The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1-4, the position of the clamping plate assembly is adjusted before the clothes are treated. The clamping plate base 2 drives the clamping plate assembly to move left and right through the transverse moving structure; the moving base 3 drives the clamping plate component to move up and down through the longitudinal moving structure. The cleat assembly is positioned above or below the hanging garment by lateral and longitudinal movement of the cleat assembly.
Before clothes are nursed, at the moment, the clamping plate assembly is positioned at the lowest part, the first motor 61 drives the first screw rod 41 to rotate clockwise, so that the first clamping plate 1a moves leftwards, the second clamping plate 1b moves rightwards synchronously, the first clamping plate 1a and the second clamping plate 1b are far away from each other, the clamping plate assembly is opened, and clothes are hung; then, the first motor 61 drives the first screw rod 41 to rotate counterclockwise, so that the first clamping plate 1a moves rightwards, the second clamping plate 1b moves leftwards, the first clamping plate 1a and the second clamping plate 1b are close to each other, the clamping plate assembly is folded to clamp clothes, a gap between the first clamping plate 1a and the second clamping plate 1b is a nursing area of the clothes, and the movable base 3 drives the clamping plate assembly to move up and down by combining with the action of a longitudinal driving structure, so that the clothes are accommodated between the first clamping plate 1a and the second clamping plate 1b for nursing.
During the clothes care process, various care solutions and/or steam enter the corresponding pipelines through the input ports and are finally sprayed out from the corresponding spraying holes. The clothes are nursed through the synergistic cooperation of the brush and the nursing liquid sprayed from the spray holes; meanwhile, the longitudinal driving structure acts to enable the moving base 3 to drive the clamping plate assembly to move up and down, so that comprehensive nursing of clothes is realized. Once the local part of the clothes is stubborn stains or seriously wrinkled, the area is positioned by moving the clamping plate assembly left and right and up and down, and the local part of the clothes is subjected to targeted nursing.
After the clothes care is finished, the first motor 61 drives the first screw rod 41 to rotate clockwise again, so that the first clamping plate 1a moves leftwards, the second clamping plate 1b moves rightwards, the first clamping plate 1a and the second clamping plate 1b are far away from each other, the clamping plate assembly is opened, and the cared clothes are taken out from between the first clamping plate 1a and the second clamping plate 1 b.
The transverse driving structure drives the clamping plate assembly to transversely move to the second position, the second piece of clothes is nursed, and the nursing process is as above.
Fig. 15 to 17 show a second preferred embodiment of the present invention.
The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the structure of opening and shutting includes by second motor 62 drive pivoted first gear 621 and with the rack of first gear 621 meshing, second motor 62 is installed in splint base 2, the rack sets up along transversely, and first splint 1a and/or second splint 1b is connected with the rack.
Specifically, the rack comprises a first rack 71 and a second rack 72 which are oppositely arranged, the first rack 71 is connected with the first clamping plate 1a, and the second rack 72 is connected with the second clamping plate 1 b. A first connecting piece 710 is fixed on the first rack 71, and the first clamping plate 1a is connected with the first connecting piece 710 through a first pin 811; the first pin shafts 811 axially penetrate through the clamping plate base 2, the first pin shafts 811 are respectively provided with first guide wheels 810 positioned on two sides of the clamping plate base 2, and two sides of the moving base 3 are respectively provided with guide rails 220 for the first guide wheels 810 to slide; a second connecting piece 720 is fixed on the second rack 72, and the second clamping plate 1b is connected with the second connecting piece 720 through a second pin 821; the second pin 821 axially penetrates through the clamp base 21, and the second pin 821 is respectively provided with a second guide wheel 820 located at two sides of the clamp base 2, and the guide rail 220 is used for the second guide wheel 820 to slide.
Specifically, the lateral moving structure comprises a second gear 22 driven by a fourth motor 64 to rotate and a third rack 73 engaged with the second gear 22, the fourth motor 64 is installed on the cleat base 2, and the third rack 73 is arranged on the moving base 3 along the lateral direction.
The working principle and process of the embodiment are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, except that the transmission mode is different.
