A swingable track lamp according to claim 4, wherein front and rear side walls of the second lamp body extend downward to form a front cover plate and a rear cover plate, respectively; the side walls of the front cover plate and the rear cover plate which are opposite are respectively provided with a sliding chute which is arranged along the left-right direction; sliding blocks are formed on the front side and the rear side of the top of the light source component; the two sliding blocks are respectively in sliding fit with the two sliding grooves; and the bottoms of the two second side end covers respectively extend downwards to form a left cover plate and a right cover plate so as to clamp and fix the light source assembly in the sliding groove.
7. A swingable track lamp according to claim 1, wherein the light source assembly comprises an aluminium base, an LED light source and an optical lens; the aluminum substrate is fixed at the bottom of the second lamp holder; the LED light source is arranged on the lower side of the aluminum substrate; the optical lens is fixed on the lower side of the aluminum substrate and covers the LED light source.
8. A swingable track lamp according to claim 1, wherein the track box is provided with drive means to slide within the track.
9. A swingable track lamp according to claim 1, wherein the lower part of the track box has a connecting column; a first through hole communicated to the inside of the track box is formed in the middle of the connecting column; the outer wall of the connecting column is provided with an external thread; and the top of the first lamp holder is provided with a second through hole, and the second through hole is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread.
10. A swingable track lamp according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the first lamp holder and/or the second lamp holder are made of aluminium.
