The environmental pollution caused by the household garbage is a serious problem commonly faced by countries in the world. With the steady promotion of the implementation of the rural environment comprehensive improvement policy in China, traditional backward landfill, composting and simple incineration treatment modes are gradually eliminated, the best treatment mode at the present stage is garbage centralized incineration power generation, but the existing garbage incineration power generation technology is high in investment cost, complex in technology, high in operation requirement and high in production cost, and is only suitable for large and medium-sized cities with more population.
For villages and towns with less population and relatively low domestic garbage yield and vast rural areas, long-distance transportation is needed, and the construction and use cost of basic transportation and transfer facilities and equipment is very high, so that the device is not suitable for the requirements of vast rural villages and towns on low-cost and harmless domestic garbage disposal equipment.
The domestic garbage in vast rural towns has complex components, large heat value change and high water content, and the common domestic garbage incineration treatment device has the problems of low treatment capacity, low combustion temperature, incomplete garbage combustion, overproof pollutant discharge and the like, and can not meet the increasingly strict environmental protection requirement. Therefore, a domestic garbage treatment furnace suitable for rural towns, islands and other areas is urgently needed.
In order to facilitate operation and reduce construction cost, the conventional household garbage pyrolysis treatment furnace is usually used for directly conveying garbage into a hearth of an incinerator for incineration, and the conventional pyrolysis combustion furnace is not suitable for household garbage with complex components and large fluctuation range of water content, particularly garbage with high water content.
