背景技术
回转窑是用于土壤治理的设备之一,通过在回转窑滚动带动内部物料运动,再利用内部燃料进行燃烧,回转窑(旋窑)是一个有一定斜度的圆筒状物,借助窑的转动来促进料在回转窑(旋窑)内搅拌,使料互相混合、接触进行反应。窑头喷煤燃烧产生大量的热,热量以火焰的辐射、热气的对流、窑砖(窑皮)传导等方式传给物料。物料依靠窑筒体的斜度及窑的转动在窑内向前运动。回转窑(旋窑)一方面是燃烧设备,煤粉在其中燃烧产生热量;同时也是传热设备,原料吸收气体的热量进行煅烧。另外有时输送设备,将原料从进料端输送到出料端。而燃料燃烧、传热及原料运动三者间必须合理配合,才能使燃料燃烧所产生的热量能在原料通过回转窑(旋窑)的时间内及时传给原料,已到达高产、优质、低消耗的目的。目前市面上的回转窑在末端的集料盒上端会安装烟气处理设备,用于将回转窑内部产生的烟气处理排离,避免烟气排放到室内,而目前应用于回转窑的烟气排离设备大多结构简单固定,烟气分离设备成本很高,拆装很不方便。

进一步地,为了提升导向稳定性和密封性,顶部导烟筒10外侧面和顶部升降导烟筒11内侧连接面之间没有间隙,进一步地,为了提升侧向安全性,避免侧向漏烟,顶部升降导烟筒11下端位于顶部导烟筒10外围固定连接有筒状金属过滤网19。

(1)本实用新型的一种用于土壤治理回转窑的烟道净化处理设备通过在集料盒4上端出烟口安装有由底部排烟管5和顶部延伸管7组成的分体式排烟管道,通过螺栓来装配固定,装卸操作简单,同时结构牢固,在顶部延伸管7内部设置有内部盛水的内部集水盒8和根据内部集水盒8内水位高度调节升降的顶部升降导烟筒11,使得烟气排出后经过水体内部再排出到空气中,大大提升烟气净化能力,净化成本大大降低;
(2)同时利用在弧形侧向导烟管13外侧面下端固定中空浮力板14和筒状金属过滤框18,在保证正常的过滤的同时对烟气内部的颗粒物进行收集,避免淤积在内部集水盒8与侧向排水管16内部,同时方便后期的清理维护。

1.一种用于土壤治理回转窑的烟道净化处理设备,包括回转窑本体(1)、用于安装回转窑本体(1)的左置安装支架(2)、右置安装支架(3)、安装在回转窑本体(1)右端的集料盒(4)和固定安装在集料盒(4)上端出烟口的底部排烟管(5),其特征是:所述的底部排烟管(5)外侧面具有向外凸起的底部装配环(6),所述的底部排烟管(5)外侧套接有顶部延伸管(7),所述的顶部延伸管(7)内部焊接固定有内部集水盒(8),所述的内部集水盒(8)下表面焊接固定有向下凸起的一体结构底部导烟筒(9),所述的内部集水盒(8)内底面上具有向上凸起与底部导烟筒(9)相连通的顶部导烟筒(10),所述的顶部导烟筒(10)上端外侧套接有顶部升降导烟筒(11),所述的顶部升降导烟筒(11)顶端具有顶部分流盘(12),所述的顶部分流盘(12)上端焊接固定有弧形侧向导烟管(13),所述的弧形侧向导烟管(13)外侧面下端固定连接有中空浮力板(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于土壤治理回转窑的烟道净化处理设备,其特征是:所述的顶部延伸管(7)外侧面上焊接固定有与顶部延伸管(7)内部相连通的侧向注水管(15),所述的顶部延伸管(7)外侧面位于内部集水盒(8)下方焊接固定有用于排水的L型结构侧向排水管(16)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于土壤治理回转窑的烟道净化处理设备,其特征是:所述的底部装配环(6)内部开设有内置装配螺栓(17)的安装通孔,所述的顶部延伸管(7)下端开设有与装配螺栓(17)相配合的内螺纹装配孔,所述的底部装配环(6)通过装配螺栓(17)旋入内螺纹装配孔内部与顶部延伸管(7)下端固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于土壤治理回转窑的烟道净化处理设备,其特征是:所述的弧形侧向导烟管(13)底端位于中空浮力板(14)下端固定连接有筒状金属过滤框(18)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于土壤治理回转窑的烟道净化处理设备,其特征是:所述的顶部导烟筒(10)外侧面和顶部升降导烟筒(11)内侧连接面之间没有间隙。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于土壤治理回转窑的烟道净化处理设备,其特征是:所述的顶部升降导烟筒(11)下端位于顶部导烟筒(10)外围固定连接有筒状金属过滤网(19)。
