背景技术
机械零件使构成机械的最基本的元件,正是由于这些零件的组合才实现各种功能的机械和机器,实际生活中,在零件长期使用之后,其表面会堆积大量的灰尘和油污,为了确保零件以及机器的正常运作往往需要一种零件油污清洗装置来对这些零件进行清洗。
现有的零件油污清洗装置大多在箱体侧壁设置固定水喷头来对零件表面油污尽心倾斜,这种水喷头结构固定,在清洗的过程中会存在着清洗死角的存在,并不能完全清楚零件表面的油污,此外现有技术中不能将清洗与烘干相结合,导致清洗后的水渍在零件表面堆积,可能会引发零件的锈蚀。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中清洗不彻底、不具备烘干功能的缺陷,从而提出一种零件油污清洗装置。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:

优选地,所述过滤装置包括过滤网和活性炭过滤层,所述活性炭过滤层位于过滤网下侧。
优选地,所述载物盘上侧边缘处光滑打磨处理,且载物盘外表面镀设有一层厚度均匀的防锈蚀镀层。

参照图1-3,一种零件油污清洗装置,包括清洗箱1和箱盖2,箱盖2与清洗箱1匹配设置,清洗箱1侧壁设置有透明观察窗,清洗箱1侧壁下端设置有横向的孔板4,清洗箱1下侧内壁与孔板4之间设置有过滤装置,过滤装置包括过滤网6和活性炭过滤层,活性炭过滤层位于过滤网6下侧,通过在排污口7与孔板4之间设置过滤网6和活性炭过滤层可以对清洗后产生的污水进行过滤和杀菌,避免含有大量杂质的污水直接排放到外界,造成环境的污染,清洗箱1外侧壁设有对应的清污口,清污口内转动连接有匹配的盖板,且清洗箱1下侧壁设置有排污口7,通过在清污口内设置盖板,可以及时打开盖板对过滤网6表面的杂质进行清理,确保过滤网6良好的过滤效果;
孔板4上侧壁中心处固定设置有第一电机3,第一电机3外套设有匹配的防水罩,且第一电机3输出轴固定连接有载物盘5,载物盘5上侧边缘处光滑打磨处理,对载物盘5上侧壁边缘处光滑打磨处理是为了避免清洗的杂质和油污在载物盘5上堆积,且载物盘5外表面镀设有一层厚度均匀的防锈蚀镀层,防锈蚀镀层的设置提高了载物盘5的抗锈蚀能力,清洗箱1内壁对称转动连接有纵向的丝杆9,每个丝杆9均向外贯穿清洗箱1一侧侧壁固定套设有对应的从动轮,清洗箱1侧壁与丝杆9连接处设置有匹配的轴承,清洗箱1外侧壁固定设置有第二电机15,本实用新型中,第二电机15为正反伺服电机,第二电机15输出轴既可以正转也可以反转,第二电机15输出轴固定套设有主动轮,主动轮与从动轮通过传动带传动连接,每个丝杆9上均螺纹连接有移动螺母10,移动螺母10侧壁固定设置有限位杆,且清洗箱1内壁设置有与限位杆匹配的限位槽,移动螺母10远离限位杆的一端固定设置有喷洒板13;
喷洒板13为中空结构,且喷洒板13侧壁设置有多组均匀分布的孔眼,通过第二电机15、丝杆9、移动螺母10的设置,可以快速均匀的对零件上的油污进行清洗,且清洗较为彻底,避免了传统固定式喷头存在喷洒死角的可能,清洗箱1侧壁内设置有环形通水道14,喷洒板13与环形通水道14通过伸缩软管固定连通,且清洗箱1外侧壁固定设置有与环形通水道14连通的水箱11,水箱11上设置有匹配的加水口,加水口内设置有对应的密封塞,水箱11侧壁设置有匹配的液压泵12,液压泵12是液压系统的动力元件,本实用新型中,液压泵12通过管道与环形通水道14连通,从而将水箱11内的水压入环形通水道14进而压入喷洒板13内,清洗箱1内壁还固定设置有多组均匀分布的热风管8,每个热风管8内均设置有多组均匀分布的通风嘴,多组热风管8均与外界热源气箱连通,且热源气箱与热风管8之间连通有气泵,用以源源不断的将热源气箱内的热气通入清洗箱1内,对清洗后的零件进行快速烘干,避免水渍在零件上堆积,提高了清洗箱1对于零件的清洗效率。
本实用新型中,打开箱盖2,将需要清洗的零件放于载物盘5,启动液压泵12和第二电机15,在液压泵12的作用下,水箱11内的水经由环形通水道14、伸缩软管进入喷洒板13内,经由喷洒板13上的孔眼对零件表面的油污进行清洗,第二电机15输出轴上的主动轮通过传动带和从动轮带动丝杆9转动,与丝杆9螺纹连接的移动螺母10在限位杆和限位槽的作用下带动喷洒板13移动,有效的解决清洗死角的存在,然后启动第一电机3,第一电机3输出轴旋转90度以后,关闭第一电机3,重复上述操作,完成对零件的另一侧面的清洗即可。

1.一种零件油污清洗装置,包括清洗箱(1)和箱盖(2),所述箱盖(2)与清洗箱(1)匹配设置,其特征在于,所述清洗箱(1)侧壁下端设置有横向的孔板(4),所述孔板(4)上侧壁中心处固定设置有第一电机(3),所述第一电机(3)外套设有匹配的防水罩,且第一电机(3)输出轴固定连接有载物盘(5),所述清洗箱(1)内壁对称转动连接有纵向的丝杆(9),每个所述丝杆(9)均向外贯穿清洗箱(1)一侧侧壁固定套设有对应的从动轮,所述清洗箱(1)侧壁与丝杆(9)连接处设置有匹配的轴承,所述清洗箱(1)外侧壁固定设置有第二电机(15),所述第二电机(15)输出轴固定套设有主动轮,所述主动轮与从动轮通过传动带传动连接,每个所述丝杆(9)上均螺纹连接有移动螺母(10),所述移动螺母(10)侧壁固定设置有限位杆,且清洗箱(1)内壁设置有与限位杆匹配的限位槽,所述移动螺母(10)远离限位杆的一端固定设置有喷洒板(13),所述清洗箱(1)侧壁内设置有环形通水道(14),所述喷洒板(13)与环形通水道(14)通过伸缩软管固定连通,且清洗箱(1)外侧壁固定设置有与环形通水道(14)连通的水箱(11),所述水箱(11)侧壁设置有匹配的液压泵(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种零件油污清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗箱(1)内壁还固定设置有多组均匀分布的热风管(8),每个所述热风管(8)内均设置有多组均匀分布的通风嘴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种零件油污清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗箱(1)下侧内壁与孔板(4)之间设置有过滤装置,所述清洗箱(1)外侧壁设有对应的清污口,所述清污口内转动连接有匹配的盖板,且清洗箱(1)下侧壁设置有排污口(7)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种零件油污清洗装置,其特征在于,所述过滤装置包括过滤网(6)和活性炭过滤层,所述活性炭过滤层位于过滤网(6)下侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种零件油污清洗装置,其特征在于,所述载物盘(5)上侧边缘处光滑打磨处理,且载物盘(5)外表面镀设有一层厚度均匀的防锈蚀镀层。
