like, is suitable for laminating large-batch printed matters, and is also suitable for laminating small-batch and scattered printed matters such as an automatic desktop office system and the like.
The gold stamping process is to transfer an aluminum layer in the electrochemical aluminum to the surface of a printing stock by utilizing the principle of hot-pressing transfer to form a special metal effect, and because the main material used for gold stamping is the electrochemical aluminum foil, the gold stamping is also called as the electrochemical aluminum hot stamping.
The existing Chinese patent with publication number CN104260547A discloses a gold stamping machine, which comprises a hot-stamping object placing device, a base and a material receiving device, wherein a gold stamping film placing device is arranged above the base at the hot-stamping object placing device end, and a waste film receiving device is arranged above the base at the material receiving device end and is used for receiving a waste gold stamping film after gold stamping; a gold stamping device is also arranged on the base, a drying device is arranged between the material receiving device and the base, and the hot stamped and stamped objects pass through the drying device; the material receiving device is internally provided with a plurality of cooling rollers and also comprises a material receiving roller, and the cooling rollers are positioned between the drying device and the material receiving roller.
In view of the above related technologies, the inventor believes that the gold stamping machine has an effect of improving the gold stamping quality, but when an operator uses the gold stamping machine to perform gold stamping on a plastic label, because the gold stamping device in the gold stamping machine is a top-down load interval type gold stamping method, after the plastic label is subjected to gold stamping processing, because the gold stamping device is temporarily stopped on the plastic label, the surface of the plastic label is easily heated unevenly, the curvature of the surface of the plastic label is changed, and thus the quality of the plastic label subjected to gold stamping processing is reduced.

The embodiment of the application discloses a hot laminating machine.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a hot laminating machine comprises a workbench 1, wherein a support frame 2 arranged in the middle of the workbench 1 is fixedly arranged on the workbench 1. One end of the workbench 1 is rotatably connected with a horizontal unwinding roller 3, one end of the unwinding roller 3 is rotatably connected with the workbench 1, and an operator rolls a plastic label needing gold stamping processing onto the unwinding roller 3. The one end that workstation 1 is close to unreeling roller 3 rotates and is connected with the film roller 4 of unreeling of arranging in unreeling roller 3 top, unreels roller 3 and unreels film roller 4 and is parallel to each other, and the one end of unreeling film roller 4 rotates with workstation 1 to be connected, and the operator will need to carry out the gilt gold film package of processing and put on film roller 4. The support frame 2 is rotatably connected with a compaction roller 5 parallel to the unwinding roller 3, one side of the support frame 2 is fixedly provided with a compaction motor 51, an output shaft of the compaction motor 51 is fixedly connected with the compaction roller 5, and the compaction motor 51 rotates to drive the compaction roller 5 to rotate. Referring to fig. 3, a first positioning ring 31 is fixedly arranged at the end part of the unwinding roller 3 close to the workbench 1, a second positioning ring 32 is in threaded connection with one end of the unwinding roller 3 far away from the first positioning ring 31, an operator wraps the unwinding roller 3 with a plastic label, then the second positioning ring 32 is screwed on the unwinding roller 3, the plastic label roll is arranged between the first positioning ring 31 and the second positioning ring 32, and the position of the plastic label roll on the unwinding roller 3 is fixed through mutual matching between the first positioning ring 31 and the second positioning ring 32.
Referring to fig. 3, the film-placing roller 4 is sleeved with two limiting rings 42, the limiting rings 42 slide on the film-placing roller 4 along the direction of the film-placing roller 4, an operator firstly installs one limiting ring 42 on the film-placing roller 4, then installs the gold-stamping film roll on the film-placing roller 4, and finally installs the second limiting ring 42 on the film-placing roller 4. The position of the bronzing film roll on the film releasing roller 4 is limited by sliding the two limiting rings 42, so that the bronzing film roll conforms to the position of the bronzing pattern on the plastic label, and the position of the bronzing film is adjustable.
Referring to fig. 3, the limiting ring 42 is in threaded connection with a locking bolt 43, the locking bolt 43 penetrates through the limiting ring 42, and the end of the locking bolt 43 abuts against the film placing roller 4. After the position of the bronzing film is adjusted, the locking bolt 43 is screwed until the bronzing film is abutted against the film releasing roller 4, and then the position of the limiting ring 42 and the bronzing film on the film releasing roller 4 are locked.
Referring to fig. 3, the film releasing roller 4 is provided with a limiting groove 41 parallel to the film releasing roller 4, the end of the locking bolt 43 is disposed in the limiting groove 41, and when an operator screws the locking bolt 43 and further screws the end of the locking bolt 43 into the limiting groove 41, the stability of connection between the locking bolt 43 and the film releasing roller 4 is further improved through the limiting groove 41.
Referring to fig. 4, the adjusting device 6 includes an adjusting block 61, the adjusting block 61 is disposed in the supporting frame 2 and slides up and down along a vertical direction, the hot pressing roller 62 is disposed between the two adjusting blocks 61, two ends of the hot pressing roller 62 are respectively connected with the adjusting blocks 61 in a rotating manner, the supporting frame 2 is connected with two vertical adjusting screws 63 in a rotating manner, and the adjusting screws 63 penetrate through the adjusting blocks 61 and are connected with the adjusting blocks 61 in a threaded manner. The adjusting block 61 slides up and down along the vertical direction on the support frame 2, the operator rotates the adjusting screw 63, through the threaded connection between the adjusting screw 63 and the adjusting block 61, the movement of the adjusting block 61 is realized, and then the hot-pressing roller 62 is driven to move, when the position of the hot-pressing roller 62 is adjusted, the pressure between the hot-pressing roller 62 and the compacting roller 5 is adjusted, the heating of the hot-pressing roller 62 is matched again, the better compacting heat of the patterns on the gold stamping film is stamped on the plastic labels, the continuous and uninterrupted circulation hot stamping process is realized, meanwhile, due to the rotation of the hot-pressing roller 62, the plastic labels and the gold stamping films are uniformly heated, the flatness of the surfaces of the plastic labels after gold stamping is improved, and the quality of the plastic labels after gold stamping processing is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, the end of the adjusting screw 63 extends out of the supporting frame 2 and is fixedly provided with a circular adjusting rotating handle 64, the edge of the adjusting rotating handle 64 far away from the end of the adjusting screw 63 is hinged with a horizontal synchronizing rod 65, the synchronizing rod 65 is arranged between the two adjusting rotating handles 64, and two ends of the synchronizing rod 65 are respectively connected with the two adjusting rotating handles 64. The operator can realize two synchronous rotations of adjusting the turning handle 64 by rotating a synchronizing rod 65, so that the positions of two adjusting blocks 61 are synchronously adjusted, the synchronous adjustment of the positions of two ends of the hot pressing roller 62 is realized, and the convenience and the stability of the hot pressing roller 62 in the adjusting process are further improved.
Referring to fig. 4, one end of the support frame 2 far from the unwinding roller 3 is slidably connected with two tensioning blocks 71, the two tensioning blocks 71 slide in the support frame 2 in the vertical direction, and a horizontal tensioning roller 7 is rotatably connected between the two tensioning blocks 71. The plastic label and the gold stamping film simultaneously pass through the tension roller 7 due to the gravity of the tension roller 7, and the tension roller 7 plays a role in tensioning the plastic label and the gold stamping film under the action of the gravity of the tension roller 7.
Referring to fig. 4, two tension springs 72 are installed in the supporting frame 2, one end of each tension spring 72 is connected with a tension block 71, and the tension block 71 at the bottom of each tension spring 72 has a downward vertical pushing force, so that the pushing force of each tension spring 72 is added to the pushing force of each tension roller 7 under the action of gravity, and the tensioning effect of each tension roller 7 on plastic labels and hot stamping films is further improved.
Referring to fig. 4, an upper separating roller 8 and a lower separating roller 9 which are parallel to each other are rotatably connected to the table 1, the upper separating roller 8 and the lower separating roller 9 are both parallel to the unwinding roller 3, and the upper separating roller 8 and the lower separating roller 9 are disposed on one side of the tension roller 7 which is far away from the unwinding roller 3. Through the mutual cooperation between the upper separation roller 8 and the lower separation roller 9, the gold stamping film after gold stamping is separated from the plastic labels, the gold stamping film penetrates through the upper part of the upper separation roller 8, the plastic labels penetrate through the lower part of the lower separation roller 9, the automatic separation of the gold stamping film after gold stamping and the plastic labels is realized, and an operator can collect the plastic labels and the gold stamping film after gold stamping conveniently.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, one end of the workbench 1, which is far away from the unwinding roller 3, is rotatably connected with a winding roller 11 which is parallel to the unwinding roller 3, one end of the winding roller 11 is rotatably connected with the workbench 1, a winding motor 111 is fixedly arranged on one side of the workbench 1, an output shaft of the winding motor 111 is fixedly connected with the winding roller 11, and the winding motor 111 rotates to drive the winding roller 11 to rotate so as to wind the plastic labels subjected to gold stamping processing.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, one end of the workbench 1 close to the winding roller 11 is rotatably connected with a film collecting roller 10 arranged above the winding roller 11, the winding roller 11 and the film collecting roller 10 are parallel to each other, one end of the film collecting roller 10 is rotatably connected with the workbench 1, one side of the workbench 1 is fixedly provided with a film collecting motor 101, an output shaft of the film collecting motor 101 is fixedly connected with the film collecting roller 10, the film collecting motor 101 rotates to drive the film collecting roller 10 to rotate, and then a gold stamping film after gold stamping processing is wound.
The implementation principle of a hot laminating machine in the embodiment of the application is as follows: an operator firstly installs a plastic label roll and a gold stamping film roll on the unwinding roller 3 and the unwinding roller 4 respectively, simultaneously adjusts the position of the gold stamping film roll through the limiting ring 42, fixes the position of the plastic label roll through the second positioning ring 32, then rotates the synchronizing rod 65, adjusts the compaction force between the hot pressing roller 62 and the compaction roller 5, then sequentially adheres the plastic label and the gold stamping film together, passes through the space between the hot pressing roller 62 and the compaction roller 5 together, then passes through the lower part of the tensioning roller 7, then separates the gold stamping film from the plastic label, passes the gold stamping film from the upper part of the upper separation roller 8, winds the plastic label through the film collecting roller 10, passes through the upper part of the lower separation roller 9, winds the plastic label through the winding roller 11, and finishes gold stamping processing of the plastic label.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a hot stamping process of the hot film laminating machine, which comprises the following steps:
s1, firstly, mounting the plastic label on the unwinding roller 3, fixing the position of the plastic label roll through the matching of the first positioning ring 31 and the second positioning ring 32, then mounting the gold stamping film on the unwinding roller 4, adjusting the two limiting rings 42, and limiting the position of the gold stamping film roll through screwing the locking bolt 43;
s2 rotating the synchronizing rod 65, driving the adjusting screw 63 to rotate through the synchronizing rod 65, adjusting the distance and pressure between the hot pressing roller 62 and the compacting roller 5 through the threaded connection between the adjusting screw 63 and the adjusting block 61, simultaneously pasting the plastic label and the gold stamping film together and penetrating the plastic label and the gold stamping film together from the hot pressing roller 62 to the compacting roller 5, and hot-stamping the pattern on the gold stamping film on the plastic label through the heating of the hot pressing roller 62 and the compacting between the hot pressing roller 62 and the compacting roller 5;
s3, the plastic label and the gold stamping film which are subjected to gold stamping processing pass through the space between the hot pressing roller 62 and the compacting roller 5, and then pass through the lower part of the tensioning roller 7;
s4, after the plastic label and the gold stamping film pass through the lower part of the tensioning roller 7, the plastic label is separated from the gold stamping film, the gold stamping film passes through the upper separating roller 8, and the plastic label passes through the lower separating roller 9, so that the plastic label and the gold stamping film are automatically separated;
s5, the film collecting roller 10 winds the removed gold stamping film, the winding roller 11 winds the plastic label subjected to gold stamping, and finally the gold stamping of the plastic label is completed.
