Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型属于LED灯技术领域,具体涉及一种便于散热的LED灯壳体。
背景技术
LED灯是一块电致发光的半导体材料芯片,用银胶或白胶固化到支架上,然后用银线或金线连接芯片和电路板,四周用环氧树脂密封,起到保护内部芯线的作用,最后安装外壳,所以LED灯的抗震性能好,并且目前的LED灯再使用时通常安装于壳体内,通过壳体对其进行防护。
可目前的LED灯再工作时会产生大量的热量,其热量作用于壳体上,会导致壳体温度上升,可传统的壳体散热能力较差,LED灯长期处于高温环境下,严重降低了其使用寿命,使得用户对其进行更换的次数过于频繁;并且目前的壳体其整体结构为了提高其散热性能,未完全密封,使得其密封性能较差,导致灰尘十分容易进入壳体内,对光照强度造成了影响,实用性较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便于散热的LED灯壳体,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种便于散热的LED灯壳体,包括储液盒以及构造于储液盒底端中心的螺纹筒;
所述储液盒的顶端固定安装有散热盒,且散热盒的顶端固定设置有外壳主体,所述外壳主体内部的底端固定安装有安装板,且外壳主体的内缘面呈环形阵列构造有多块散热翅板,多块所述散热翅板的一侧均等距开设有三个供环形管穿过的圆孔,所述外壳主体的顶端粘接设置有垫圈,且垫圈远离外壳主体的一侧抵接有圆环,所述圆环的内部居中设置有玻璃板,且圆环的底端构造有螺纹配合安装于外壳主体内的螺纹管;
所述储液盒两侧的顶端均固定安装有固定座,且两块固定座内分别固定设置有第一微型水泵和第二微型水泵,所述第一微型水泵的底端固定连接有接通储液盒的取水管,且第一微型水泵的另一端固定连接有延伸入外壳主体内的输水管,所述输水管延伸入外壳主体内的一端接通环形管;
所述环形管的另一端接通有延伸出外壳主体的回水管,且回水管远离环形管的一端固定连接于第二微型水泵,所述第二微型水泵的另一端固定连接有接通储液盒的排入管。
优选的,所述储液盒外缘面的一侧居中开设有供加水管接通的圆孔,且加水管的外缘面远离储液盒的一侧螺纹配合安装有密封盖。
优选的,所述散热盒的外缘面上呈环形阵列开设有四个供矩形网固定安装的透气槽,且散热盒的顶端呈环形阵列开设有四个供弧形网固定设置的进风口。
优选的,所述散热盒内部顶端的中心固定安装有电动机,且电动机的电机轴上固定安装有扇叶。
优选的,所述外壳主体外缘面的底端呈环形阵列构造有四块耳板,且四块耳板的顶端均居中开设有供螺丝穿过的通孔,四根螺丝穿过通孔的一端螺纹连接于散热盒内。
本实用新型的技术效果和优点:该便于散热的LED灯壳体,得益于第一微型水泵、第二微型水泵以及电动机的设置,通过多块散热翅板对外壳主体内的热量进行吸收,再通过第一微型水泵将储液盒内的冷却液吸入环形管内,并由第二微型水泵吸出,完成冷却循环,对多块散热翅板进行降温,而后通过电动机带动扇叶旋转,加快外壳主体附近空气的流动速度,极大的提高了外壳主体的散热效果,大幅度提高了LED灯的使用寿命,减少了用户更换LED的次数;得益于垫圈以及构造有螺纹管的圆环的设置,通过将构造有螺纹管的圆环拧入外壳主体内,并使其抵接垫圈,即可对外壳主体进行密封,密封性能较强,避免了因灰尘进入外壳主体内而影响光照强度,实用性较强。

本实用新型提供了如图1-3所示的一种便于散热的LED灯壳体,包括储液盒1以及构造于储液盒1底端中心的螺纹筒101;
所述储液盒1的顶端固定安装有散热盒2,且散热盒2的顶端固定设置有外壳主体3,所述外壳主体3内部的底端固定安装有安装板301,且外壳主体3的内缘面呈环形阵列构造有多块散热翅板4,多块所述散热翅板4的一侧均等距开设有三个供环形管401穿过的圆孔,所述外壳主体3的顶端粘接设置有垫圈5,且垫圈5远离外壳主体3的一侧抵接有圆环501,所述圆环501的内部居中设置有玻璃板6,且圆环501的底端构造有螺纹配合安装于外壳主体3内的螺纹管601,通过多块散热翅板4采用的是导热性能较好的铜,可对LED工作时产生的热量进行吸收。
所述储液盒1两侧的顶端均固定安装有固定座7,且两块固定座7内分别固定设置有第一微型水泵701和第二微型水泵702,所述第一微型水泵701的底端固定连接有接通储液盒1的取水管8,且第一微型水泵701的另一端固定连接有延伸入外壳主体3内的输水管801,所述输水管801延伸入外壳主体3内的一端接通环形管401,所述环形管401的另一端接通有延伸出外壳主体3的回水管9,且回水管9远离环形管401的一端固定连接于第二微型水泵702,所述第二微型水泵702的另一端固定连接有接通储液盒1的排入管901,通过多块散热翅板4对外壳主体3内的热量进行吸收,再通过第一微型水泵701将储液盒1内的冷却液吸入环形管401内,并由第二微型水泵702吸出,完成冷却循环,对多块散热翅板4进行降温,极大的提高了外壳主体3的散热效果,大幅度提高了LED灯的使用寿命,减少了用户更换LED的次数。
具体的,所述储液盒1外缘面的一侧居中开设有供加水管接通的圆孔,且加水管的外缘面远离储液盒1的一侧螺纹配合安装有密封盖10,拧开密封盖10即可通过加水管向储液盒1内加入冷却液。
具体的,所述散热盒2的外缘面上呈环形阵列开设有四个供矩形网11固定安装的透气槽,且散热盒2的顶端呈环形阵列开设有四个供弧形网1101固定设置的进风口。
具体的,所述散热盒2内部顶端的中心固定安装有电动机12,且电动机12的电机轴上固定安装有扇叶,通过电动机12带动扇叶旋转,将外壳主体3周围的空气吸散热盒2内,加快外壳主体3附近空气的流动速度,极大的提高了外壳主体3的散热效果。
具体的,所述外壳主体3外缘面的底端呈环形阵列构造有四块耳板13,且四块耳板13的顶端均居中开设有供螺丝穿过的通孔,四根螺丝穿过通孔的一端螺纹连接于散热盒2内,拧出四个螺丝即可将外壳主体3拆下,便于工作人员对其例行维护。
工作原理,该便于散热的LED灯壳体,使用时,将LED灯安装于安装板301上,并为其通电,而后通过螺纹筒101将该装有LED灯的壳体拧入安装位置,安装完成后即可开启LED灯,使其开设工作,并开启第一微型水泵701、第二微型水泵702以及电动机12,通过多块散热翅板4对LED灯工作时产生的热量进行吸收,再通过第一微型水泵701将储液盒1内的冷却液吸入环形管401内,通过环形管401对散热翅板4内的热量进行吸收,使其冷却,再通过第二微型水泵702将环形管401内吸热完成的冷却液吸回储液盒1内,完成一个冷却循环,当第一微型水泵701和第二微型水泵702工作时,电动机12带动扇叶旋转,将外壳主体3周围的空气吸入散热盒2内再排出,加快外壳主体3附近的空气循环,提高了散热效果。该便于散热的LED灯壳体,散热效果较强,大幅度提高了LED灯的使用寿命,减少了用户更换LED的次数,还可避免了因灰尘进入外壳主体3内而影响光照强度,实用性较强。该便于散热的LED灯壳体,散热效果较强,大幅度提高了LED灯的使用寿命,减少了用户更换LED的次数,还可避免了因灰尘进入壳体内而影响光照强度,实用性较强。

1.一种便于散热的LED灯壳体,包括储液盒(1)以及构造于储液盒(1)底端中心的螺纹筒(101);其特征在于:所述储液盒(1)的顶端固定安装有散热盒(2),且散热盒(2)的顶端固定设置有外壳主体(3),所述外壳主体(3)内部的底端固定安装有安装板(301),且外壳主体(3)的内缘面呈环形阵列构造有多块散热翅板(4),多块所述散热翅板(4)的一侧均等距开设有三个供环形管(401)穿过的圆孔,所述外壳主体(3)的顶端粘接设置有垫圈(5),且垫圈(5)远离外壳主体(3)的一侧抵接有圆环(501),所述圆环(501)的内部居中设置有玻璃板(6),且圆环(501)的底端构造有螺纹配合安装于外壳主体(3)内的螺纹管(601);所述储液盒(1)两侧的顶端均固定安装有固定座(7),且两块固定座(7)内分别固定设置有第一微型水泵(701)和第二微型水泵(702),所述第一微型水泵(701)的底端固定连接有接通储液盒(1)的取水管(8),且第一微型水泵(701)的另一端固定连接有延伸入外壳主体(3)内的输水管(801),所述输水管(801)延伸入外壳主体(3)内的一端接通环形管(401);所述环形管(401)的另一端接通有延伸出外壳主体(3)的回水管(9),且回水管(9)远离环形管(401)的一端固定连接于第二微型水泵(702),所述第二微型水泵(702)的另一端固定连接有接通储液盒(1)的排入管(901)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于散热的LED灯壳体,其特征在于:所述储液盒(1)外缘面的一侧居中开设有供加水管接通的圆孔,且加水管的外缘面远离储液盒(1)的一侧螺纹配合安装有密封盖(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于散热的LED灯壳体,其特征在于:所述散热盒(2)的外缘面上呈环形阵列开设有四个供矩形网(11)固定安装的透气槽,且散热盒(2)的顶端呈环形阵列开设有四个供弧形网(1101)固定设置的进风口。
