Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous implementation details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of various embodiments of the present disclosure. It should be understood, however, that these implementation details are not to be interpreted as limiting the disclosure. That is, in some embodiments of the disclosure, such implementation details are not necessary. In addition, for the sake of simplicity, some conventional structures and elements are shown in the drawings in a simple schematic manner.
Fig. 1 illustrates a perspective view of a display sterilization apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 2 is a block diagram of the display sterilization apparatus 100 of fig. 1. See also fig. 1 and 2. The display sterilization apparatus 100 includes a cover 110, an ultraviolet module 120, a detection module 130, and a controller 140. The cover 110 may be disposed on the top surface of the display 500 (as shown in fig. 5), and the cover 110 has a groove 111. The uv module 120 is movably disposed in the groove 111, for example, by coupling the rib and the groove. The detecting module 130 is disposed on the cover 110. The controller 140 is electrically connected to the uv module 120 and the detection module 130. The detection module 130 can detect whether a user is present in front of the display 500 and transmit a signal to the controller 140. The controller 140 may turn on the uv module 120 according to a signal (e.g., no signal) of the detection module 130, or turn off the uv module 120 according to another signal (e.g., a signal of human) of the detection module 130.
As shown in fig. 2, the display sterilization apparatus 100 further includes a circuit board 160. The circuit board 160 may be located in the cover 110. In addition, the controller 140 is disposed on the circuit board 160 and electrically connected to the circuit board 160. When the detection module 130 on the uv module 120 senses that there is a user in front, a specific signal (e.g., a person signal) is transmitted to the controller 140 to turn off the uv module 120, so as to prevent the uv light from damaging the skin; on the contrary, when the detection module 130 does not sense the user in front, another specific signal (e.g. no-man signal) is transmitted to the controller 140, and the controller 140 can turn on the ultraviolet light module 120 to perform the sterilization operation.
In this embodiment, the display sterilization apparatus 100 may further include an ultraviolet light driving element 170 and a system power supply 190. The ultraviolet driving element 170 is disposed on the circuit board 160 and electrically connected to the controller 140 and the ultraviolet module 120. The controller 140 can control the uv driving device 170 to drive the uv module 120. The system power supply 190 is disposed on the circuit board 160 and electrically connected to the controller 140 to supply power to the display sterilization apparatus 100.
The display sterilization apparatus 100 may be installed on the top of the display 500 shown in fig. 5, so as to start the ultraviolet light module 120 to sterilize the touch display area of the display 500 when no one is in front. The ultraviolet light module 120 can be forced to move in the direction D1 away from the groove 111, and the ultraviolet light module 120 extending out of the groove 111 can effectively sterilize the touch display area. When the ultraviolet module 120 is not used, the ultraviolet module can be forced to retract into the groove 111 along the direction D2, so as to be convenient for storage.
It should be understood that the connection and function of the elements described above will not be repeated, and will be described in detail. In the following description, other forms of the display sterilization apparatus will be described.
Fig. 3 illustrates a perspective view of a display sterilization apparatus 100A according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 4 is a block diagram of the display sterilization apparatus 100A of fig. 3. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the display sterilization apparatus 100A includes a cover 110, an ultraviolet module 120, a detection module 130, a controller 140, a circuit board 160, an ultraviolet driving element 170, and a system power supply 190. The display sterilization apparatus 100A is different from the aforementioned display sterilization apparatus 100 in that the display sterilization apparatus 100A further includes an arrangement of a transmission device 150 and a transmission driving element 180. The transmission device 150 is connected to the uv module 120 and electrically connected to the controller 140. The transmission device 150 is used to extend the uv module 120 out of the groove 111. Wherein the transmission 150 comprises at least a stepper motor 151. In the present embodiment, the number of the stepping motors 151 is two, and the two stepping motors 151 are respectively connected to two ends of the uv module 120. The transmission driving element 180 is disposed on the circuit board 160 and electrically connected to the controller 140 and the transmission device 150.
When the controller 140 wants to turn on the uv module 120, the transmission driving element 180 is first turned on. The transmission driving element 180 is activated to drive the stepping motor 151 of the transmission device 150. As shown in fig. 3, the stepping motors 151 connected to the two ends of the uv module 120 can extend the uv module 120 of fig. 3 in the direction D1 or retract the uv module 120 of fig. 3 into the groove 111 in the direction D2.
In this embodiment, the system power source 190 of the display sterilization device 100A may further supply power to the transmission device 150 and the transmission driving element 180.
Fig. 5 illustrates a perspective view of the display sterilization apparatus 100 or 100A according to an embodiment of the present disclosure mounted on a display 500. The display sterilization apparatus 100 or 100A is disposed on the top surface of the display 500, and the detection module 130 is disposed in the central area of the cover 110 of the sterilization apparatus 100 or 100A, so that the detection range can cover the entire screen (e.g., the touch display area) of the display 500.
In the present embodiment, the length of the uv module 120 is substantially the same as or slightly greater than the width of the display 500. So that the sterilization range covers the touch display area of the display 500 below the sterilization range.
Generally, when no user operates the touch screen type display 500 in front of the display 500, the detection module 130 does not detect a human body and can generate a signal to the controller 140, the controller 140 can activate the transmission driving element 180 to drive the two transmission devices 150 to extend the ultraviolet light module 120 out of the groove 111, and at this time, the controller 140 can activate the ultraviolet light driving element 170 to start the ultraviolet light module 120 for sterilization.
The sterilization process is performed for several seconds to several minutes, and the controller 140 retracts the uv module 120 into the recess 111 through the transmission device 150.
In addition, when the display 500 detects a user in front during the sterilization process, the detection module 130 can detect a human body and generate a signal to the controller 140, and the controller 140 can immediately turn off the light source of the ultraviolet light module 120 to prevent the user from being injured. After the uv module 120 is turned off, the actuator 150 can move the uv module 120 to retract into the recess 111.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
