Specifically, the backlight module includes a back plate 3 and an optical assembly mounted inside the back plate 3, and the back plate 3 includes a back plate bottom plate 31 and a back plate side plate 32 surrounding the back plate bottom plate 31. The optical components include a backlight, a reflector, a light guide sheet, a diffusion sheet, and the like, which are mounted on the back plate chassis 31. Optionally, the glue guiding groove 212 is formed in the center of the glue containing groove 211 along the groove width direction, so as to further improve the dispensing quality.
Optionally, the cross section of the glue accommodating groove 211 is a trapezoid with a wide opening and a narrow bottom, and the groove depth of the glue accommodating groove 211 is preferably 0.5-2 mm. Meanwhile, the arrangement of the flange part 11 can lead the flange part 11 to be surrounded on the periphery of the display screen 4 when the display screen 4 is carried on the bearing surface, thereby preventing the position deviation and the dislocation of the display screen 4 and improving the reliability of the installation position of the display screen 4.
In one embodiment, the fixing bracket 2 includes a first fixing portion 21 and a second fixing portion 22 that are integrally formed, an end surface of the first fixing portion 21 forms the bearing surface, the other end of the first fixing portion 21 is connected to one end of the second fixing portion 22, the other end of the second fixing portion 22 is connected to the mounting portion 12, and a width of the first fixing portion 21 is smaller than a width of the second fixing portion 22. By the arrangement, the overall structural strength of the fixed support 2 can be improved, and the deformation of the fixed support 2 in the use process is reduced; meanwhile, the reinforcing strength and rigidity of the fixed support 2 are improved, so that the yield of the fixed support 2 in the production process can be improved, and the production cost of the fixed support 2 is reduced.
Optionally, the cross section of the fixing bracket 2 is of a T-shaped structure. However, in other embodiments, the fixing bracket 2 may have an L-shaped structure, the first fixing portion 21 forms a vertical side of the T-shaped structure, and the second fixing portion 22 forms a horizontal side of the T-shaped structure. More preferably, the cross section of the fixing support 2 is of a T-shaped structure which is symmetrically arranged. In one embodiment, a transition portion 13 is connected between the rib portion 11 and the mounting portion 12, and the transition portion 13 protrudes from an end surface of the mounting portion 12 facing the display screen 4 toward an end surface of the display screen 4. An adhesive overflow groove is formed between one side of the second fixing portion 22 facing the edge portion 11 and the transition portion 13, so that adhesive overflowing from between the fixing bracket 2 and the display screen 4 can be accommodated, and the structural aesthetic property of the display device is ensured.
In one embodiment, the mounting portion 12 is screwed with the fixing bracket 2 to improve the reliability and stability of the connection. Specifically, the installation portion 12 is provided with a through installation through hole 121 along the thickness of the display screen 4, the fixing bracket 2 is provided with a connection threaded hole 23, and the installation portion 12 is connected with the fixing bracket 2 through a first threaded connector penetrating through the installation through hole 121 and the connection threaded hole 23. In order to avoid the interference between the threaded connector and the back plate 3, an avoiding groove 122 is formed in one side of the mounting portion 12 away from the fixed bracket 2, a mounting through hole 121 is formed in the bottom of the avoiding groove 122, and the head of the first threaded connector is located in the avoiding groove 122.
In one embodiment, frame 1 includes four frame segments that are "one" font, and every frame segment all is provided with flange portion 11 and installation department 12, and four frame segments are head and the tail perpendicular concatenation in proper order and are formed frame 1 to make things convenient for frame 1's processing, reduce the required material of frame 1 processing. In other embodiments, the outer frame 1 may be integrally formed.
Optionally, every side that fixed bolster 2 corresponds display screen 4 is provided with one, and fixed bolster 2 is "one" font structure, and every fixed bolster 2 all is connected with the installation department 12 of the frame subsection department that corresponds to simplify the processing of fixed bolster 2, make things convenient for the maintenance and the change of fixed bolster 2. In other embodiments, the fixing bracket 2 may also be integrally formed in a square frame structure.
In an embodiment, frame 1 and fixed bolster 2 are by aluminium alloy machine-shaping, can reduce the overall cost of frame subassembly when guaranteeing structural strength and structural rigidity. However, it can be understood that the materials of the outer frame 1 and the fixing bracket 2 can be selected according to the requirement, for example, the outer frame 1 can be made of metal, and the fixing bracket 2 can be made of plastic.
To facilitate the connection between the outer frame 1 and the back plate 3, the mounting portion 12 abuts against the inner side surface of the back plate bottom plate 31, and the mounting portion 12 is detachably connected to the back plate bottom plate 31. Optionally, the mounting portion 12 is connected to the back plate bottom plate 31 through a second threaded connector penetrating through the mounting portion 12 and the back plate bottom plate 31, so that connection stability and reliability can be improved. In one embodiment, the mounting portion 12 may also be connected by snapping or bonding to the back plate bottom plate 31 or the back plate side plate 32.
In order to realize the installation and positioning of the outer frame 1 and the back plate 3, a slot 14 is formed in one end of the outer frame 1 away from the fixed support 2, and the back plate side plate 32 is inserted into the slot 14. In an embodiment, the slot 14 is formed between the flange 11 and the mounting portion 12, which is simple in structure and convenient to process, and can reduce the overall width of the outer frame 1 while ensuring the structural strength of the outer frame 1. In other embodiments, the slot 14 may also be formed directly on the mounting portion 12.
Optionally, one end of the edge retaining portion 11, which is far away from the display screen 4, protrudes out of the outer surface of the backboard bottom plate 31, so that the edge retaining portion 11 can more effectively shield the backboard 3, the protection of the edge retaining portion 11 on the backboard 3 is improved, and meanwhile, the appearance attractiveness of the display device is improved.
In an embodiment, the outer surface of the rib portion 11 is a convex arc structure, which is beneficial to improving the overall aesthetic property of the display device.
In an embodiment, the display screen 4 can be but is not limited to the capacitive touch display screen, and the display screen 4 can also be a common non-touch display screen, or adopt other display structures that can realize touch display, the utility model discloses do not specifically limit this.
In one embodiment, the display device further comprises a rear case located outside the backplane board 31, and the rear case is detachably connected to the backplane board 31. The arrangement of the rear shell is conventional in the art and will not be described herein.
