A chair as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the locking assembly comprises a locking piece and at least two locking positions, the locking piece is a locking handle arranged on the bottom shell and the bracket, the locking positions are locking holes formed in the bottom shell or the bracket, and the locking handle can selectively enter the locking holes; the locking handle and the locking hole are configured such that the locking handle is inserted into the locking hole and the mutual rotation of the bottom case and the bracket is locked.
